When I called the company, no one initially picked up and it went to voicemail. Listening to the voicemail recording before placing my message on their phone system, the team member recommended to text the primary phone number listed on the Yelp page. After I left my voicemail, I text the number provided on the Yelp page. After about 15 minutes, the team member responded back to my text message. I informed them that I had a front and back yard that needed maintenance. After providing them pictures, a schedule with cost was provided. I ended up going with a monthly schedule, where the team would come twice a month. During summer, the Ultimate Lawn Maintenance team would come every week! HOA was on us about weeds and our usual gardener is very unreliable. We asked for monthly services but were never sure when he would come and sometimes he wouldn't come at all. Previously we hired another group of guys to do our landscaping maintenance. After giving them a chance twice, we decided to look for another company because their work just wasn't the greatest. They trimmed down the plants fine, but did not do a good job cleaning up and charged extra if we wanted them to take away all the trash. So I turned to Yelp and found these guys. Initially left a voicemail, but no one returned my call. Sent a text message the next day and received a quick response. So yeah, you may want to text them instead of calling. It was great that I was able to receive a quote after sending a few pictures of my yard. Very affordable and unlike the other guys, they didn't charge extra for taking the trash! We have set up regular maintenance with them and have been very happy with their service! They are efficient, quick, and do a really good cleanup. They pulled all our weeds too, even the real tiny ones! Not much else to say other than to keep up the good work.
