Just aggressively, overwhelmingly salty. Every bite felt like a dare. Between the bacon and the cheesesteak, it was sodium stacked on sodium with zero balance. I genuinely couldn't finish it after two bites. At that point, it felt like I had just thrown money straight into the trash. The sausage stuffed peppers were decent...thankfully. Not mind-blowing, but at least edible and competently made, which is more than I can say for the sandwich. They saved me from a starving morning. Extremely disappointed. Opened the restaurant early, just for us, out of the rain, on a holiday. I haven't experienced kindness like that from a stranger in a very long time. We sat in a warm restaurant, ate incredible ramen, and I thought about that moment for days afterward. The food is SO wonderful.
