I love target but this store is getting more and more filthy. The clothes are all over the ground and just thrown on the racks. The shoes are all over the floor out of the boxes and thrown around the displays. The floors are so dirty and have food and drinks spilled on them. I understand that customers are the main reason but clean it up once in awhile. I use to spend $100 plus a week there. I love going to this target! They keep their customer safe and always have a greeter with extra masks and sanitizers throughout the store. The employees are super friendly and makes my shopping experience very pleasant. They are always attentive and works towards bringing resolve to any issues. Rarely ever have to wait more than 10 min in life as they always make sure they have enough cashiers. The young manager that works is so nice! He has always greeted me with a smile. The store itself is fine. Clean and stocked just fine there only problem I can really pick out of this target is the staff. I can not begin to tell you the amount of times I've gone to check out and have 3+ cashiers close their registers on me one right after the other even though I only had one item. Recently moved to Corona and live five minutes from this location. I love it! It's clean, staff members are friendly and helpful. I wanted to write this review because an associate helped me last night at 11:00pm while I shopped for Christmas gifts. His name was Rudolph! He was so willing to help. He went to the back to find an item I needed and found it! I thought I was going to have to go to another Target but Rudolph saved me from making that trip. Awhile later I ran into him again in the toy isle and he saw me struggling to find something and helped me again by looking up an item with his scanner. He did all of this with a smile...less than an hour before closing. Best customer service...ever! This review is for SHAYNE in customer service. I came in with a tall order. 2 different mobile pickups and three different returns. Some didn't have receipts and instead of getting a very low store credit she educated me on an even exchange per the items. I felt good that I didn't have to waste money even though I didn't have receipts. She also helped me cancel multiple items from my online order to use my even exchange without canceling the entire order. She was so sweet and like I said it was a tall order which would have been very complicated for most. She's so classy and sweet and represents target so well. The staff here is pretty friendly, if you can find someone to help you, because they're usually hiding lol. But they're helpful when you are able to find them. Only con is that lines are usually long so wish they had more cashiers staffed during peak hours. read more

Friendly employees here. Store clean and well kept, like most Target stores. I disagree with the staffing model here. They have a ton of lanes, but NEVER have more than 2 open (at least when I'm visiting). When the lines back up, they pull people up to customer service to help out, but that is an arduous process as sometimes a customer will arrive with a complicated return. Another downside to this specific Target is the age of the store. The whole outdoor mall area is beautiful, including the facade for Target. But the inside of this store is old and lacks any luster of a large store. Time for a remodel. Starbucks rocks though, right? read more

I came here during the early Covid days. And they didn't have a system set up, no one was monitoring the line, everyone was just kind of bleeding Into whatever lane would take them. After waiting for 45 minutes in line, I was next in line, so my cashier sees the cashier over is about to finish and she instructs me to go over to that lane, so I do as I'm told.... I walk up behind the couple who is about to finish and they both start looking at me like I'm the rudest person... I look behind me and there is a man and he says "so you're just going to cut in front of me like I don't exist ?! " and the couple agrees and they add "that so fucking rude" the cashier then says "the line starts back there " and I protest slowly and she cuts me off and says "I'm not going to help you" ..... I have never felt so uncomfortable and slightly anxious..... the cashier instead of clarifying or trying to hear what I was trying to explain just rolls her and eyes and refuses to listen.... so I slowly walk back to the original register and let her know how they refused to help me and thought I was cutting even though she sent me over there.... instead of apologizing or clarifying with the cashier that she sent me over she just says "it's fine I'll help you" ...... I never went back to this target and just recently went back for the first time. The entire experience made me so fearful of leaving my house for months lol. read more

It's been a long while since I've rated at target this high of a score; in fact I don't know that I've ever given five stars to any shopping location. The store seems like it's gone through some remodels in recent days. They have a big and brand-new home goods section and then also their electronic section is wide open and seems to have a better offering or at least a better view of their products. One of the other items upfront that I was kind of shocked at what self-serve or self checkout lines, which I don't think I've seen any target before. It seems to me like this is a flagship store or at least one that they're trying to test out a few new features or layout options in Targets. I don't mind the self checkout lines especially since the Target by my house always seems to be shortstaffed, so if I can buy my one or two items and get out any quicker I'm all for it. read more

Target used to be one of my favorite stores but I've seen a decline in customer service and product availability. I was in Target to purchase a gift and ended up with a few more things. One was a battery charger and batteries for xbox one controllers. The item was on a messy clearance shelf but had the security tags in place except for the bottom of the box which looked a little off. I bought the product and asked if I could open it there. The cashier, who was nice, said I would have to do it at customer service. A young girl with reddish brown short hair helped me. "Helped" is not really what she did. She made a fuss about having to the open the box, complained that she "hates doing this" fumbled with everything coming out of the box and then said she couldn't put it back in and that's why again she told me "that's why I hate doing this" all I could think was, well regardless if you hate it or not it's a part of your job. I hate buying a product and then finding it has parts missing when I get it home and then have to go back to the store and treated like a criminal when I'm trying to explain I bought an electronic and it's missing pieces. Someone at the CUSTOMER SERVICE counter should really be taught the meaning of those words. Fyi I was not mean or rude or anything during the transaction. I even thanked her for her help. Great place to get a lot of stuff when you don't have a lot of time. They have items such as clothes, shoes, cosmetics, basic groceries, home items, lots of toys, workout stuff, and the list could keep going. The staff seemed friendly. I had people saying good morning to me that I didn't even know! Haha. That's awesome. Someone also tried to help me with an item I needed that I couldn't find. She did this without me even asking. I was contacted by an employee of Target in Minneapolis after I informed BBB of my recent experience. She was very polite and professional but did not resolve my issue to my satisfaction. She apologized to me repeatedly, but did nothing to assist me. I have been a customer of Target for many, many years, and I feel I was treated as though my business was not all that important to them. I get it when you buy a gift card and lose it; it's like cash, but I am out $50 and don't think I did anything wrong. Disappointed! Called customer service because I had a price adjustment question, and the lady who I spoke to was of little help. She seemed not happy to help me, and told me it wasn't possible. She said if I didn't use the coupon the day I bought it, there was nothing they could do. This target is awful, it has been for months. The shelves are always empty, they never keep things stocked! So you make the trek to get stuff and half of what you need is missing. There are never enough lines open and the bathrooms are gross. It's a shame when you have to pass a target to drive to another city to find a target that keeps items on the shelves. read more

I am a huge Target fan and this is one of the best Target stores I stop at because... -It's always clean (even the bathrooms) -The organization of the store is convenient -The people are nice -Selection is great -Products are well stocked -There is tons of available parking -The shopping center it is apart of has other great options (one stop shop... movie theater, restaurants, other stores) -Prices are good (general comment on Target as a whole) Only real con is that they don't have produce and the food section is a bit small compared to other stores BUT in this area that isn't too much of a big deal. read more

She was annoyed when I had 2 coupons I was trying to use and I couldn't get out of there fast enough. I went in and gave the cashier 2 gift cards for my purchases and when she "ran them" she said one had a zero balance on it. (Both had never been used...) come to find out the one she kept in her drawer HAD a $25.00 dollar balance on it and it was never ran to check the balance. Unsure if it was "honest mistake" or if she was planning on keeping it for her own use later in the day... It's a clean store. However they have sale signs up that are very misleading! If a sign says starting at 19.99 one would think somethng on the rack would be 19.99. Every single item was 39.99.
