If one of your criteria is selecting a vendor with great customer service, this is the place for you. I spoke with John and asked if he serviced my area (south pasadena) and what I had found in my townhome. (1 bug) After our conversation I sent him a picture and he walked me through on what it was and what to do. Now mind you I'm not even his customer yet but he went above and beyond in helping me. Thats what I consider great customer service. I know if and when I need this service, he will be the one I'll be calling. read more

Liberty Pest Management - Pest Control Near Me - Odessa, Florida

We were looking for new pest control company and saw several recommendations on social media neighborhood posts for Liberty Pest. I used their FB page quote button to submit my information and within 2 hours, I had the quote back, approved it and scheduled for the service. They could have come out the next day but our schedule didn't permit so they came out two days after submitting my quote. The technicians arrived promptly this morning for us and were knowledgeable and so polite. Even though it's just the first visit, I am already happy we gave up the prior company and went with Liberty Pest. read more

Oh my gosh! They have the best customer service around. A true family owned company that cares about their customers. You have a problem, they have a solution. Always happy to help. Their techs are truly professional and know what they are talking about. Never going to another pest control Company! Thanks Liberty! Way to stand out in the crowd read more

Dean and his team are great! He set us up for quarterly service and guaranteed the service. My wife hates spiders so Dean is her hero. He explained the service and products then at us know additional pest prevention tips. Highly recommend! read more

I had another pest control company give me a quote for roach treatment which seemed a bit high, so I called Liberty Pest Management for a second opinion. Rather than rush to sell me a service, John, the owner, gave me an extremely valuable consultation over the phone. His advice will likely save me hundreds of dollars and handle my problem more effectively than what the other company was proposing. Without a doubt, if I have any further pest control needs, these are the folks I'm going to be calling. Thanks, John! read more

Liberty Pest was the first place I called after purchasing my home a couple of years ago, and so far will be the last. The first thing they took care of was the massive ant party the previous home owners left behind. No ant party issues since then. My property is serviced quarterly. Liberty typically sends me a text the day before to remind me of the appointment. Upon arrival they always knock on my front door to courteously let me know they've arrived. They always ask if anything out of the ordinary needs to be addressed. The preventative maintenance of the house exterior has kept the inside pest free with very few exceptions. Staff has offered helpful DIY tips on how to keep it that way. I know if anything becomes an issue, they'll make time to come over and fix it ASAP. Highly recommended for people who hate creepy crawlers as much as I do!! read more

I had Liberty Pest at our house and fell for a door knocking sales person (shame on me). The door knocking company promised a more "natural" pest service at a lower price. Never again! Liberty kept our house pest free for many years, once I switched we had to go back. Liberty welcomed us back and came to spray the next day. They have knowledgeable technicians and sprayed inside and out. What a difference! Highly recommended to keep your house pest free. read more

Ed from liberty showed up at my house and was very thorough. He was friendly and informative which I appreciate, these are the guys to call.

This is the third pest control company I have contracted in the last six years, and I can say without reservation that this is hands down the best service that I've received! I have rarely had any issues since switching to Liberty Pest Management due to their quarterly barrier spray and, on the outlier occasion that I have had any issues (due to weather anomalies such as severe drought or rain), their team is quick to respond and treat inside the home and get rid of any, shall we say, unwanted houseguests. The owner, John, takes the time to not only listen to any issues you may have, but also to ask probing questions to thoroughly understand your situation and offer advisement on how to help alleviate the issue above and beyond their service. Top-notch customer service such as this makes Liberty Pest Management the obvious choice for your pest control needs... *btw, I'm not sure how yelp has me listed as being in San Francisco, I live in New Port Richey... read more

Can't say enough good things about Liberty Pest. Both John and Ed are wonderful to work with - knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. You never get the feeling they're trying to upsell you on things you don't need. Will definitely use again! read more

Ed Pagen was very informative and went over & beyond to do a great job. His personality is everything!!

I found Liberty from a simple google search and after reading their reviews, I submitted a form to be contacted as I was becoming tired of being ignored by my current pest company. I was contacted first thing the next morning as I had submitted the form late. I was so impressed by the first conversation I immediately set an appointment and cancelled the other company. Eddie came out that week and was an absolute pleasure. Their communication and professionalism is on point! read more

Have been a customers for many many years and Never hesitate to recommend John's company to everyone I speak to who moves in new to Florida! Kevin is my technician now and he is courteous enough to send me a text prior to coming since I do have a few specifics with my butterfly garden and my pets. Kevin always has a few minutes to chat of course about our pests but also about the environment and how we need to be stewards of the land.Quality service using a good product with courteous staff. LIBERTY PEST MANAGEMENT. In Jan 2021- I wasn't satisfied with our pest control but, my neighbor recommended Liberty. Family owned business that's local in Pasco County. Ed Pagan did our initial pest control treatment. Impressed with his knowledge and experience we decide to go with Liberty. Also, Ed gave us some advice on which areas pest were liable to get in and how to block those areas. Now that we are in the rainy season NO BUGS are seen inside our home ~ We made the right choice to go with Liberty LIBERTY PEST MANAGEMENT 19619 MICHIGAN AVE ODESSA, FL 33556-4235 email: mylibertypest@verizon.net (813) 961-2627 read more

