Honestly I was embarrassed to show them the condition of the unit, but they got right to work and are obviously extremely skilled, as this was a very tough job. I was really pleased not only with how thoroughly they cleaned it, but also how efficiently. I also opted for a deep clean of an area rug, which looks very good now. After this experience, I'm planning to hire BerryClean to clean the rest of the rugs, as well as a deep clean of my home when the time comes.
