I didn't even want to give it a 1 star. I just got home from a nightmare at Target. Talk about employees running the floors and not caring. Wearing ear plugs and doing nothing. It was so hot in there (hotter then normal) and the employees on the floor look at you with disgust when you ask for help to find something. They rearranged the whole store and the carts are to big to go down the walkways between clothes. I kept banging into stuff and the wheel would grab a hold of clothes and pull them. I checked out at the music/computer dept. and the guy employee must of been 12 years old. He could care less helping me or even ringing me up. I gave him a gift card and he threw it back at me after his scanning device rejected it. I gave it back to him and said there was 20.00 left on it and he said no. I told him to try again. He threw it back at me and said it is 0. I told him to call the number on the back and instead he called a 13 year old employee to help him. Finally the card worked and then I asked for a bag and he said they had none. Okay little boy look for them. He started pulling out drawers and said there was none and to get one up front. Terrible service This store is always hot there. That's why I don't shop there. A little tip: It's better to have a store a little cold then people would know to bring a sweater. But when its cold outside and everyone's wearing a jacket and you have the heat going at 90 degree's, it sucks. Probably costing you more to heat the place then to use the fan or a/c. I asked about returning my keyboard if not happy with it and he couldn't tell me what their policy was. This store is going way down hill and again, turn down the heater!!!! . I went to Stater brothers afterwards and bought a bottle of Captain Morgan 100 proof to have a few shots because of this trip to Target. 2 thumbs down. read more

I love Target. I used to have this store at 5 stars until my last experience. They had some things on the shelf that I went to purchase. I get to the register and they say oh we can't sell those til 3 days away. They would not even put the items on hold for me for the 3 days. Wasn't my fault they put it on the shelf early. They should have made the exception for a mistake they made. Poor customer service. Place is so big they don't care about the customer anymore. Sad read more

I complained at this store for them not printing a receipt out for my purchase. The store manager dismissed me and insisted that his receipt printer had a problem and has been having problems days before. Said he could not print me a duplicate receipt and again dismissed me. I had to write it down myself. Of course no receipt no return if what I purchased had a problem Target is one of those stores, if you can buy it somewhere else, definitely do and don't go to the store in the Crossings Shopping Center read more

Went to the Starbucks when it opened. I was the first in the store and I wanted to buy a coffee and a tumbler. Apparently it was some sort of release for said cup and the lady said I had to put my name down with the lady in the front of the store to get it..WTF, I was there in line, cash in hand, and was like really..Just an overall bad experience..why be first in the store if all I had to do was put my name down and leave. Shopping While Black Alert-I was here today on January 25, 2021 at around 12:25 p.m. I went to this Target to buy 3 cases of water. When I approached the back aisle to get the cases, two white female stock clerks were blocking the water so I waited a bit for them to let me grab my cases of water, but no these low life females decided to continuously block me from the waters. I told them I wanted to get the water but they refused to move and free up enough space, so I asked them 'how long are you going to be there?' One of the clerks, just shrugged her racist azz shoulder. I then said, I will just get my water from another section. I love Target, but not lately. Every time I come in the shelves are under stocked and the store is s mess. Today I was in around 2pm and there were employees everywhere, but the grocery shelves were bare ( no eggs at all!) and there were carts everywhere full of go backs and trash. Of course half of the shoe department was cleaned up and half not and no employees around. I'm tired of this store being a big hot mess!! It used to be great, now not so much. What happened???? This is one of my favorite targets. They're a bit messy but it doesn't really matter to me. They're always well stocked and the employees are very helpful. But oh for the love of Pete, can the employees please stop hogging the family bathroom??? Every time I'm there and need to use the bathroom with the kids i nanny, there's always always an employee using the family bathroom. And for a long period of time too. It drives me bonkers. It took me a while to come on here but the experiences at this store have inclined me to do so. Their employees could care less about their customers, as you walk the store and see associates they not only don't greet you but they run from you hoping you don't try to ask them for any help. And if you are standing in the isle in their way they will almost shove you out of the way so they can continue on their path. I have had multiple associates glare at me and pissed at life that they have to work at Target. Then at the registers the associate will give you attitude about asking for a bag or help with boxed items that don't fit in bags. The rep literally told me " you can do it" when i asked for the sticky handles to be put on my boxed items that I purchased. Then she put the entire roll of handles on my 1 box; I had 2 boxes so we could not even put a handle on my other boxed item. I had one of the most DELIGHTFUL experiences at this location!!!!! If I could rate 10 starts, I honestly would! I went to this location to spoil my little sister with some new pjs, school supplies, a toy, and her favorite snacks, I'm always working and never have the time to do anything with her. When we walked out to check out, a wonderful worker named Syeda, was the one who helped us. She was honestly so amazing!!!! Her attitude and energy was on point. Extremely professional and definitely puts forth great effort! She persuaded me to purchase a water bottle I was thinking of putting back. Please give this girl a raise!!! She deserves it!!!!! This stores doesn't know how to have a smooth check out process. There was a long line just to check out. I only had one item and the didn't even have a line for self check out only. People had to wait until asked if they were doing self check out. Only because it was an emergency I had to stand in like for a very long time. BEWARE shoppers of XBOX live gold (6 month) card At Target Tuscany Rd. Corona DO NOT purchase a XBox live gold 6 months cards, Target is doing a fraudulent business with thIs cards. My 16 year old son purchased a $39.99 (6 month)gift card for his XBOX, when he brought it home the card would not work. He took it back to the store the very next day to exchange it. The gentleman at the returns counter was able to return it gave my son son his money back. My son bought another card again, we got hooked and this other card did not work either!!! We went back to Target to return it. The same worker was at the returns counter, we explained how I it's the second time that it's happening. (Quite irritating to be going through this again) so he returned the second card and said if this not activate and had problems to go back to him. We got home and as it states on the card to wait 3 hours to activate it. Now again this card did not work either. By this time it's after midnight so we had tto wait for the next day to get the card returned. We go back the next day to return the card but now is another woman behind the returns counter. She tells my son she couldn't do anything about it and that he had to call the phone number on the card to get this straighten out. Basically that it's not her business, saying she is the manager and that was that. We called the # but all it did is asked a series of questions and by the end hangs- up on you. I stepped in as he is a minor and she is giving him the round around. I insisted she look deeper at the situation. As we had receipts and for target to recognize their defective merchandise as she did not want to take it back. It seems that there is some bate and switch going on. After she claimed that by "Federal laws" she could not do anything about it and couldn't enter a code. I insisted to explain this nonsense to us. All of a sudden she was able to enter a code. What kind of policies is Target pushing to their managers? After 3 cards and round around my son ended up buying a 3 month-less play time for $25.99 Is this racism assuming he stoled the card or are these Target's policies? We should all think twice to shop there. This experience deserves 0 stars. read more

