Very unprofessional! I was also informed by a previous customer of Holt who hired and paid him $1400.00 to get rid of her termites that the heat treatment did not work! They sent a tech out who pretended to place traps and he left before I could confirm he did his job. My Property management company is saying they won't return the calls now! This company is a sham, they misrepresented themselves and they didn't even solve the problem, but they definitely cashed the check! I paid half down a week later and 2 1/2 months later this building was tented. The team of guys not only showed up right on time, but everything went like clockwork through out the whole process. There were, I think 5 or 6 young men, all most professional, communicating with each other on the best procedures and employment of equipment, etc..., etc... I was impressed not only with the friendliness, the co-worker appreciation exhibited between them and the mutual respect shown each other, but more so with the realization that I was receiving a custom job, not the one size fits all solution I have seen with others on the property in the past. Really, I was kind of blown away with these guys all working together in concert, having fun with it and getting the job done. We knew we wanted to tip them all to show our appreciation and it was graciously received. Still, my hope is that this company realizes how important it is to have this crew represent them so well - even in the covid era. I complained they said be patient. Meanwhile, I lost my yard. I hired Brothers Pest Control and they are already killing them off. Management was combative the whole time working this issue. When Steve came for our first consultation he actually got up on the roof to check for access points, unlike the other companies. He also came up with a plan to get rid of the rats for good. It took a few weeks and several different approaches, but Steve figured out the rats and now they're gone! Finally! My calls were avoided until I hounded them. The owner Chuck finally called me back. I sent pictures of washed bedding with bed bugs and other pictures of bugs I had scooped up with a sticky lint roller brush. Chuck the owner told me the only bed bugs in my home was between my ears and he would not honor the 90 day warranty. I told him I would stop payment at my bank and he laughed at me telling me he has been down this road before and the bank will not refund my money. I have checked their license on the Verify my License Florida website and the license is not a valid license. Also, the website is not valid, neither is their company number which is listed on the bill. Beware of these scam artists
