I have been with your service for a few years now and was referred by one of my best friend. Gary services her yard in Sunnyvale and it looks great. I get texts that they are coming out the next day for service but I work and they cannot get in my back yard. I need service before 9 am or after 5 pm due to my work hours. I am not paying for them to come just do my front yard when my back yard looks awful. Also I have to let my company know in advance (not 1 day notice) that I will be late for work. I have called at least "3" times to reschedule my appointment but no one calls me back. I water my grass, take care of my flower beds, trim my bushes and all my neighbors envy my yard but now the grass looks awful. I agree with other reviews about this company STILL putting their flyers on my door even if I have a NO SOLICITING sign on my door. I did that to keep my dog from going crazy, but yet, this company does not honor privacy. read more

I hate to be a "Karen" but this company walks up to our front door almost daily putting a flyer there at odd hours of the day. We are a no soliciting neighborhood. Seems they are hard up for business. It freaks out my dog to see some random person treck across our grass daily to harass us with their flyers. Well it started out great. Wonderful office employees. Now when I hired them I was told that workers have iPads and when they see an issues they input the problems and the office will call or email and let us know what needs to be done and the price. Well, that wasn't the case. After about a month in we were experiencing our drip system was cracked in some places and left big holes in the ground from the water. we would have to call if we saw this. We also would catch the sprinklers every now and then to find out some of the drip system nozzles were streaming outwards and I had a neighbor coming and tell me I had water spilling from one of my drips out on to the street. That has happened couple if times we had to call. So when I called I asked is any of your gardeners check the water sprinklers to make sure the sprinklers and drips are all working. She said no they not allowed to. So I said so how are we suppose to know if our sprinklers work if they come on in the middle of the night early morning. I also called couple of times to let them know my bushes werent cut properly sometimes they came and didnt cut the grass or the weeds. I had a big tree in my front lawn I came home the tree was being cut down. I screamed and told them I didnt ask for this. I called and she said OMG I gave them the wrong address. I was hecka mad at myself for not getting rid of them then. So I asked them do you trim palm leaves no we don't WHAT? My yard during the winter nothing grows I mean I can go once a month not even then without nothing sprouting or mowing. So, why come if there is nothing to trim or cut? So I would cancel when I see there is nothing to be trimmed. Then an mass email comes out about canceling services. The last straw was the Blue weed killer spray left spots all over my pool deck i had company over totally embarrassed I saw blue spray droplets all over. Thats when I decided to let them go when the new gardeners came to see the yard he went straight to the sprinkler box with me in tow so he cant try nothing. But he said your water should be on auto. So he turned it on I had floods of water coming out of one of the sprinklers In front and the back yard front yard we had three flood under two floods bubbling out from the drip system box on under a bush, and one pouring out the side of the driveway now backyard hole on the side of house from the drip system and three sprinklers streaming because one sprinklers drip was flooding under another bush. I think I covered it all WAIT I FORGOT...I also experienced crew changing to a different day so we can get a more experienced group was great but only lasted 3 visits. They knicked my house and tore my window screen flying from under the mower I have rocks with kinda sharp edges well some may get in the grass but you should be looking so you can catch it it's always low you would able to see it. would park in front of my driveway when there is plenty of room to park. I tried them out because we got a flyer on our door. Really unhappy with the service provided. I paid for a cleanup then scheduled bi-weekly service. They sprayed every inch of my rocks with the blue dye, but with no sign that it actually contained weed killer. After 48 hours my yard is still completely blue and none of the weeds are gone. They trimmed down a bush I specifically requested to not trim because it is a privacy bush, and they hacked up my pretty pink flower bush. They left debris all over the driveway. I emailed them and told them about my disappointment. No offer of any reimbursement. I do not recommend this place. read more

We had their biweekly landscaping service for almost a year, and I was almost always disappointed with the results. The crew breezes in, stays for about 10 minutes (max) to mow the lawn and blow some leaves, then they breeze out. We found that many times the leaves were just blown under other bushes, and sometimes bushes were not trimmed at all. I asked several times to have our rocks raked (which was part of the contract), and this hardly ever happened. There is absolutely no attention to detail. The final issue was when the crew cut our cat's claw, which covered both our north and south walls. I'm not sure what they were thinking, but they cut both vines directly across the middle, so the top part of each vine died. I contacted the owner to let him know what happened, and he didn't apologize or anything -- he just asked for pictures to prove that it happened. He asked if we wanted it cleaned up (of course we did!), and he said someone could be out in two weeks. Really? We canceled our service and figured we could do a better job ourselves. read more

