My pool was built in the '80s and was not up to code, it split around the perimeter halfway down the water level and I lost over 10,000 gallons of water. It used to be a 22,000 gallon pool and by talking with David and Edward, we agreed on a better repair solution, also to half the amount of water that we would need after it was finished. At this time of year in Arizona, the temperatures exceed 100° f. Their crew was friendly and respectful of property, they had to work in this horrible heat, but they had no complaints. The crew even stayed past their normal finish time so that they wouldn't have to come in the next day and disrupt me and my dogs. Throughout the entire process, Andrew kept me up to date and gave me a few more ideas on pool design. This family-run business also collaborates with other companies to ensure the process is done correctly and up to code. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the end result, now bear in mind this was a pool repair company and a pool design company, they could have finished the entire pool, but I already had a different company on standby and they completely understood. There was no pressure to finish the entire pool with their company, which to me means that they are a very honest family-run business. We hired Innovative for a significant landscape and pool renovation project and, unfortunately, our…read moreexperience fell well short of expectations. The project ultimately ran approximately 1 1/2 years beyond the original anticipated timeline. Throughout the process, we dealt with multiple project managers, inconsistent communication, and numerous instances where completed work had to be redone. This included portions of the tile/travertine work in both our courtyard and backyard. Many of the pieces are still cracked and chipped. We also experienced significant issues with the landscaping. Many of the plants died within the first six months, irrigation/waterlines had to be corrected, and we found ourselves making many of the plant selections rather than receiving the level of design guidance we expected. Permitting was another area that required considerable follow-up on our part, including gas permits that were never properly completed. Unfortunately, some of the issues went beyond delays and inconvenience. On August 15, 2025, drainage and grading problems resulted in flooding that caused more than $12,000 in damage. We ultimately filed a complaint with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, and drainage/piping corrections were completed in November 2025. The only way to get them to repair the issues that they refused to correct and said was not part of their scope of work, even though they fully demolished and rebuilt the entire front and back landscape, was by filing a complaint with the ROC and having a demand letter sent to them. With that being said I highly recommend that you check their current standing with the Maricopa County ROC as they have one of their licenses revoked. We also experienced issues with the pool, including a significant chip in the pebble tec that required the pool to be drained and repaired, followed by the cost and inconvenience of filling it again within the first year.l, which we had to pay out of pocket for refilling of water and chemicals. There were certainly aspects of the finished project that we liked, which makes the overall experience especially disappointing. With a project of this size and expense, we expected stronger project management, communication, quality control, and follow-through. Even after the construction issues were addressed, we continued to experience difficulty with follow-through. At the time of this review, Innovative is approximately four months delinquent on a written payment agreement related to our project. I recognize that large construction and landscape projects can encounter unexpected challenges. However, the combination of the extended timeline, repeated rework, permitting and drainage issues, property damage, and ongoing follow-through concerns made this a very difficult experience for our family.

Jeremy was a no show to 2 more appointments he made to fix Bucks drip line work. When I needed 2 lines to trees Buck went 4 inches underground and just split the line so I would see 2 lines coming out of the ground. Half the yard has adjustable emitters half not, I have plants not getting any water. Adam is a stand up professional When I had a problem with some of the work that was done he sent out another man to fix the issues I had with the drip system. He apologized about the work that was done by 2 men that no longer work for his company. I am hard to please but I will be using All Terrain Landscaping for my work in the future. Subsequent years saw a few leaks every couple of months. I suppose I should have asked what type of poly tube they were using but figured for the price (over $3k), they'd be using something of quality. I was way wrong. I have had to engage Sprinkler Doctors for each leak (and it's not just one at a time, it's several at a time) after giving up doing it on my own. It just became a burden. Every instance of Sprinkler Doctors coming out to fix the leaks, the tech invariably asks, "who installed this?" and "this tubing is cheap." Most recently, I had a tech come out to address more leaks and he flat out told me that the tubing they used was garbage and the installers should have or would have known that. My entire system needs to be replaced because now, with each leak fixed, another leak pops up a little further down the line. So if you want to have fun repairing leaks a year after install, go with this company! If that doesn't sound like a grand time to you, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. TL/DR: irrigation tubing should last about 10-15 years after installation if it's buried. Mine hasn't even lasted eight. Leaks began occurring the year after installation.

We initially had concrete in mind, but Jason let us know he got of out concrete and primarily does pavers, as they look better and are stronger. We honestly just assumed pavers would be out of our price range, but opted to get a quote to remove a few sections of our walkway to add the driveway, raise the wall and then a quote to pave around our shed. Though the quote may not have been the cheapest, we also added a project and the over value and product could not be beat. I also truly believe you get what you pay for and Jason and his team do awesome work. Their prices are extremely reasonable for the quality, attention to details and efficiency his team provides.
