It made for a very messy time and I couldn't enjoy it the way I should have. My girlfriend's shake was ok but the oreo pieces were way too big. The shake was more like a McFlurry or Blizzard rather than a shake. It still tasted great, but if you order a shake you should get a shake. A friend ordered fried Oreos and they were fantastic. I'd definitely get these again. My brother told me their fried Nutter Butters are even better. Service was average as were the prices. My experience wasn't bad enough to completely turn me away, but next time I'll have to try some other things on their menu.

When I finally reached someone, I was spoken to with open hostility and told, "What was I supposed to do, make the cake in an hour?"--despite the fact that everything had been confirmed days prior. The owners mother and counter girl spoke to me in a way I've never experienced from any business or anyone for that matter . Shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I have written proof and photos showing they do take custom cake orders, despite later claiming they don't. There was no misunderstanding, no mix-up--just unacceptable behavior. I strongly recommend staying away from this establishment. No customer deserves to be treated this way.

I showed up a bit too early on a Saturday after a nearby lunch, keep in mind they open at 2 p.m. on Saturdays. The two women working took my early arrival completely in stride and were impressively professional throughout my time there. They were engaging and once they heard I was a first time customer, gave me a rundown of the menu and their process. The shop is impeccably clean, modern, and features comfortable seating. I went with an original chimney cake and it was made fresh. I selected a drizzle of their store made dulce de leche and after a brief wait, it was ready. I really enjoyed the chimney cake, crispy exterior and a tender interior. Just sweet enough.
