Informed him of this, then he wants me to pay a ridiculous amount to repair or replace. Also, seems lately he comes like at end of month , because he is needing funds, he'll do the required work, but, this was the last straw.. he said my hedges needed more watering ( so I corrected issue. He quoted me $500.00 for 2 treatments. 1st treatment was watering down my hedges with water, then he said he'd follow up a week later. Well , it's been over 30 days, contacted him, no reply , then I requested at least $250. 00 reimbursed to me. No answer, I repeated message twice. He hasn't even showed up for regular service. I had no problem paying him right away. Main problem with this service is charges a lot for work ( no issue of quality of work) , but, the issue of charging for major additional work, paid now, without warning or in writing. It feels like I'm a bank. Now he has basically stolen money for projects not completed and no show. Work is good, but, he's business practices $$$$ not ethical. Now rippoff. If you pay on time, he takes more and more advantage of this. Starts charging for large amounts for projects and tells you if you want it done , you have to pay NOW. Very disappointed and disgusted !

I've known one of the owners for a few years now and I thought I could trust him. I allowed him to do the work while I was at work myself and when he texted me the quote, I misread the text and just saw the cost of $180; I didn't see that he said for the front yard cleanup and trimming the plants would be $180. When I saw $180 I just assumed he was going to do the front and back yard. My bad for misreading his text. He got to my house around 3 and was done at 4:30pm (1.5 hrs of work). I then find out that my backyard wasn't done so I texted him and asked about it and that's when I realized he did text me it would be the front yard only for $180. Again, I messed up I'll take ownership of that. But here's the thing, $180 for a small desert landscape front yard to pull and kill weeds and trim 4 plants/bushes. He explains that inflation caused the high cost. Ok, you're right. Inflation is getting pretty crazy but 2.5 times the price for labor, gas on your equipment to trim the plans, and weed killer??? I called another landscaper to come over and give us an estimate on my backyard and he quoted me $70. My backyard is a little bigger but not by that much and it has some overgrown weeds (we don't go out there often). I honestly wanted to see if $180 for my front yard waa justified. And this proved to me that it was not. The photos attached is what my front yard looked like before I called for these guys' services. Easily could've done it myself but my intent was to also get my backyard done too. I'm in disbelief that this guy truly ripped me off. If anyone else has other opinions on this to help me understand or justify the cost, please feel free to voice your opinion. Also, I thought I could trust the guy so without even seeing the completion of the work, I Zelle'd him the money so it's not like I can get my money back. He offered to come back to make things right the next day, but because I didn't respond to his text so he didn't show up. I gave him another chance and gave him a choice to make it right by doing the backyard without an additional cost or to refund half of what I had Zelle'd him. He said it's his business and he can charge whatever he wants. Which is very much true. So I take this as its his choice that he won't pick either option. Stay away. There are quality landscapers out there that are reasonably priced. Don't use this guy.

I had a tree right over my jacuzzi and another with branches hanging over my pool. I was nervous with the tree possibly failing and cracking my cool decking or pool. They removed both with no damage. The ground down the stumps and used two boards on each side of the grinder so the sawdust didn't go flying and stayed in the area of the grinder. Before they left, they placed stuff (don't know what it is called) over the stump holes and raked my entire yard. They left is clean! And my pool and jacuzzi were clean! I was thinking that my pool would have been full of branches and leaves. NOTHING! I would highly recommend this company. The cost to have them removed was extremely reasonable. This man came fast and gave a quote for the first month clean up and to fix the wiring that was a mess. He came and said he could not fix the irrigation unless he replaced all the valve system in the ground and he would need several hundred more. I told him I didn't have that and was then skeptical. He put new wires and cut them very short and left the job. He also did not fully clean, I pulled the weeds he left behind while he was cleaning himself up to leave. I saw him blowing the front and then he hopped in his truck and left without a word or to see if it was satisfactory. My whole porch was still dirty with debris. I waited weeks to see if he would come back. My partner explained nothing was broken and he lied. My partner bought more wires and reconnected everything and it worked. Nothing was broken. He had me pay for wiring and left all my plants I watered for weeks because of his lie. I asked when he was coming back for the second service you normally get in a month and he said no that was a one time clean up fee. For the month that much? He ran out on that overly priced cleanup without finishing. He also didn't even try and book the second month. He kept insisting he was not scamming me. What business person would not follow up for second months service? A guilty thief.
