We received multiple quotes from other pest control companies and unfortunately, some of the pricing we were given made it feel like certain companies were trying to take advantage of an elderly woman who may not know what the service should reasonably cost. That was NOT the experience with Tampa Bay Pest Pros. Their pricing was extremely fair and reasonable, essentially about half of what some of the other companies were quoting without sacrificing the quality of service whatsoever. More importantly, my mom had nothing but great things to say about the entire team. She said Luis and Brian were very professional, kind, helpful, respectful and treated her like family. As her son, that means a lot to me. Knowing she was in good hands with people who were focused on actually helping her rather than trying to take advantage of her. No apologies or offers to make things better, just a quick cancelation!! We used this company for over a year and paid $130 a MONTH only to realize we were being scammed because they thought no one was watching. Romay, I'm writing to inform you that we will no longer be requiring lawn care services from Green Image, effective immediately. After observing a persistent weed issue in our front yard, despite over a year of regular service, I reviewed our security footage and was very disappointed with what I found. On 8/4, the technician sprayed only a small section on the front left side of the home while walking toward the backyard. The rest of that side was left untreated. In the backyard, large areas were completely missed, including the entire left side, seemingly due to the onset of rain. I also reviewed footage from 7/7 and noticed that only the St. Augustine grass in the front (right) yard was treated; no other areas received service. Unfortunately, our backyard cameras were being replaced at the time, but given the pattern of incomplete work, I can only assume similar shortcuts were taken then as well. This level of service is unacceptable, especially given the premium price we've been paying each month. As such, we will not be paying for the 8/4 service. In fact, we believe a partial refund is warranted for previous services that were clearly not performed in full.

So update: 2 managers and a tech came to finish the job. I own a 3b 2 bath, house and they charged…read moreme $1100 for the wire to close all opening for the rodents; minus garage door. Traps set and 'supposed' to be checked weekly, and then a smoking/fogging of cleaning chemicals to clean where the mice were in the attic. Manager now maintains the traps and such, and installed a webcam to "watch" where the mice are coming from. Granted at this point the issue has resolved itself, but $1100 is steep. Also going into week 2 of no call or text once again. I understand you're a manager and such, but don't promise something you can't deliver on. If I wanted to babysit this project on the service aspect I'd refund half the cost due to the customer neglect. Truly Nolan do better or the competition is gonna win.
