Amazing company with amazing prices showed up right on time. Got the job done palm trees look amazing. Highly recommend.

We had a dead shrub and I also wanted my tree to be removed from the front of our house. I contacted Royal Tree Service and Landscaping to complete this job. They had a quick response, we discussed what I wanted, an estimate and they said they could carry out the task 2 days later. They were on time when stated, did the job as asked, cleaned up after themselves and informed me it was complete along with pictures. Upon this and being satisfied the payment process was simple. This is the second time using their services and both times I have been completely satisfied with their work. Great price, timing and communication. read more

Royal Tree Service - This space used to have a tree, the shrub was replaced with the same style bottom left which was the original job they did for us - Tree Services Near Me

Terrible customer service. We confirmed a date and time with them at our house to have our palm trees trimmed. They did not show up to the appointment and then we could not get a hold of anybody. Later that day we were told they did not service our area and they couldn't accommodate trimming our trees. Since they had our address, it should have been very apparent from the beginning if they did not service our area. Very disappointed in the service we received since we canceled other companies based on their confirmation. read more

I highly recommend Royal Tree Service! Douglas and his team were fantastic! Great communication, on time arrival, and excellent work. My trees look fantastic and there is no mess or debris left behind. I will recommend Royal Tree Service to all of my friends and family and use them EVERY-TIME I need tree service! read more

Told me he will haul and remove dead tree for price based on pictures I sent Then came in the morning and may be felt more work than what he anticipated. I said ok how much since you are looking for first time. He says 150$ more. I said ok. 1 hr later I se he has left, no message and no word. Think he decided to not do the work. Very unprofessional, not honest and would not recommended to anybody who wants the job to be done right read more

Doug and Daniel did an exceptional job trimming my ten palm trees ranging from 10'-15' high in a timely manner. Daniel, who trimmed the palms, was very careful to drop the fronds away from our potted plants, my neighbor's homes as well as mine, and our putting green. There was a definite pride in their work and the clean up looked as if they weren't even in our backyard. I sincerely appreciated their professionalism and they will be my tree service as long as I live in Las Vegas. Outstanding service! read more

Douglass and Johnathan did a great job on my mothers 4 palm trees...so efficient and they cleaned all the debris... even used a blower. I will definitely call them again as they were dependable and affordable. Best service since mom got her home over two years ago. read more

I requested a quote with different companies through Yelp and Royal Tree and Landscaping were the first to answer with an actual quote from my pictures. Royal Tree Service - This is the after picture. They cut 7 pine trees - Tree Services Near Me

Royal Tree Service gets an A+. They were the first to respond, I then sent them pics of my trees, they gave me a quote immediately, and were trimming my trees at 7:30AM sharp. They even moved my patio furniture, picked up all the branches and leaves, and knocked on my neighbor's door to clean up her property as well. No shortcuts. All business. No need to look further. While most companies wanted to schedule a visit to look at my trees, Royal was done with the job before anyone else took action. Quick, prompt, professional, and no increasing the quoted price. I had no problem tipping. Will be texting Royal again next year. read more

I asked for my branches to be trimmed and cut back and I came home and they had already started working and the branches were essentially bald by the time I got home. He assured me it was fine and that I "wouldn't have to worry about the tree for years" well now the tree is totally dead and it was an almost 20 yr old tree never had any issues with it. I had another tree professional come look at the tree and they told me no professional would've ever done that and shouldn't have. I also asked to have two ground plants completely removed at the time of the tree trimming and those plants are both growing back now. I reached out to the company to let them know all of this and he basically responded in a defensive way, no accountability and no offer to fix what they caused. Do not recommend this company whatsoever. read more

My Palm Trees were really overgrown after some trouble with gardeners during the pandemic. I was complaining about it to a close friend who recommended Royal Tree Service who trims his palm tree regularly. Within a few days the crew came out and did a phenomenal job. Afterwards they cleaned up my yard, including anything that had fallen into the pool. My yard was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. I couldn't recommend them enough. I would give them 10 stars if I could. read more

Regular guy was in an accident and unavailable. Anyway guys showed up about 730am and started right in, 2 men, did all 3 trees in about 1 hour, cleaned up yard and pool area. The previous owner to our home did zero maintenance to this Mexican Palm and it showed. However, Royal Tree Service gladly took on the task of trimming our old and busted palm tree. Royal Tree Service showed up on time and prepared. They were also the most cost effective. The guys trimmed the palm quickly, cleaned up everything nicely, and made our yard and palm tree look great. Will definitely be using them for landscaping needs in the future. Check out the before and after! They did such an incredible job! Thank you Royal Tree Service! read more

These gentlemen did a fantastic job on our newly purchased condo's backyard today. They removed some bushes and weeds, and trimmed a vastly overgrown palm tree so it is beautiful again. Their cleanup included removing every bit of debris, blowing surfaces clean and then raking the rock to smooth it all. They were recommended to me, and I second that recommendation! read more

OVER CHARGED for basic back yard cleanup. I needed my backyard cleaned up after winter, nothing was too over grown, my yard isn't that big and I didn't need any trees trimmed. The business was quick to respond with a QUOTE for $180 (which I thought was high but since it was only a quote I thought it could be adjusted to match the actual work done) and to set up a time to come out but then didn't show up on the day they were supposed to be here. I reached out the day the service was supposed to be completed with no response until the next day. I spoke with the owner and he said he'd come out at 11 but they showed up at 9. It took the owner and one other person 1 hr and 15 min to finish the job with no special equipment, they didn't fertilize or seed or trim trees or bushes. They did a good job but nothing spectacular and still charged me $180! THAT'S $72 AN HOUR FOR TWO PEOPLE! The owner would not budge on the price. read more

Fast and friendly! would definitely recommend them. Tree stumps removed and taken away!

I had 3 palm trees that needed to be trimmed, one really needed attention, along with clean up and haul away. Owner responded quickly with a fair quote. Once I confirmed, his crew was here the next day, and I did not have to miss work to make that happen. They cleaned up nicely, shut my side gate, sent me pictures after the work was completed. Once I got home, I received an invoice via email which I was able to pay easily online. I would highly recommend Royal Tree Service, and I will definitely be using them again. read more

Wow. So I asked 20 companies on Yelp for a quote to trim a bunch of palm trees in both a front and backyard. Doug came back very quickly with a quote. He beat the second lowest quote I received by $20. I would also like to note he is licensed and insured which was important for us. After reviewing other experiences, I booked him. I explained that we needed his services for a rental home that we no longer reside in so I would need photos and communication from him via text message while he worked since no one would be at the home. Doug and his team were so professional and did amazing work. They finished the work when they said they would. He also sent me exactly what I needed and after receiving the photos, I promptly paid him. I truly cannot recommend him enough!!! THANK YOU ROYAL TREE SERVICES! read more

Hands down 5*! Doug, Chuo and Daniel were the best and probably hardest working people I have seen in ages. They did not cut any corners despite 115F and climbed and cut and cleaned and pruned our very overgrown property of 3/4 acre. I could not believe the commitment and the outcome was stunning! It looks like a completely new landscaped property! I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended and very competitively priced. read more

Got a quote from them for weekly maintenance and they showed up for 2 weeks. They broke a sprinkler head but they did come out and replace it. But then they just stopped showing up. Texted the owner to see what was going on and he just replied "sorry you're too far off my route." Never texted to let me know prior to me reaching out, they just stopped showing up. Very unprofessional. In addition to not showing up they damaged one of our solar garden lights. read more
