My neighbors told me how much they spent on and it was way lower. Also, they were supposed to come back to fix a tree to make it upright and they never came back. This gentleman works very hard. I saw last night he had a perfect 5 star until 7 hours ago. I wish people would consider factors before they leave a bad review over miss-communication such as Cindy did. The gentleman not only works hard, but on a Sunday no less. He was at my doorstep at 730 am ready to work. I couldn't be more thankful. Not only did he do a great job removing our "might fall over" palm tree, but he also cleaned up the property, and did extra work such as cleaning my remaining palms up before he left. Really considerate, above & beyond and kind. We agreed on a price, it was worth every penny. Service & communication was great. I strongly suggest giving them the opportunity to work for you. I requested a quote through Yelp and got a quick response within a couple of hours, by the next week all work was done and completed. Henerigo did a great job cleaning up the backyard, adding sod, and trimming 3 big overgrown laurel bushes in the front yard. He suggested I get a new sprinkler timer due to it being very old, he came back a week later to install it at no additional cost. It's been about a month now and the grass still looks great! Mr. Ramirez finally got a chance to complete my backyard project for me, which was no small feat. The first phase of the project was the rock and tree removal, cleaning out the stumps, planting roses, and repairing and replacing watering tubes, and replacing the backyard water valve. The last phase was done in intervals because of other commitments Mr. Ramirez had. He finished cleaning up any remaining rocks he could find, installed a new irrigation system for the backyard, old one didn't hold up; put in new rock around the edges and rose beds, put in new flagstone, and demolished my old beat up bbq island. He also repaired a leaking water valve in the front yard and built a half wall of bricks for my big palm tree. I am extremely pleased with his professionalism, keen eye for detail, and his price for all this work was well within my budget, and extremely reasonable for such hard work. And I am thankful for his patience, because no matter how many changes I asked of him during the work phase, he was always willing to work with me and give me great guidance when I needed it. And he left everything spotless when he finished each phase of the job. I am so glad that I found this company on Yelp.
