It looked like there would be tons of unique flavors to choose from, and I was especially excited to try the pistachio baklava! Unfortunately, when we visited, they only had the standard flavors available: strawberry, chocolate, vanilla, Nutella, and mint chocolate chip. There were also no cones available today. We ended up getting two scoops each. That said, they do not skimp on the ice cream...the scoops were huge and they pack the cups generously, so it's definitely worth the price. The ice cream itself was a solid 5/5! My only disappointment was that I was really looking forward to trying something different and special, especially some of the flavors I had seen advertised online.

I started calling at 9am to finalize the invoice and never heard back until 2pm. When I finally reached someone, I was spoken to with open hostility and told, "What was I supposed to do, make the cake in an hour?"--despite the fact that everything had been confirmed days prior. The owners mother and counter girl spoke to me in a way I've never experienced from any business or anyone for that matter . Shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I have written proof and photos showing they do take custom cake orders, despite later claiming they don't. There was no misunderstanding, no mix-up--just unacceptable behavior. I strongly recommend staying away from this establishment. No customer deserves to be treated this way.

I have a big sweet tooth, but I usually only want a few bites and can never finish a whole ice cream, no matter how small the size I order. The serving sizes here are perfect for me, and they're also great for my toddler. That said, some of my favorite flavors have been a bit disappointing. Cookie Monster, which is usually one of my favorites, wasn't great. It had a slightly bitter taste and way too much food coloring. It was extremely blue and stained everything, which wasn't ideal, especially with a little one whose favorite flovor is cookie monster. Overall, I appreciate the friendly service, value, and portion sizes, but I do wish some of the flavors were a little better.
