It's I met with Gustavo in person and we went over with what I want done. These guys charged me 1,300 for a deposit which they kept. They destroyed my pool deck. The pavers from the brochure what was shown looked nothing like what they had put around my pool deck and not only that but these were over pavers. I had slate tile underneath that needed to be demoed out because it was already crumbling, you can't just put pavers over it. He said that will cost more money. I halted everything and we got into a big argument. He's unreliable, time management was bad, and everything else about this company was bad. Due to the sand being compacted around the pool, water had nowhere to go except for my foundation. This guy doesn't even put a French drain. I hired another license and bonded company to fix everything. My backyard now looks better than ever!

Service-communication: very good. My main contact was James. Took a lot of time with us. We were going from scratch, so it took a while for us to figure out what we wanted. Plus, had to get HOA approval for a pergola - never fun, but finally got through that. Second contact was Ali toward the end with the irrigation and plants. Easy to deal with. Once the contract was signed, they indicated 2-3 weeks to begin, and that was accurate. Supply delivery began about five days prior to commencing work. The initial crew wasted no time getting to work. They kept the premises clean. Everyone professional. Quality: All I can say, is so far so good! Nice paver work, Pergola looks great. Electrical all appears properly done. Turf looks great. We are very happy with the results. Everyone cleaned up after themselves. Delays: none of any consequence.