Used for landscaping only. First couple of services were good, we explained what we needed and what our expectations were. unfortunately we had to repeat this with every visit. Basically they send unskilled workers who are unfamiliar with landscaping, and gardening. As stated by another reviewer, they blow in and blow out, wielding and hacking their way through the yard not knowing what they're supposed to be doing. When I asked them to please not trim the hibiscus, they had no idea what a hibiscus was. If I wanted my yard hacked I would do that myself. Enchanted Landscaping team exceeded my expectations in every way. Team leader and I reviewed the work to be done. He was knowledgeable and made pruning recommendations for my palm trees and bushes to encourage new growth. The weeding in the gravel and raised plant beds. I had extra​ service to cut neighbors oleanders bushes that have broken my common wall once. They made the cuts down the fence line with precision. They hauled all the trimmings away and blew out the whole yard and patio for the leaf debris. Even the pool was skimmed for leaves floating. Very satisfied customer! YARD SERVICE: In the beginning (2019), the initial clean-up and bi-weekly maintenance lawn service were amazing. However, after a few months, the biweekly maintenance became horrible. The workers would show up and stay for only 5-6 minutes then leave. In those 5-6 minutes, the workers spread weed killer on only a small portion of the yard. They did not pull weeds or rake the dirt area. And, they did not blow the entire back and front patios. If I wanted it done, I would have to physically go outside and supervise. Worst part - I was home and observed the workers on each occasion. CUSTOMER SERVICE: The owners provided consistently superb customer service. The owners were promptly responsive, empathetic, and would send their workers back out to re-do the work during the same week. The owners also credited my account until their workers completed the job. RE-DO THE WORK: Unfortunately, when the workers came back out to re-do the work that they did not complete on the first and second visits, they again, showed up, stayed for only 5-6 minutes and did no work. It was very unprofessional. Who does that?! The last three times the workers came out on 3/23/20, 3/30/20 and 4/2/20, it was the same scenario each time (sadly). I was so upset that I cancelled the service. Not only was cancelling inconvenient for me, I honestly didn't want to cancel because I genuinely like the owners and the professional, top tier customer service they provided to me. I also truly appreciated that they would send me a text message on the morning of the service as a reminder. HOWEVER: With the exception of the initial clean-up crew (usually 3 workers) who did professional and thorough work in my front and back yards, the maintenance crew (usually 2 workers) consistently did minimal to no work each time they came out for the 5-6 minutes that they were present, which I found unacceptable. It was unreal! Another disappointment is that the owners didn't attempt to keep my service. Though I remained (1) respectful in my communications with them regarding their workers lack of honoring their part of the yard maintenance agreement, and also (2) provided them with pictures of my yard after their workers left, there was no attempt to keep my service and right their workers wrong. This surprised me. If I were a business owner, I would hold my workers accountable and expect them to uphold professional and thorough yard service to my customers to maintain my company's credibility AND uphold our reputation to provide honorable and excellent service. I was genuinely surprised that the owners of Enchanted Landscaping & Pools did not. This was truly disappointing. read more

Bad service, yard looks as messy as it was before they showed up. No eye for detail and they don't take the time to do the job right.

I would not recommend the Enchanted Landscape and Pool. Never attempt to get their service and you'll just paying for nothing. Show up not even 5 minutes stay and leave. My pool has a lot of debris and the lady cleaner said "it is not necessary to vacuum". I should not even give a star for that kind of work. read more

Was using Enchanted Landscaping on a bi-weekly lawn service. Not good folks. Initially hired Enchanted to trim a 15 ft tall Cyprus tree that has grown quite wide. When I came home that night these fools had cut the tree in half and made it a hedge. Horrible. They admitted their mistake and gave me a months free of lawn service (90.00). On to the lawn service.. initially it was ok. Trim and edge front back lawn.. trim hedges, agave, spray weeds.. over the course of the year the service got worse.. by the end they only did the lawn and ignored all else. I'm very happy with the service I've been receiving from Enchanted Landscape and Pools over the past several years. When I first moved into my house, I was either doing the landscaping myself or constantly hunting around for a reputable and reliable landscaper. One day a flyer ended up on my front door and I decided to try them. Ever since, they've been coming every other week to maintain my front and back yard.
