Our designer, Pat, showed up on day…read moreone to view the yard and try to understand what we wanted, but we didn't really know what we wanted other than a pergola. We discussed a turf area for our dog, boulders, brick patio, and xeriscaping. A week later I realized I didn't want pokey, spikey, pain-inducing plants in the yard my dog and grandchildren would be playing in. Pat graciously updated our design to include a second sitting area for a fire table and replaced the xeriscaping with a raised area that includes a desert willow, rosemary, sage, and lavender. The day before the project the materials were delivered, the day of the project a team of apparent experts showed up and finished everything except the pergola before the end of the day. It was amazing. They were fast, friendly, and left everything better than they found it, including the side and front yard! Yes, they used the extra materials to cover the shallow graveled areas of my front and side yard, and leveled them out. They swept the dust from the road and driveway, watered everything and left. The next day the pergola was built with the same customer service and attention to detail. We're are beyond happy with our new yard! I can't wait until the plants are grown to see the real outcome!

It was 8:30 am and even though I sent a picture he said he would be over by 11 am to make sure it's priced correctly and he can determine much more accurately the number of guys to send. He got here at 10:45 and in 5 min gave me an excellent quote and said 2 guys would do the job in 2.5 hrs. We set a date 4 days later at 8 am. The two guys arrived at 7:50 am. We went to the tree and discussed what I wanted done. I offered to help but they said they had it handled and they would come get me when done. They came to my front door when done and took me around back to check it out and make sure I was pleased. They were polite and professional. They had all the proper tools needed to do the job. They hauled away all the trimmings. They not only raked the gravel but blew off that entire side of the yard. They also managed the entire job without damaging any of the 5 large prickly pear cactus, 2 birds of paradise, and 1 mini palm tree that are all within 1-5 feet from this tree. It's a family run business, his crews are covered by his insurance while on your property. STAY AWAY…read more Absolutely unacceptable work. What was supposed to be simple trimming turned into severe over-pruning that completely ruined my plants. Multiple mature, full, flowering shrubs were cut down into stiff, unnatural box-like shapes with most of the blooms removed. The entire look of my yard was drastically changed in a single visit. This is not professional landscaping - it's careless and shows a lack of basic pruning knowledge. When I contacted the owner about it, my concerns were dismissed and he hung up on me. Save yourself the frustration and go with a more competent company. Photos speak for themselves. ***Update***: The owner's response speaks for itself. Rather than addressing the legitimate concerns about the quality of work, he chose to attack me personally and publicly, calling me disgustingly rude and telling other businesses never to work with me. This condescending and unprofessional response only confirms why we will never use this company again.

Weather or illness delays are understandable and that was never where the irritation lies, the…read moreissue as it's spelled out very clearly in the initial review is COMMUNICATION and the lack of it. I have the emails of us trying to figure out where you were after several missed appointments and begging your company for clear and timely communication. Also, we've never expected communication after hours. 2. YES, there was a leak in my backyard as of Sept. 2026. We even got a 2nd opinion on the leak from our licensed maintenance company. This person offered to fix it and we said no, because we are under warranty with your company. If there wasn't a leak, then why did Daniel come to my home twice with replacement equipment. Are you claiming that he was just fixing air for two days straight? Because if that's what you're claiming, then that's very disingenuous to send someone out to "fake" fix something. As I've outlined several times, the crux of all these issues is the poor communication. You and your colleagues can use this as a learning experience to practice better communication with future customers. Response to Jenna's 2nd message: More lies from you! I did have a repair case/complaint open with the BBB and because you guys came and fixed what needed to be fixed, I told BBB they can go ahead and close out the claim. I have reiterated over and over again that the issue I'm outlining in these reviews is communication and for some reason you're not getting it. Now that I've written reviews outlining the company's poor behavior, you have all the time in the world to respond. If only we had gotten this sort of customer service throughout this process. Jenna, multiple customers have left reviews that mirror my sentiments. I am not lying. Future customers need to use discretion. If you see multiple people that are in no way affiliated with each other all saying the same thing about a company -- then you can only deduce that these customers must be telling the truth.
