Instead of apologizing without attitude, she never took accountability and blamed the cooks, while the cooks blamed her. The cooks were much more apologetic. When bringing out our appetizer, the bartender said, "You seem bothered. I can take the appetizer off, but you need to give it here. If I take it off, you won't eat it and not be charged for it." We never mentioned being unsatisfied with the appetizer, so it was unnecessary and unprofessional for her to speak that way or make that assumption. Both my husband's and my sides were incorrect with our main meals. When we informed another server, he rolled his eyes out of frustration with the bartender (not at us) and apologized.
