I've never really had an issue at this store, I mean sometimes you get a grumpy cashier but nothing like I experienced today! Instead of driving down to Target, I called customer service to check stock on an item. Honestly did think that was too big of a deal as normally all they would need to do is look the item up, punch in the sku and voila....right? Here's where it goes so wrong. I called the store, chose the option for an operator so I amy be directed to where I needed to go. The phone rang for so long, I actually waited to see how long it would ring before someone would pick up...no one ever did. So I hung up and called back again, chose the same option. This time just a few rings and a gal answered. I asked if she could check stock for me and she kept telling me she didn't understand what I wanted her to do...ummmm Check if an item is in stock!!??!? After trying to explain what I wanted, she hung up on me! So I called back again, same option, same girl answered and I asked again, and again she hung up on me. At this point I am so angry, I call back one last time, choose the same option and got hung up on again! Got in my car, drove down there and asked for a manager, to which I was told there wasn't one on duty....I hardly believe that...all retail has some type of management personnel on duty even if it's just an assistant...I told the customer service person what my issue was and he just shrugged his shoulders and said he didn't know what to say....come on Target, you can do better than this!!! Going into a holiday season is this what we have to look forward to as far as customer service goes? Awful, just awful!! read more

THIS REVIEW IS ABOUT STARBUCKS! Darlene is a sick individual! She was very insulting about how I liked my drink. It was so bad that her co-worker stepped in and said, "I like 20 pumps in mine, so no judging here!" While Darlene was mimicking her and saying, "no judgment there!" Implying her co-worker isn't judging but she is! She then goes on to say, "this weirdo and her drink!" She then asks me, "do you want short pumps or long pumps?" Short Pumps......Long Pumps...what nonsense! She then proceeded to put sugar free in my cup without me ever asking for it! She continued to splash the drink all over me and my sister with no apology or wiping anything and just laughed! Appalling behavior! Drinks were awful! Called the manager and was given an apology but no mention of correcting the drinks! I called back and requested my drinks be corrected and Katlyn the co-worker who doesn't fat shame or judge said she would replace them. Funny thing is Darlene is absolutely in no position to fat shame anyone! My suspicion is Darlene is a racist and that is were her disgusting behavior emerges from. Not happy with management either and will contact corporate office to file an official complaint!! Horrific behavior and poor management skills! I'd love to give a ZERO! read more

Nice and clean, not usually out of stock of anything I need. Friendly people who always offer to help with my groceries. Can't complain!

I will admit that Target can be over priced at times, BUT the convenience and selection are well worth it. The staff here was really friendly when they answered our questions. Store layout was a little different than what we were used to. Oh, this location sells beer, wine, AND hard liquor at cheaper prices than the BevMo across the street. So, a couple weeks ago I decided to stop by and check out the women's work pants, I needed a grey pair and I saw they had quite a selection. After looking for some time, I found a pair I really liked, I head to the dressing rooms and mind you, the pair of pants was folded still...THE WAY IT WAS ON DISPLAY and the woman at the dressing room area goes "Um! Excuse me! Can you unfold those please?" Implying that I was hiding something in the folded pants or trying to steal??? I literally looked at her like are you serious? After that whole ordeal, I tried them on and didn't think much of it, white women just like to feel like they have power I guess. BUT upon exiting the dressing room, a white woman (customer) walked into the dressing rooms with a CART FULL of items!!! The woman policing the dressing rooms didn't even bat an eye? All she said was "Please leave what doesn't work for you." If that isn't racial profiling, I'm not sure what is. I'm disgusted every time I see this lady, as this is my neighborhood target and I've been going since I was a child. read more

I was in the store and I couldn't find what i was looking for :(( Luckily for me the great staff were there to help me, one girl especially helped me find my items!! Her name was Natalie and I really appreciated her help during my shopping experience. She was kind, took her time and guided me through the store. Now, I have seen pretty negative reviews on here about the staff and store (from reviewers like Jay C. and D. K.), but I think we need to give the staff a break. No store or store chain has had to deal with a pandemic before and we should give all businesses our gratitude. We do not have to be there, there are apps and websites that allow us to get groceries delivered to our homes. Businesses are also handling the safety measures the best they can, but they can't control everyone and if you don't feel safe go home and order online. Now besides the content of these negative reviews, the language used in them is pretty appalling, the R-word and other cuss words have no place in a review, we should always be respectful when criticizing or critiquing other people's work. However strong feeling you have about "this dump" cussing out employees on this app is no way of expressing your grievances towards them. No matter what experiences we have at a store we should always be considerate to those who are at high risk for COVID-19 and are risking their lives to help everyday people like us. A really clean and kept up Target store. Most of the time you'll have an employee ask how your doing and if you need help with anything, other than that you will hardly ever see them around. I like the fact that they expanded the store to include grocery items, such as milk,meats, and produce. I usually go later in the day so its not so crowded and there is always a check stand open. This is one of the best Target stores. The staff is really friendly, and I can always get help whenever I need it. Also the managers is on top of things that contacting opening new registers to make sure that there is no long lines. This is Target- which is great but this target is clean and easy to understand. The electronic area seems to be a bit disorganized though. They always have this crazy guy working the check out stations- seriously target you need to start testing your people for drugs more often. read more

