I posted images of the 14ft queen palm we needed removed, and at first I was skeptical as it seemed every other quote was double, triple or quadruple that of Treepro's. My suspicion is that the other companies didn't pay attention to the specs on my tree and assumed it was some massive fan palm. They kept giving me separate quotes for clear-cutting it with add-on costs for stump removal. Treepro did it all for one price and their service was professional and thorough. Communication: After leaving Yelp, all communications with Ron was via text, which was very convenient! He was super responsive and I was able to schedule an appointment for about a week out. Date of Service: A team of 4-5 arrived to my house within the projected time window. They were very friendly and respectful to my property. They had to engage in a feat of acrobatics to remove the tree which was in a tight spot between the pool and the backwall, but they did it in about 20 minutes and took measures to ensure no dirt or debris got into the pool. We were dreading having this tree removed as we thought it would break the bank, but they beat all the other prices we had quoted. I call him on the phone after a rock flew and hit my windshield. He laughed about it and was very nasty over the phone when I have it on video cause I drive a Tesla in the video captured it. Before I knew it the tree was down, cut to pieces and out of sight. This sort of tree had a reputation for being hard to kill. So they spent quite some time grinding the stump to prevent regrowth. Rey showed up on time and in roughly 30 minutes, had both of my palms trimmed and had cut all the oleander he was going to remove, cut down to the stump. Unfortunately, his "stumper" was too big to get through my gate into the yard so he went to Home Depot and rented one that we could get back there. At my expense of course. He returned the next day and finished grinding the stumps down in short order. Mind you, I have not been asked for a penny in the way of a deposit thus far. The third tree was a super tall eucalyptus tree planted right at the corner of a block fence wall that was shared with our neighbor, and its roots were the reason the fence walls work cracking and falling apart.
