My neighbor fails to maintain his tree - leaves and flowers on my property and in my pool. Mr Tree to the rescue! I was quoted a fair price, the crew showed up on time, did a great job and carefully cleaned up afterwards. I would never call anyone else. Thank you Mr Tree!

Mr. Tree just changed my world! The tree in my front yard hasn't been professionally trimmed in many years. An old, ugly hybrid tree picked up all the bad traits of both species used to create it. I needed to have Mr. Tree crown clean and raise the chetalpa, off a roof or two, and make it presentable (or as presentable as a chetalpa ever gets). Trucks and machines and workers showed up on time and removed dead twigs and branches, cut suckers, stubs and overly dense sections away. The crew were all knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They cleaned up every tiny twig, and waved goodbye in 30 minutes. I'm so pleased with the results. Makes me want to plant many more trees (just not chetalpas) so I can have them trimmed.

I've used MR. TREE many times throughout the past 10 years & always found that Joe Noriega, Arborist, & his staff are professional, prompt to reply & do great work! Their estimates and prices are very fair without any "hidden costs"! Joe is happy to come & review what type of work you need done & give you his recommendations. I've had several trees trimmed & deep root fertilization done. His staff is very friendly, helpful & professional. Most recently, I had my African Sumac tree trimmed... it had become huge with low hanging branches that definitely needed trimming. His staff trimmed it & really improved the look of the tree thus helping it to thrive! They thoroughly cleaned the entire area of cut branches before they left & everything was spotless when they left. I recommend Joe & MR. TREE for any of your trimming, tree removal or fertilization projects as they do a great job at a reasonable price!

The first one died 2 weeks after the trim. The fronds were probably cut during the trim but not removed.

I emailed Mr. Tree to let them know I wasn't happy with the job they did trimming my palms. I have too many dead ones in 3 months. I have never had that problem in 15 years of trimming with other companies. I even said I knew they would not do anything, but I just wanted them to know. I would hope it would help them improve their service. I received a response that started with .....Hmmm ... and a lesson on the life cycle of a palm. Please respond to people using their name and don't be so condescending in a response. The tree trimming was sub par as well.

PLEASE READ THIS: I rarely take the time to leave a review…read morebut felt it necessary this time so others can benefit from my outstanding experience with Westco. Rey showed up on time and in roughly 30 minutes, had both of my palms trimmed and had cut all the oleander he was going to remove, cut down to the stump. Unfortunately, his "stumper" was too big to get through my gate into the yard so he went to Home Depot and rented one that we could get back there. At my expense of course. He returned the next day and finished grinding the stumps down in short order. Mind you, I have not been asked for a penny in the way of a deposit thus far. Jessica in the office is sending an invoice for me to pay now that the job has been completed. Both Jessica and Rey were completely professional and friendly. Palm trimming was 50 per palm and Oleander tree removal was 150 per tree. Rey cleaned up and hauled away everything leaving my yard clean and neat looking. I will never call another company for my tree issues. First time in 5 years of being back in Vegas that I have been satisfied with a contractor and that is no exaggeration. Great job Rey and Jessica.

I cannot say enough good things about this landscaping company. Out of everyone I reached out to,…read morethey were the very first to respond--and not only that, they offered more than a fair price. They showed up 15 minutes early (which already impressed me), got straight to work, and completely transformed my little backyard. Somehow it looks even better than I imagined--cleaner, sharper, and just overall refreshed. What really stood out was how polite and professional they were the entire time. No wasted motion, no delays--just efficient, high-quality work. They finished everything in under 30 minutes, which honestly blew me away. If you're in Las Vegas and thinking about landscaping, don't even bother shopping around. Save yourself the time--this is the company to call. They've officially earned a lifelong customer in me.

I contacted this company through Yelp to remove a single palm tree from my front yard. The owner,…read moreEzra, messaged me quickly with a quote that seemed reasonable. I asked for a copy of his WC insurance informantion and he provided that promptly. He wanted my address which I sent to him and said that the soonest he would be able to come by would be the following day. He went on to say that I would hear from another individual to schedule the job. After my text messages with him I discussed with my wife as we had previously agreed to remove the tree. When I told her that we were on for having it removed, she decided that she wanted to wait. Ok, I said. I figured I would hear from the scheduler and tell them the job was off. We live in a gated community and the next morning, around 9am, I receive a notification that a contractor had entered the community for our house. We were supposed to have another contractor there that day so I thought it was them. I was in my garage and my wife comes out to and says there's a big truck pulling into the driveway. The other contractor doesn't have a big truck, so something was not right. I opened the garage and parked in the driveway is the crew from Red Gator! I was pretty suprised to see them since I never actually scheduled with them. The main guy greets meet and says they are here to do the job. My response was that we had changed our mind and that I had never scheduled with them. The first thing he asks is "why?". I tell him my wife wanted to wait on the job even though I shouldn't have to provide a response to that question. His next statement is, "well, that's going to be problem. We better call Ezra". I have to be honest, at that point I'm feeling pretty wierd about the whole thing. The driver of the truck is shooting me nasty looks and the guy I'm speaking with, although very polite, seems pretty intent on cutting down the tree. I caved and said "ok, go ahead and cut it down". I asked them NOT to stump grind it so they adjusted the price accordingly. To be fair, the person I was speaking with was also the guy who did the actual cutting. He was efficient and there weren't any issues with the job, per se. When they were done, he rang my doorbell and we inspected the job. I paid them through Zelle and they left. I contacted the owner, Ezra, and conveyed the information to him above. He issued an apology for the scheduler not reaching out to me and said that they had arrived at my doorstep by mistake. I'm not sure how truthful that is but he did offer to cut the bill in half. I did not accept the offer. To be honest, the issue here isn't the money or the tree. It's the interactions between his crew and myself. I would not recommend them.