One of the nicer Targets around, in the Valley of the Dirt People. Never had a bad experience here. The cashier's are usually very friendly and nice and the store is pretty clean and tidy. The shelves seemed well stocked and they are going to be opening up a produce section this summer, so that's a plus. The area it is in is also very nice and lively. Lots of restaurants and shops. Omgoodness I love this store. Came on Black Friday at 6 on right when they opened. There was a HUGE LINE & I was expecting it to be 2 hrs. It was only 30 mins! Khols next door was 2 hours and so inefficient. You can tell this store has superb management who knows how to handle logistics & traffic levels. Also an associate in the men's section was so helpful & asked us if we needed help. I don't usually get that service at a department store ever... Let alone on Black Friday! I enjoy Target because the aisles are wide and uncluttered. This Target has decided to place items in the middle of aisles. Large "dumps" of Tide and Bounty in boxes on pallets. This is ugly and interferes with people and shopping carts. If I want to see this, I can go to WalMart or Sam's. the need to nip this in the bud! read more

I prefer the Hamner Target because the items are not as picked-over. However, I usually come here first because of other stores located at the Crossings. If I can't find something here, I can find it at the Hamner location. The staff at both locations is very helpful. read more

i go here because walmart is too far from me. great selection of goods and great prices. can of pringles light is 2.70$ compare to the 3$ at other stores. the sore is very clean and the staff is helpful. plenty of parking in the parking lot and they even have a small food court with pop corn and pizza. i recommend this place to anyone. read more

Don't ever order anything online for pick up. I ordered some shoes 10 days ago and I never got an email saying they were ready for pick up. I look at my bank account and the order was canceled. I call and they basically said the item was never even available. Okay? So why even give me the option to pick up from this store?? Not to mention the guest service worker was interrupting me and trying to get me off the phone as quickly as possible. read more

Called in to have someone check if they had an item in stock and the girl on the phone says "uhmmm...sure I guess"....uhmm ok? So then someone picks up the phone after I was on hold for a long while & doesn't say anything. So I say "hello?" And some guy says "Uhh yes?" I said "I was on hold for something.." & then he says he can help me. So I wait for another long while (BTW I wasn't on hold this time..I could hear everything in the background) & he finally finds my product. So I asked him if he can put it on hold for me because I bought the wrong 1 last night at this location because the 1 I wanted was out last night. But he just straight up said "No." I usually like this target and I do like people who work there...I work next door. But those 2 people on the phone today...I mean really....I get its the holidays and it's crazy stressful, hey I work retail too, but that shouldn't be an excuse to give lame customer service. read more

I wanted to buy a stool. I researched it on their website, then went to the Crossings location to pick one up. There was one in stock, the display zip-tied to a shelf. I was told I couldn't buy a display and offered a raincheck "if" they get another in stock. BTW, the associate checked other local stores and they only have a display too. Hoping to speak with a free-thinking person, I asked for a manager. The manager would not come out of the office and communicated to me via another associate that it's a liability to sell a display because of assembly and electrical concerns... it's a weed metal stool... no assembly or electric parts! Unsatisfied, I called Customer "Service" only to receive a "scripted" lecture of their policies and urged to get a raincheck for if/when they get another in stock. Ridiculous. read more

Prior to moving to corona I used target's pharmacy for five years. The target pharmacy in corona however leaves much to be desired. It is always understaffed, there is zero sense of urgency among their pharmacy crew, and their hours are much more limited than the target I previously used. Additionally targets new corporate website to order refills has changed from one that was simple to use to one that is a huge pain to use. I'm definitely hunting for a new pharmacy. read more

Used to love my Target but they decided to shrink the garden and yard department along with many others and become a grocery store. Now going to Target is about as fun as going to Stater Brothers - fewer cool goods and long grocery lines with all that goes with that. I bought some men's hair cream last night night. When I got home and the jar it looked like someone had taken a huge scoop out. Almost half was already gone . And the receipt doesn't match what I bought. The price was the same but the item description wasn't. For example ,I bought two travel size mouth wash and one tooth paste but the receipt said two tooth paste and one mouth wash. It just seems like they need to get their systems in order. The store was clean which is why like this one over other Targets I've been to. read more
