Would give 0 stars if possible. Probably one of the busiest targets and they only have 2 cashiers working on the busiest times along with 2 separate lines extending all the way to the makeup section waiting to either use the self checkout or cashier. This location is very poorly managed. Not worth your time especially if you are in a rush. Self checkout is just a mess in general, should just be removed and add more cashiers who will help improve the efficiency of not having to wait 30-45 min to buy something. The team members at this target are always so helpful! I have a six month baby until so shopping is not an easy task. While we are in the dressing room, somebody took our car and I didn't have any way to carry all of our items plus the baby so Ariel from the clothing department ran out and got me a cart that was so nice !! Then I bought some baby clothes from cloud Island cause they're 40% off, but it wasn't showing up so Alex at the self checkout manually inputted everything for me and it was quite a lot. This is one of my favorite Target's to go to! I've been to this Target more times than I can count. Decided to come here with the family, because we wanted to check out the Halloween stuff. I saw on Tik Tok and Instagram that Halloween stuff came out. I was hoping to grab one of the cute sweater with a ghost on it. We didn't find much Halloween stuff left though. My guess is that it was sold out pretty fast. I am hoping they get more Halloween stuff soon! Once I got passed the heartbreak of the Halloween stuff being gone, I searched the little area to the left when you enter. There are usually cheap little Knick knacks there. My brother found this food tray, that holds cups too. He got one and I got one also. This tray is perfect for holding your things on the couch or if you eat in bed lol Service was fine, we did the self-checkout though. Quick and easy. read more

Went here to go Christmas shopping for the kids. Had a little trouble finding the kids section because I was looking for the big signs on the ceiling but I didn't see one for kids. Eventually found it and everything I was looking for. They had all sizes in stock and plenty of inventory to view. Went in while charging the car and had to change my daughter's diaper. Women's bathroom was closed so was told to use family restroom near CVS. Waited over 5 min and an employee was the one using it. It was dirty! Black floors. No toilet paper in sight. My husband then went to use the men's restroom and said it also had no toilet paper! Do better! read more

First thing I do when I come here to do my shopping is stop by the Starbucks and pick up a coffee. The baristas here are always amazing. One in particular is the best. She once put a little pumpkin sticker on my cup with a smiling face during the Halloween season. I wish I remembered her name because she made my day with something so simple. This location has a lot of products but I feel like there are two areas that are often lacking. The biggest one being the makeup department. They are always so empty and I never find anything I need. One would think they would have that well stocked since it would be a huge money maker for them. The second being the dollar spot section. It seems like every time I come that area is lacking in products all the time. All the other locations I visit always have a lot of products in that area. For the most part this location is somewhat pretty clean. Some departments are messy looking in the morning. Almost like the store isn't open ready yet. We've also had problems in the electric section when we were trying to buy a couple of Apple Watches. We had a hard time finding someone to help us and when we finally did, the girl didn't seem to want to be there. It almost repelled us from buying our watches there. The bathrooms are another area that needs to be maintained better. Although I come here often, this is not the best Target to shop. read more

The restroom is always dirty, The dressing room is always closed for some reason. The person that worked there mentioned they was too under staffed to manage the dressing room. The only reason I shop at target and in person is to buy clothing items. I went this weekend to buy a few swim suits for a trip. After spending 30 minutes going through the isles I collected my options and headed to the dressing room. Just to see a sign posted stating dressing rooms are only open 10am - 7pm. I have to go after work which means I can't get there until 7:15pm at the earliest. Meaning I will never have the opportunity to go to target when they want to allow people to use their dressing rooms. I put all my options back and purchased nothing from the store and walked out. Why would I bother shopping in person if I can't even try on the clothes I want to buy. I will just continue to shop online. I am not planning to shop at target any more. No point as they've removed one of the few conveniences they offer. read more

