I've used Kinder Safe Pest Solutions since 2021 & I've always been more than satisfied with their service & their fair pricing. I appreciate how they communicate with me via text since I'm hearing impaired & their employees are always sure to make sure I understand them. They employ excellent people who are courteous & take all concerns into account while also taking the time to educate clients on how to avoid pest issues. One such example is when I had my quarterly service today. We noticed since the rains that we've had an issue with roaches (or as some like to call them Palmetto bugs lol). My service tech Kelley asked me to show her the general area where I've seen them & she pointed out all the areas I never thought of like behind the electrical outlets & even suggested we check inside our DVD/VCR equipment since I had seen them near our entertainment system. She went so far as to pull out the drawers of our entertainment system (asking permission first of course) & sure enough found a few lives ones which she immediately sprayed. She treated the center & advised they would be back in 2 weeks to follow up, no extra charges! I highly recommend this company & their services. read more

I messaged via Yelp and this guy is genuine and very upfront with any potential problems. Somehow, not only did he arrive within 30minutes, he totally represents professionalism. He is Covid safe, which is quite important as he is going to many homes. When I first saw the company name, I immediately associated it with "Kid Safe" because of the "Kinder" like in kindergarten. Then I realized it was Kinder like as " eco-friendly". Seems I was right about both. He takes credit cards and will come every 3 months for a very reasonable price. Robert was unbelievable. I was in urgent need of help as I was experiencing a flea infestation in my yard and inside the house. Within 24 hours Robert had called me and spent 15 minutes on the phone with me understanding the situation and we created a rough plan on how to handle the situation. He was able to come out within 3 days of the initial call to to treat the flea infestation. When Robert arrived and had time to look at the yard and house, we came up with a plan of action and executed. Not only did they get rid of my ants, they are also now protecting my home from termites. I had been paying major pest control company for 10 years to guarantee termite coverage while they did nothing but collect my money for 9 years. I let the contract go this year and actually caught a termite in my sink. I know they are out there for sure, but after almost 10 years of nothing, I not only have 9 baits around my home, they will come and inspect them quarterly. Wanted to update my review since it's been a few days since the treatment. The ghost ants were gone the day after treatment! I am honestly shocked and amazed at how efficiently and thoroughly Robert took care of our pest problem. I'm not exaggerating when I say I was waking up every morning finding trails of thousands of tiny ants throughout our house, spending an hour trying to spray and wipe them up only to find even more the next day. It was driving me crazy especially b/c we play with our infant on the ground. We've used other pest control companies before and never had such a phenomenal job done.
