One of the employees immediately went over towards our left as they entered and said, "Guys, when you are ready to order come over by the cash register." This is why it is important for business owners to train the people they hire about appropriate customer service because although the employees are not owners, they are representatives of the business. So business owners have to be careful about who they hire. Hmmmmm, how convenient for these new guests and inconvenient for us that we were not acknowledged until the employees felt compelled to share this ordering practice with a new group of patrons after we were already waiting. That behavior was enough for us to know it was time to walk out. I refuse to spend my money where I can see overt disrespect.
