I couldn't be more impressed with the outstanding service provided by Superior Tree Service in Las Vegas. From the initial quote to the completion of the job, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Their pricing was fantastic and provided exceptional value for the quality and amount of work performed. A special thank you to Victor and Eliazar, who were absolutely amazing. Watching them work was like watching true tree artists at their craft. Their skill, precision, confidence, and teamwork were incredible to witness as they safely brought down my large tree. What impressed me most was the speed and quality of their work. The entire job was completed in about an hour, which included felling a large tree, cutting the wood into firewood-sized pieces exactly as I requested, and thoroughly cleaning up the work area. They left my property neat, organized, and looking great. It's rare to find a company that combines fair pricing, exceptional workmanship, and outstanding customer service, but Superior Tree Service delivered on all three. Victor and Eliazar exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Las Vegas area needing tree work done. Five stars all the way. I will definitely call Superior Tree Service again for any future tree projects. read more

I needed to have palm trees trimmed in my front yard. I yelped tree service and had three companies contacted me. LV Superior Tree Service had the best price. They did a fantastic job. The crew came to the house. The two men were professional and friendly. Took them less than an hour to trim 3 palm trees. Awesome job in their clean up as well. I love the fact they had a mulcher instead of throwing the debris in the back of a trailer. I will definitely use this tree service again. read more

Zero rating. They broke roof tiles on my and my neighbor's roof, left a palm frond hanging unfinished, then failed to pay my roofing company for repairs over 60 days claiming "bereavement". It took 30 seconds to send payment electronically after a threatening phone call. WTF people. I've been blacklisted as a result. Most unprofessional company I've ever worked with. read more

This company is very professional, was very prompt and their replies. They had a great team with enough workers to complete job very quickly. They had all of the necessary equipment and trucks. The young lady was fair and pricing and was pleasant to work with. The results were very nice and now we will reach out to them annually and as needed for our tree skinning and pruning services. We are so glad that we found this company. Everyone else that we spoke to for too expensive or did not have the proper equipment and workers to do the job. read more

Highly recommend working with Superior. The owner Robert was very knowledgeable and helpful. They removed a total of 7 trees around my house, the guys were very careful in protection of windows and walls to avoid damaging them from any loose debris. When they finished up they cleaned everything and made it look like there was never any trees there. I will definitely be using Robert again. A+++++++++++++++ contractor and service read more

Las Vegas Superior Tree Service came out to assist me with palm tree removal. My neighbor's palm tree had gotten really tall and was dropping palm seeds and fronds into my yard. She agreed that if I paid for the removal we could remove the tree. Called for several quotes from different places. Jesus replied quickly and came out in the next couple of days. Jesus had a very professional appearance and was very polite and helpful. He gave me a quote to remove the tree down to the ground and also trim the neighbor's trees that were hanging over the fence line. His bid was reasonable and very competitive. I agreed to the bid and asked the office person for proof of the company's insurance which she sent over to me. The workers arrived within the scheduled time frame and worked hard and efficiently. They had a truck to haul away all the debris and a piece of equipment - a chipper/shredder I think - to grind up tree limbs like a shredder shreds paper. They did an excellent job of cleaning the space up and removing everything. I would definitely recommend them if you need to get rid of a palm tree or have trees trimmed. read more

Priced competitively, arrived on time and did a great job. Can't ask for much more.

They cut down a tree for my elderly grandmother. She had the cash on her dining table to pay, when they finished she realized she needed the cash for something else and needed to write them a check. She invited the gentleman in for her to do so, they said their goodbyes. Then when she went to put the cash away, it was gone along with the check! She stopped pay on her check and called them. They said, they never took any money....of course! The people working for this company are thieves. To take advantage of an elderly woman is despicable! read more

We had a decades old palm tree that was previously wind damaged and very precarious. Not only did they give a convenient quote by phone, (I texted a photo and stated that we wished it cut down to ground level), their quote was much lower than all other services we contacted. The crew arrived even earlier than promised, worked quickly, completed the job exactly as we requested, and cleaned up so well- not a trace left behind. I highly recommend this company! read more

My tree fell on my house after having high winds in Vegas the day before Labor Day. Looked up some Tree Service companies to get some Estimates, most of them were closed for the Holiday but Las Vegas Superior Tree Service took the time to answer. Spoke to Jesus, sent him the pictures and he was able to give me a really good price compared to other Tree services. They came first thing in the morning, had a crew of 5 guys. They worked hard, fast, and were very careful to not do anymore damage to my house. These guys are very good, very professional, they know what they are doing. Highly recommend them for any kind of Tree service work. I still have another tree on my property still standing, I will be using them to trim it and in the long run remove that tree. Excellent service and fantastic price. Roberto from Las Vegas Superior Tree Service was very pleasant to speak with when I addressed my concern about removing my palm tree. I contacted him on Monday and a few hours later he showed up and gave me an estimate! Talk about customer service! The best thing I appreciated was his concern to take care of my problem right away. In addition to that, his price was very competitive from the start. I canvassed around and contacted other companies just like anyone else would do, but as soon as I heard my estimate from Roberto, he gave me the best price hands down and decided right away that I was going to use his company. When we agreed to a date and time to have the job done, without a doubt, they came on time! They were all friendly and professional and started at it right away. The job done in no time! Without a doubt, I WOULD CALL HIM FOR ALL OF MY FUTURE TREE NEEDS. If you are looking for any service to be done to your trees, look no further and give Roberto a call, you won't regret it. Terrible/ poor job. Doesn't honor his guarantee. Keeps on delaying his appointments saying that he is far away and can't make it etc... Requests more money upon arrival! When the time comes to honor his guarantee, he does nothing but blame the customer of not maintaining , and accuses the customer of cutting the wires that holds the tree which has snapped due to force of wind!
