The selfcheckout is normally closed in the morning, so the lines do back-up. So I started doing curbside, and that is so fast! IF you don't mind not wandering the isles, the curbside pickup hits the spot. I ordered and within two hours it was ready, and once I got there it took less than 5mins before I left. I do like to walk around and see what's new, but unless I "need" something I normally will just do curbside pickup. If you don't mind lines, the selfcheck out is ALWAYS faster.

My order was ready for pickup within hours (not bad). I drove to Target at patiently waited for my curbside order. Target employee Trinity noticed that the box of hair dye opened. I looked inside the box and decided to have the product replaced. When I placed my order this morning I knew then that there was only one left of the hair dye. Trinity radioed her manager and the manager came out and gave me a $5.00 gift card and retuned my item without me having to go inside the store. The overall experience was seamless and smooth. My brother found this food tray, that holds cups too. He got one and I got one also. UPDATE: i went to a different best buy location and i was able to return my tv for a FULL REFUND. they didn't give me any issues with the return an didn't ask about the missing part whatsoever! they saw that the tv was in brand new condition and returned it. that goes to show that this location is clearly just problematic and they hire rude people who have no customer service skills at all.
