We got quotes from three other companies, and Juan's quote was the most reasonable imo. He informed me that he's not going to get his machine fixed but that he could do it manually, but in my eyes that's not the service I was going to pay for! Before they were delivered, we went back several times to look at our trees to make sure they weren't too large for our yard. Our original salesman was no longer working there, and that's when we met Houghton, who just happened to be around. We explained our concerns about the size of the trees, giving him the measurements of our yard space. He confirmed that they would fit. I was still anxious but went with his expertise. Once we got home, Houghton called us and asked if we would like him to come over and check out the yard personally. (I had thought about asking him but felt foolish. He knew I still had doubts). He came to our home and confirmed that they would fit perfectly. The trees were just delivered and planted. (Side note... the trees delivered were the wrong ones. One call to Houghton (it was his day off), and within no time, we had the correct ones delivered.) I cannot say enough about Houghton. He wasn't even the salesman we purchased the trees from, but his customer service, professionalism and personal concern for our perfect experience, went above and beyond!
