Sloppy work and unreliable customer service. Very disappointed. Will never use again. I try to support family businesses but bad work and poor customer service is unacceptable. When I contacted Amy about the palm tree leaves hanging down and a bunch of branches left on my neighbor's driveway, she texted that she'd get back to me about coming back out. That was a nearly a week ago. I've tried to contact her multiple times but get no response. Why would a business not even respond with "we're still working on it" instead of radio silence? Seems they're just unorganized or don't care about repeat customers. I also paid for them to trim a tree that was hanging the fence onto my neighbor's property. They trimmed the tree but left a big pile of branches on my neighbor's driveway. I used them in the past and Amy and Cody were friendly which is why I didn't mind when they had to reschedule the day of because their tree guy flaked (2 years ago) or when they didn't return my message to schedule service (last year and I ended up using another company). 3 strikes and you're out! Update: Funny how they responded to my review on Yelp within one hour but don't have the basic decency to respond to my multiple messages asking for an update to fix their work. read more

Shout out to AAA Tree Service, from the staff answering the Yelp messages to the workers coming to the job site. I started a project request through Yelp for a dead tree I needed cut down ASAP. AAA Tree service was the first to reply and also had the best prices for what I needed done. Got the tree taken down the very next day ! The staff that showed up was very friendly and kind, you could tell they enjoyed doing what they do. You usually get that with family ran businesses ! Had Amy and her son out to trim our young Palo Verde in our courtyard today. We asked about them coming out in the fall but Amy was wise enough to advise we wait until now when it would be more appropriate for the tree. So right away we knew she cared about trees. AAA was first to reply to my request for service and Cody came out for an estimate within an hour. He gave me a fair quote and scheduled the cleanup and removal for the next morning. Because Amy and her son Cody are so knowledgeable, I had them pick out the trees and roses from the nursery. They picked some beautiful ones. Six months ago, my trees were dying. Amy came by with her son, correctly diagnosed the problem as Bors (tree eating insects), they treated them, and now my trees look healthy and beautiful. They're honest and answer all my many questions. I wanted to put in a bunch of fruit trees and they advised me what to get and how many would actually fit in my yard.