Great location and tons of parking and centrally located by some other great shop's, and restaurants. Not my local location but fast becoming my to go Target run store. All the employees I've come across has been helpful and pleasant. Their well stocked and clean as it possibly can be this time of the year. They'll price match any items you want from other retail stores. Great return policy . Only thing I suggest is to get a Starbucks inside their store... the more hopped upped us shoppers are , the more we'll stay longer & BUY! read more

Did a drive up order just now and there was one young man running around helping multiple cars. (Blonde hair, tan hat) He was LITERALLY running to get everyone's orders and made sure to check in with each car to let them know he would be right with them. Plus it's hot out on top of it! I didn't get the name of the Cashier who helped me today around 5:00 PM today. Here it goes. I was walking towards the Register to pay for my stuff. There were 3 Associates standing there & one of them asked them, who wants to help her?? They didn't respond but the kind girl walked with me to the Register and was extremely Polite & Very Helpful. While I was looking for bargains at the Clearance Rack. An Associate was working, she saw that I was shopping, giving Target my business, but did not make room for me so I can move around and Shop. My order was received and confirmed, but not going to be filled and I never received a phone call. These are Christmas cards. I came to pick them up and received a kind apology from a sales associate. This is not her fault. Someone should have called me. This store is overcrowded and understaffed. I love target, and this store is my home store. But today for the first time I had the worse customer service experience. The girl at guest services has a horrible attitude. Plus I stood there for 5 minutes before anyone greeted me or asked if I needed help. Then when I asked for my pictures she had an attitude and told her co worked that I was taking up her time!!! I love target but this store is getting more and more filthy. The clothes are all over the ground and just thrown on the racks. The shoes are all over the floor out of the boxes and thrown around the displays. The floors are so dirty and have food and drinks spilled on them. I understand that customers are the main reason but clean it up once in awhile. I use to spend $100 plus a week there. I love going to this target! They keep their customer safe and always have a greeter with extra masks and sanitizers throughout the store. The employees are super friendly and makes my shopping experience very pleasant. They are always attentive and works towards bringing resolve to any issues. Rarely ever have to wait more than 10 min in life as they always make sure they have enough cashiers. The young manager that works is so nice! He has always greeted me with a smile. Recently moved to Corona and live five minutes from this location. I love it! It's clean, staff members are friendly and helpful. I wanted to write this review because an associate helped me last night at 11:00pm while I shopped for Christmas gifts. His name was Rudolph! He was so willing to help. He went to the back to find an item I needed and found it! I thought I was going to have to go to another Target but Rudolph saved me from making that trip. Awhile later I ran into him again in the toy isle and he saw me struggling to find something and helped me again by looking up an item with his scanner. He did all of this with a smile...less than an hour before closing. Best customer service...ever! Thank you Rudolph for amazing service and for helping a tired mom of four get through her Christmas shopping list at 11:00pm. read more

The store itself is fine. Clean and stocked just fine there only problem I can really pick out of this target is the staff. I can not begin to tell you the amount of times I've gone to check out and have 3+ cashiers close their registers on me one right after the other even though I only had one item.
