The 8:30 start time didn't happen till almost 10:00am..That's when the 3 man crew showed up. The…read morestart was good. They dug up the dying shrubs, repaired the drip irrigation leak And planted new shrubs. The crew left around 12:30 to buy fuel. Before leaving, the foreman Eddie told me to check out the work and let him know if he needs to fix anything. when they came back after 1:15pm and began working on the back yard I told Eddie that the shrubs in front was not evenly trimmed and needs fixing. His demeanor had changed. He kinda ignored me saying some things and he came out and wacked the front shrubs lower but still not even. They then spent about half hour hacking the back shrubs, did a terrible job and barely cleaned the back yard. I came out to ask him and he just looked at me and said that they're done. They then packed up I paid $500 dollars and an extra $100 for fixing the drip irrigation two large pizza and a six pack of Coke. The worst $640 dollars I ever spent. I didn't even get a receipt. i think that the attached pictures speak for the quality of this company's work. Update. I Received a call from the manager expressing her disappointment for my review and offered part refund and to make it right. I appreciate the gesture. Thank you. Unfortunately, the employee called me 4 minutes later and threatened to kill me if he gets fired, cursed me out and called me a liar. I had to file a police report on the incident. I called the manager to get some info on the employee, and she said she has no information on the guy. Be careful hiring contractors. I lost money and got death threats from this one.

His prices were a bit higher than others but we needed our tree cut down quickly and his schedule allowed for it. Great communication , super eager to get it done. All was great. He came and cut down the tree, that was fine, but the area around the tree was left messy - not only in my yard but also in my neighbors yard. Not ideal, but not a big deal because he promised to come back the next day to grind down the stump, clean everything up, and wrap up the project. I paid him for that portion of the project and we agreed he would be back the following morning. Around 10:30 the next morning he texted me to let me know there was an issue with the stump grinder and he was working on a resolution. I never heard from him again. I called and texted with no response. Because of the mess left, I had to pay my lawn maintenance service for an extra visit to come clean up mine and my neighbors yard, and had to hire another company to come finish the project. It would have been cheaper to go with them from the start. So now I'm spending hundreds extra, had to delay my project, and overall just super disappointed. Would not recommend.

They trimmed only what they could reach with hand tools never using the bucket to address the top of the tree. The tree is taller than my home. When they announced they were done, I pointed out they hadn't reduced the crown. I also pointed out there were branches still encroaching on my home, extending over my neighbors property and extending over the sidewalk. Aren't these basic issues to address when tree trimming that the customer shouldn't need to point out? So now I'm not feeling confident they know what they are doing. The crew was three men. Only one of which acted like they could understand English. He told the other guys to get the bucket, they didn't. He asked them, "Do you understand?" They acted like they couldn't understand so I had to walk around the tree pointing and gesturing. The top branches of the tree were never taken care of. No longer feeling confident in this crew and seeing they couldn't communicate with each other, I gave up. I called the office and left a message asking for a call back. I never got one. I sent an email complaining and Raymond Gutierrez responding saying he drove by and took pictures and was of the opinion the tree was fine. He did admit that the crew did not see the shaping on the work order and offered a $40 price reduction. Half the job was done and he thinks $40 off is the proper resolution? Michelle then followed up with a passive aggressive, condescending and sarcastic email. She said she was sorry that I found it inconvenient to have to check the crew's work (I never said that). She said they can't put branches back on once they are removed. Really, I had no idea, Michelle. And then she told me the crew has been together for a long time and can communicate with each other and that Keith is just a joker and his humor is not to everyone's taste. So I'm supposed to find it funny that they pretended not to be able to communicate? I'm supposed to appreciate that clown show? After much back and forth, Raymond did offer to send this crew back to my home. Are you kidding, no way I'm letting this crew back on my property. How about do the job right the first time and not try to gaslight me into believing it was? How about a REAL reduction in the bill to reflect the fact the job wasn't completed properly? How about tell your crew not to pretend they can't communicate. How about not defending this behavior as a "joke"? Oh, and next time you drive by once a complaint is filed, how about a knock on the door for a face to face discussion? Do not use this business!