I am a stubborn person. I just went to a different Target store because we made a Target registry and we wanted to get the gift basket that they offer. The Target I usually go to immediately told us they don't do this anymore and I felt a bit bamboozled. I wasn't a big fan of Target in general because that one was so disorganized and I assumed most of them must be like that. However, being the stubborn person that I am, I decided to go to this Target store to see if they would honor the gift basket offer. The short answer is, they totally did! This store was way cleaner, the staff was way nicer, and we were in and out in two seconds! I can't believe I only just now discovered this target. The difference was like night and day. This is the worst Target in the area. Customer service is nonexistent, I asked an associate to unlock a dressing room and she said no - that I'm free to use one if someone comes out of one then walked away. The whole dressing room area had bins full of clothes blocking the area. This is one of the most poorly stocked stores. Good luck finding more than an xs on a lot of items. Once in a while you'll get a decent cashier but most of the time they don't make eye contact and mumble. I use to love Target in Corona, but I've noticed lately that it's fewer people shopping in this Target. I went to Target, Corona yesterday to shop and went to the grocery section and found a couple with a huge dog just chilling. This was so disgusting to me and most of all a department of health issue. When is it allow for dogs to roam and stiff groceries in any food store. I left immediately and would never shop for food at this Target again. The health department needs to be notified of these unhealthy actions because not only does Target not care about the health and welfare of it customers, it's clear that these people with animals could care less about other people and the fact that it is unhealthy for animals to be in any grocery store as well as in clothing. Dog hair and dandruff gets all in the clothes and that is indeed grounds for suite when you're purchasing clean fresh allergic free clothing. When do these people need there dog to shop for them/with them, really. You have people that are afraid of dogs. The checkout lines are always fast and the staff are all willing to help you if you ask. I've never been disappointed here at this Target. They have Tesla chargers here that are pretty good and fast so that's a huge plus for me! Was in the area and stopped by this Target. A BIG thank you to Yessenia, she was at the register when we checked out. Informed her if she can go over the prices with me as mostly my items came up on sale on the app. Without hesitation she was with a smile and adjusted the price. It's nice to have someone that doesn't give you attitude. My daughter paid right after me and Yessenia took out her phone and scanned the items and made the adjustments. The employees at this store are very kind but the store is a MESS. I have never been in a more unorganized Target. The shelves are never stocked with the items I need, there is always stuff all over the place morning and night, and the self-checkout stands are always closed or broken. Tonight is not the first time that I arrive in in time of store hours which is 8 AM to 11 PM I arrived at the store at 10:50pm. When I enter the store I immediately advise two guest service representatives that we're leaving the Customer Service area and I was told they would be with me shortly. I waited another almost 10 minutes before somebody comes and helps me they ring me up because I have a return which I paid cash with and at the end of the transaction and have the nerve to tell me that they put the cash away already and they couldn't give me my cash only store credit like the store closes at 11 so why are they closing and shutting down the Cash registry or anything before 11 especially since I was there at 10:50 and they had me wait that's not OK. I was in desperate need of the funds tonight. That's why I raced over here and the fact that they had no empathy and are not following their rules and regulations of their store hours, then their store policy like if you're in the store before they close they cannot do that and this isn't the first time I get here before they close and the same people which is Chris the manager who was working tonight and who has seems to always be working when I come in before they close and it closes down the registers early and shoe me away when they're still five minutes before the store is closed you cannot do that if you're here before the store is closed they cannot do that. I understand they wanna go home early but it's still not good. Customer service and it's still not close. The store is still by all means open. It doesn't say closes at 10:50. It closes at 11 please please somebody address this situation. This will continue and I know I'm not the only one this has to be an ongoing thing at the store and I just believe that that's not right if it's gonna be closed early, then change the hours because they had no empathy or no consideration to even want to attempt to help me they said they couldn't get the cash when I know that that was not the case. I'm a customer here and I shop here all the time and this is how I get treated. Bought 2 gifts early for grand kids for Christmas $130 each Toniesbox. 1 for boy and 1 for girl. The girls box works the boys box won't. Target says it only exchanged for 90 days even though it was bought early for Christmas and just sat in the closet. Now they won't exchange it. They said call Tonies but Tonies won't take calls I'm guessing because they have a recall. Next time I will open the box IN THE STORE and spread parts all over the place, put the batteries in and try them out in the store before purchasing. This is BS and Target washes their hands of it, Tonies is non responsive and I'm supposed to just eat a 130 toy plus 8 player stories at $18 each and be like ok, oh well sucks to be me. Came here for contactless curbside order pickup during the pandemic and was very impressed. The woman who was delivering orders to people's vehicles was highly organized and efficient. As we were pulling into the designated curbside parking area she was delivering someone else's order and she already had ours ready when we parked. This is the most efficient curbside pickup we have had at any Target location. She was friendly and verified our last name before delivering our order to the back of the vehicle which we appreciated because at a different Target they didn't even check if it was us so we didn't know if they gave us the right bag or not and had to get out of the vehicle to check before driving home. She was wearing a mask over both nose and mouth to protect others and protect the community and she made sure to look both ways before crossing passing cars to go back into the Target (again something simple that we have seen other Target employees at other locations not do). Overall we would come again for contactless pickup. Once the pandemic is over we look forward to shopping inside this Target just because it's so huge! Excellent parking and easy location to find right off the freeway. Keep up the good work! read more

This is one of the cleaner Target in the Corona area. I prefer this store vs the one off Tyler. It is very rare to see a homless person in this area and the staff does an amazing job wearing proper ppe's. Recently tried Shipit and WOW super cool service. Its sort of like Instacart but without the inflated prices. Laura was our shopper and was super stellar with communication and alsi wrote us a card. Super thoughtful. This service is free for 6 months but i am really considering signing up. Thanks again Target for the amazing service. read more

I love Target, always shopped Target .....Please do something about the teenage loitering in your store. It really makes your shoppers feel uncomfortable when you have mobs of teens running around the store, being loud, throwing merchandise, STEALING merchandise, horsing around in the aisles. They are minors, un-supervised. They also loiter outside your exit doors at times harassing customers & acting like idiots in the parking lot. Where is your " security "?? Lost a wallet there on the way north to Disneyland. Called and called at 8 pm, no one answered in any department until they supposedly closed at 10 pm.
