I highly recommend this business.

I can't say enough good things about Tampa Bay Pest Pros and the way they took care of my mom…read more My mom is in her 70s and lives by herself, so I wanted to make sure she was dealing with a company that was honest, professional and trustworthy. We received multiple quotes from other pest control companies and unfortunately, some of the pricing we were given made it feel like certain companies were trying to take advantage of an elderly woman who may not know what the service should reasonably cost. That was NOT the experience with Tampa Bay Pest Pros. Their pricing was extremely fair and reasonable, essentially about half of what some of the other companies were quoting without sacrificing the quality of service whatsoever. More importantly, my mom had nothing but great things to say about the entire team. She said Luis and Brian were very professional, kind, helpful, respectful and treated her like family. As her son, that means a lot to me. Knowing she was in good hands with people who were focused on actually helping her rather than trying to take advantage of her. It's refreshing to find a locally operated company that combines great service, fair pricing and integrity. Thank you to everyone at Tampa Bay Pest Pros for taking such great care of my mom. You've definitely earned our trust and our recommendation. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and dependable pest control company in the Tampa Bay area.

He comes to your house with a smile, ease and friendliness that you do not often see in service industry nowadays. But what he comes with most is experience, and I appreciated that. Another reason we went with Rodent Pros was their 3 year guarantee of their work. We searched around for other competitors and none that we interviewed had a 3yr guarantee, which is a big deal when you are talking about persistent rodents. For the amount Rodent Pros charged for the service which was similar to their competitors or a few dollars less, there service was invaluable. With all that said, Derek came when he told me he would come, checked the traps, sealed the holes where rats could get in and text me pictures of his work. I couldn't have asked for more. Now our home is rodent free and we love it again. Thank you Derek and thank you Rodent Pros for the service.

He set up traps, inspected the areas around our entire house, fixed the entry points and caught all of the rats. He came out multiple times a week and was very respectful and did a great job. They also include a 3-year warranty which is incredible. If you have any rodent issues I would highly recommend Derek at Rodent Pros to be your guy to get the job done.
