I have gotten service done by these guys through my realtor in January for a vacant apartment that was supposed to be good for a year for $250 and now when my Tenat got in this week there were still several roaches Called them to get a service and their service is only guaranteed for 30days - i was even willing to go on a yearly contract - but not even willing to give any discount (well they offered $5 discount) Other places offer two services for the same price - I don't think their service is any good and are twice as expensive - avoid if you can - really surprised with all the good reviews they have read more

Very fair and honest company. Great communication and prompt service. HIGHLY recommend! Exact opposite of what my experience was with Terminix (do not use them). They were very pushy. Only saw evidence of termites by one window, yet Terminix tried to tell me I needed to fog entire attic (and didn't even go up in there to look!) which was 4-5x cost that Friendly Pest Solutions quoted for a spot treatment where bugs were seen. Friendly Pest Solutions have been a great Pest company. We have had very few issues since receiving their quarterly treatments.

I had a terrible infestation when I moved into my new home a couple of years ago. The technician, Tyler, was so great! This was a problem that had been there for awhile and had grown almost out of control. Tyler was diligent. He kept coming back, over and over, at NO CHARGE, until in was controlled and contained. It took several months but he never deterred and always had a positive attitude and smile. I appreciate him so much. Now, under control, Tyler comes quarterly to maintain my bug-free environment. We had some ants outside of the main entrance despite using baits/sprays multiple times. So we decided to call some exterminators. Friendly was the one who got back to us quickly and sent a technician for an evaluation relatively quickly. We agreed to do a 1 time service for $350 which was both outside and inside. Ray performed this service and was through. He called before coming. In less than two weeks the ants are seemingly gone. We had another employee, CJ, come by to check 2 weeks later. I would use Friendly again due to their effectiveness and customer service. They were slightly expensive, but there were no glaring negatives. read more

Not the best company to work with. Like my second call with them was an embarrassed "hey, I'm sorry we agreed to a price of $2080, it was supposed to be $2800. Can you do $2800?" I'm not sure if this is a honest mistake or a scam, but I'll leave this here in case your guy also gets the price wrong by like 35% and calls it a typo. And also missed me saying "if it's going to be more than $2500, please don't send an offer". read more

They do a really great job of keeping pests out of my home. I was able to transfer my quarterly service from a competitor whose work was slipping over to this company smoothly and they were terrific throughout the whole process. Where the last company failed to keep palmetto bugs out of my home, I'm pleased that I have not seen one since Friendly started treating six months ago. They did a thorough initial inspection indoors and outdoors and afterwards the treatments are around the perimeter. Bye-bye scary bugs! A month later I saw a silverfish in a bathroom and the company came out a few days later to check. No infestations so that was great! Now, if they were able to make spiders and ants mind their own business and stay outdoors, this company would be pure perfection but I have not found anyone who could do that. read more

I was battling a roach problem in my kitchen and after doing everything I could, I jumped on Yelp to find a pro to help out. From the very first call, I got a ton of questions answered, learned the type of roach I was dealing with, and got a confident promise that they'd be able to help. An inspection was done on-site. Very professional, knowledgeable, and we're able to provide a quote on the spot. They didn't over-exaggerate the issue, provided me a reasonable quote, and a couple of weeks later I was receiving my first round of treatment. The woman who came to carry out the treatment was equally knowledgeable to the rest of the staff is interacted with, answered even more of my questions, and walked me through what she did that day and what to expect for the two additional visits. I don't know about you, but feeling invaded by bugs is a nasty feeling. These folks gave me peace of mind from the start. And of course, the best thing is that it's working. Just want to thank Friendly Pest Control for taking care of my honey bee problem who found a hole in an outside wall to take up residence. It took a few months because I didn't want to kill them but they found a bee keeper who placed a box behind the wall and the queen finally came out but now they are gone and safe thriving at the beekeepers business, my wall is now sealed at the top and they replaced my security light also as in the process something hit it and broke a lens.... I initially reported the following: I was very clear on our needs - bimonthly treatment for lawn and driveway, annual indoor treatment, termite prevention and inspection. I was contacted by a gentleman who asked when he could come for a consultation. I gave him two different days that worked for me, but they didn't work for him. So I threw out a third date/time and I never heard back. It seems that they don't want our business. Starting off on the wrong foot like this made me decide not to reach out to them again. I don't know how they ever earned a 5 star rating on yelp with business practices like this. I was highly disappointed and am still looking for a new pest control company. Update: it turns out that this gentleman did respond to me on Yelp. I should've checked that. I was anticipating a phone call, text or email. Anyhow, I requested a date that they could come out and give me an estimate for the job. I'm waiting to hear back. I don't want to give a one-star review without a very good reason, so please ignore my initial post.