Liberty Pest Management - Pest Control Near Me - Odessa, Florida

I reached out to Liberty with an issue I've been having with some gnats/house flies. John was very helpful and honest. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain what could be the cause and provided a few solutions. He was honest and said he could come out and handle it but noted there were some easy solutions that would help without requiring a big treatment. He even texted me links to the products. This is rare nowadays and I really appreciate his help! read more

Living in Florida, pests are a fact of life. Any home owner who DOESNT have a pest service in this state is insane. There, I said it! I've owned two houses previously and had the same company with both of them for years and years. Unfortunately, once I moved to New Port Richey, that company wouldn't service my new house. I made calls to two pest control companies. This one and one that "rises from the ashes." That other company came out and slapped me with a quote that was close to the price of the new AC unit I just put in. Smh. Then, Liberty came out the same day I called them - did the same things as the first company - looked at everything the other company looked at. And even pointed out a few areas to keep an eye on and explained to me what I was looking for or should have checked/fixed. Liberty serviced my whole house and set me up on a nice quarterly plan that I was expecting (from my previous pest control experiences that I had for my other houses). They answered all my questions (and my wife's) with clarity. This isn't what earned them this review though. About a week later, we're tearing up wallpaper in the house and saw some scary damage that looked like termite residue. We quickly called Liberty and John was soooooo awesome putting our mind at ease, asking thoughtful questions and simply helping us understand what we were looking at and if we had to do something - how to deal with it. He literally spent 20-30 mins on the phone with my wife and I answering all questions and being super understanding of our fears and taking care of us. Tl;dr review: liberty pest is AMAZING both in customer service and actual service. Get them and stop using supermarket bait stations. read more

I have had MANY years of experience with pest management services for both home and business. I have had those who have delivered less than adequate services and those who have delivered very good service. Most were just adequate. Then I found Liberty Pest Management! Liberty has performed EXCEPTIONAL service without fail. I never have to wonder if I will receive assistance if I call with my annual "I saw one roach crawl across my floor!" emergency (even though its probably a Palmetto that I let in) They are SO willing to save me Mark 08 s FABULOUS! He even took the time to knock on the door to point out a very cool looking moth (It was a very pretty and unique moth) I appreciate his attention to detail and while friendly is always professional. If you want the absolute best service, I would call Liberty. Thank you for the great service!!!! read more

Liberty pest control sent Anthony to my house, who has been amazing and went above and beyond during my visit. To track and treat the compact carpenter ants more than spraying was necessary to get to the root of the issue, Anthony helped me cut down limbs and got on the roof of my house to spray. Service was safe and friendly and very efficient. This is my second time using Liberty and i will continue to be a client. Thanks for all the help Liberty Pest Control. read more

We just bought another house (Pasco County) and was frantically trying to find a pest control company. John the owner was very quick to respond via text and let me know what kind of insects were invading my new kitchen after I sent a pic of the insects to him via text. Mark the pest terminator was very quick to respond via text to let me know the date and time for treatment. They are quick to respond. The quarterly application rate is affordable. They are honest and professional. If you are curious Mark wore a mask when he was treating the interior of our new house. If you go to their website you can fill out "Get a free quote" with your information and they respond to you very quickly. We are really pleased with their service. read more

We've been customers for a while and had a rodent issue we needed to tackle (rats). Brian & Anthony came out and were fantastic. They we on time, extremely thorough, explained everything well, including the follow-up plan, timeline, what to expect, potential outcomes, and next steps. They ID'd the fixed we need and handled it all in pretty quick timeframe. I'd recommended these guys to anyone. Very familiar with our neighborhood and how to get rid of the problem. read more

Straight up a very forthright honest recommendation from this company. Took my call at night and provided complimentary consulting on what appears to be squirrels in my attic. Great company to work with. When we were moving into our new home I shot out a ton of Request A Quotes on Yelp for everything imaginable (cleaning service, pest control, lawn service, pool service, etc.). It took seconds and I was able to get a ton of information in a short amount of time. Liberty Pest Management was quick to respond, gave a super reasonable quote (it was either the lowest or one of the lowest) and was really easy to communicate with. Also, look at all their five star Yelp reviews! I trust my Yelpers. My husband handled all the communication with them after I set up the initial appointment because I was out of the country and he is smitten. No joke, my husband even told me to mention how awesome Dean is (and he doesn't offer praise readily). They come to spray every quarter and they texted him the day before to give him a heads up so he was able to tell them about a wasp's nest forming in the back. If they didn't initiate that communication we wouldn't have been able to get that taken care of. The proof is in the pudding and we haven't had any pest problems so far. It's Florida so I expect we will get some here and there, but I'm glad we get sprayed quarterly so I don't have to worry about stumbling upon a cockroach family reunion! read more

