Sloppy work and unreliable customer service. Very disappointed. Will never use again. I try to support family businesses but bad work and poor customer service is unacceptable. When I contacted Amy about the palm tree leaves hanging down and a bunch of branches left on my neighbor's driveway, she texted that she'd get back to me about coming back out. That was a nearly a week ago. I've tried to contact her multiple times but get no response. Why would a business not even respond with "we're still working on it" instead of radio silence? Seems they're just unorganized or don't care about repeat customers. I also paid for them to trim a tree that was hanging the fence onto my neighbor's property. They trimmed the tree but left a big pile of branches on my neighbor's driveway. I used them in the past and Amy and Cody were friendly which is why I didn't mind when they had to reschedule the day of because their tree guy flaked (2 years ago) or when they didn't return my message to schedule service (last year and I ended up using another company). 3 strikes and you're out! Update: Funny how they responded to my review on Yelp within one hour but don't have the basic decency to respond to my multiple messages asking for an update to fix their work. read more

Shout out to AAA Tree Service, from the staff answering the Yelp messages to the workers coming to the job site. I started a project request through Yelp for a dead tree I needed cut down ASAP. AAA Tree service was the first to reply and also had the best prices for what I needed done. Got the tree taken down the very next day ! The staff that showed up was very friendly and kind, you could tell they enjoyed doing what they do. You usually get that with family ran businesses ! They did a great job. I asked them to add an additional tree. They found a birds nest in it and stopped right away. They didn't charge me for that tree and left the birds alone, which I appreciate. read more

I highly recommend this company. I love that it's family owned and operated. I called for a quote, they got right back to me and the next day Cody came out. The quote was more than reasonable. Cody and his son did an excellent job, trimming and cleaning up. I couldn't be happier. read more

After a windy night a few months ago, we woke up to a tree down in our front yard. I reached out to several tree service companies right away. I received several quotes and AAA Tree Service responded promptly and had the best price by far. They were at my house within 90 minutes. By the time I was pulling out of my driveway for work, they were cleaning up and getting ready to take off. They worked quickly and cleaned up after. Even better, they saved the other half of my tree which is still standing. I 100% recommend AAA tree service! read more

We received absolutely FANTASTIC service from the entire staff at AAA tree service. Our inquiry was responded to within minutes and we scheduled an estimate visit for the next day. Cody arrived right on time to provide us with what turned out to be the bid we selected. Cody is a pleasure to work with as he thoroughly explained everything they would be doing. On the day of the service the crew arrived on time and quickly went to work. When they had finished we were thrilled with the results and their clean up was so thorough that we could not tell that anyone had been on the property. You will be very satisfied with their service and we will DEFINITELY be contracting with AAA tree service in the future. read more

Fantastic Service at a Great Price! Review: I recently hired AAA Tree Service to tackle my overgrown trees and shrubs, and I couldn't be happier with the results! I solicited a few businesses for general tree trimming (palm trees and Palo Verde) and I chose AAA Tree Service. The response to my request was quickly answered and the estimate provided was the most competitive. The service was also quickly scheduled and the team arrived at the time discussed. The team was very professional and courteous, making quick work of the tasks, and cleaning up the area. In addition to future service for my yard, I would definitely recommend this service to friends and family. read more

Great service with AAA tree service! They were quick to come give an estimate and quick to get us scheduled. Amazing price as well. Cody and his son were quick and efficient with the job. Cody was extremely knowledgable about the tree we were removing, as well as helpful on what we'd need to do about planting a future (smaller) tree . I'll absolutely refer their company to anyone that needs a tree removed. read more

I'm feeling good so far I didn't realize that landscape or lawn care would only trim lower plants. Mine are tall around 20 feet. I know this will improve my yard. Every 3 months is the new schedule I was paying monthly and getting spending more for very little maintenance. read more

Got a few quotes from tree companies here in town. Not only were AAA quick to respond and set up a quote, they beat the rest of the competitors. Cody and his partner were really great. Made quick work of cleaning up and topping my sumacs. What would have taken me the better part of a week was completed in a few hours. Super nice guys, and a local, home grown business that deserves a shot at earning your business. I would highly recommend AAA Tree Service if your in the need. read more

The trees and shrubs around my home were seriously overgrown and needed professional pruning. After receiving three estimates, I chose AAA. Cody was fair, professional and punctual. He and his crew provided excellent service for a competitive price. I will definitely keep their business card for future use and referral to family and neighbors. Thank you Cody and Amy for your expertise. read more

Amy was quick to respond and get the job scheduled. Cody and his crew did a fantastic job. I will definitely use their services again.

Scheduled Twice and flaked both times. I was very direct with an issue we're having with a tree, I do not think they're actual arborists.

Fair pricing. Showed up and got the job done after others did not. Would recommend !!

Had Amy and her son out to trim our young Palo Verde in our courtyard today. We asked about them coming out in the fall but Amy was wise enough to advise we wait until now when it would be more appropriate for the tree. So right away we knew she cared about trees. When they came out we discussed what we wanted considering not just now, but the future as to what the tree will look in years to come. We are very happy with the job they did and the her consultation regarding the future of the tree as we intend it to have an ornamental look complementing the rest of our courtyard. It looks great after they left and I highly recommend their service! read more

AAA Tree Service is fantastic! We had a large tree in the backyard loose some limbs in the recent high winds. AAA was first to reply to my request for service and Cody came out for an estimate within an hour. He gave me a fair quote and scheduled the cleanup and removal for the next morning. Cody arrived on time and was able to save my tree. They removed the fallen branches and trimmed and thinned out the remaining branches. And while they were here trimmed a couple more trees for us. This company is not simply tree-trimmers, Cody knows trees. His knowledge of all of our trees was amazing. Highly recommended! read more

AAA Tree Service had great communication and I really appreciate their scheduling and free estimates. They were friendly and knowledgeable in reviewing multiple trees. read more

Amazing, Astounding, Awesome is what AAA must stand for because my backyard is astonishingly amazing and awesome after they've worked on it. Because Amy and her son Cody are so knowledgeable, I had them pick out the trees and roses from the nursery. They picked some beautiful ones. Six months ago, my trees were dying. Amy came by with her son, correctly diagnosed the problem as Bors (tree eating insects), they treated them, and now my trees look healthy and beautiful. They're honest and answer all my many questions. I wanted to put in a bunch of fruit trees and they advised me what to get and how many would actually fit in my yard. There are many landscapers and yard people who will put in plants for you. But Amy and Cody are actual arborists. They specialize in trees. I'm very happy I used them. Also one of there employees named Arturo is very kind and Such a hard worker, you can tell the whole family of this business cares for nature and your backyard like it's there own. Give AAA Tree Service a call you will never regret it. read more