John and Mark with Liberty Pest Management are nothing short of excellent. They always give a text prior to arriving so I know that they will be around my home. John seems to have been very helpful. Rather than immediately come in to exterminate, he may have saved us some time and money. John gave me some advice over the phone and we took it. Crossing fingers for now. Thank you John. I wish there was more businessmen like you. read more

Dan came out and was very thorough! Liberty is the 3rd pest control provider I have used. None of them have taken the time like he has.

I've been holding off writing this review pending any pest sightings but so far (3 weeks) so good. Lived in Florida all my life so I know bugs are part of it, but I hate bugs so when I bought my house I was sure to get it treated before I ever moved in. The ratings for liberty were good and the price was fair, the guy was prompt and I haven't seen a single bug in my very old house. I also told him I'd been seeing wasps and he found/disposed of their nest for no extra charge. read more

Made the mistake of trying out a different service and very much regretted it. We never had any issues when we used Liberty and after switching to someone else started seeing bugs. Just know that pest management services are not all the same. Liberty is outstanding and their service is the best. Dean comes by regularly, listens carefully and then applies the right solution. The other guys just seem to come around with whatever option they intend to apply at every house. Dean is great and we love having him back. Don't mess around with pest management in Florida and go with the best. read more

I think I tried everyone before getting to Liberty on a recommendation from a neighbor. They are 100% honest and open and communicate well. They charge less than 1/2 the other guys but have better results (no critters) and better customer service. I called about some ants, they were here the next morning and solved it immediately (and told me how to avoid it again). This company is the right partner to keep your home clear and safe from pests. John is a truly rare gracious human being. He SAVED my sanity home and car from a truly nightmare accidental infestation of powerful FLORIDA Cat Fleas ... in Minnesota. We don't have ANY insect as invincible persistent and " man" eating/ feeding as your fleas because they would die in sub zero FRIGID Minnesota. My husband accidentally " imported" these tiny pests on the back of our poor super sick 11-year-old, 8 pound Shitzu " Honey" ( see photo). He has a temp consulting job in Florida and forgot to give her Frontline. Donita our incredible groomer discovered them in a nest of them on her stomach... in her ears, her rectum, her vagina and in her eyes!! Yes I was LIVID...‼‼‼ Donita ( The Good Pet Groomer in Minneapolis who I discovered THANKS to Yelp) had to shave off all her hair and flea dip her 3X and after speaking w Univ of Mn Vet School ER, I had her examined and she was given a special pill available from any Vet for $21 each. Since my husband of refuses to listen to me and to exterminate his apt in Florida..... ( denial) the dog MUST take these very very strong pills each month and wear a flea collar ( Recommeded by John of Liberty Pest). They left after 6 days here and returned to Florida For FOUR Long long long insanely tortuous weeks alone, no help, after arduous research online using only PETCO ( petsmart had nothing as strong as the correct effective but TOO weak chemicals in Zodiak products) products, I was physically wiped out and completely overwhelmed with these RELENTLESS pests. My former 17 years as a VP of Marketing in NYC from early 1970's responsible for all planning, research, new product development etc etc, helps me brainstorm everything from scratch. I went to Yelp researched thoroughly and selected a John the owner of Liberty Pest Mngt thanks to reading ALL his reviews ( excellent). I think he could tell 1000 miles away that I was scared overwhelmed and was ready to cry from MASSIVE frustration after 3 weeks reading EVERYTHING online, vacuuming on hands and knees, rug shampooing, spending about $300 on saving caring for the dog, $150 on PETCO products, $70 in a few fast days on JUST three small canisters of pesticide Knockout ( fr All Vets). He said," you can take all the products on the shelves of PETCO , etc. And NONE of them will work. They may help your Pet but not an infestation . He gave me a list of products that will work. I found a local man licensed for pesticide management who then helped me since these products are not needed in Minnesota you have to buy them online. And he helped me as well. None of the local Minnesota exterminators I had FIRST called ever heard of a flea as invincible and people attacking as your Florida Cat Fleas!! So I HAD NO CHOICE but do MY OWN RESEARCH THANKS to JOHN. These bugs just like mosquitoes, went after EVERY square inch of my body day and night‼ Thank you Thank you John. NO ONE else was willing nor interested in helping me! ( he continued to help days later 2X as well‼‼‼) What a luxury... to sit in my living room and NOT get bitten non stop every night after 8 pm ( prime feeding time). read more
