I can't say enough good things about Tampa Bay Pest Pros and the way they took care of my mom…read more My mom is in her 70s and lives by herself, so I wanted to make sure she was dealing with a company that was honest, professional and trustworthy. We received multiple quotes from other pest control companies and unfortunately, some of the pricing we were given made it feel like certain companies were trying to take advantage of an elderly woman who may not know what the service should reasonably cost. That was NOT the experience with Tampa Bay Pest Pros. Their pricing was extremely fair and reasonable, essentially about half of what some of the other companies were quoting without sacrificing the quality of service whatsoever. More importantly, my mom had nothing but great things to say about the entire team. She said Luis and Brian were very professional, kind, helpful, respectful and treated her like family. As her son, that means a lot to me. Knowing she was in good hands with people who were focused on actually helping her rather than trying to take advantage of her. It's refreshing to find a locally operated company that combines great service, fair pricing and integrity. Thank you to everyone at Tampa Bay Pest Pros for taking such great care of my mom. You've definitely earned our trust and our recommendation. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and dependable pest control company in the Tampa Bay area.

I highly recommend this business.

Kaye went through every room in the house and pointed out places where ants and other insects are able to get into the house and gave advice on how to block them. Overall, Pest Care was less expensive than our prior pest control company and Kaye was more thorough.

I called 4 different companies and they used a lot of scare tactics to tell you to expect to pay between $500-1000 or "they'll destroy your house." This company was recommended by a family friend. Not only did they come out the next day but they charged me...$275. They've been out 3x's setting traps and sealed all the holes around my house. He mentioned that he was aware of how many people use scare tactics to charge unnecessary services. They don't operate like that. They've been in the business a very long time and know their business. The owner and his son were extremely professional and walked me through the entire process. I even added their annual service which is pet friendly and if I have any issues after my annual treatment, they take care of it at no charge. That's a fantastic deal! I wish I could give them a 5 star ++++ Loved working with a local, family owner business.

Not only the intended host, usually rats and mice, but also anything else that eats the host. Wildlife and pets are the main risk of secondary poisoning. It's sad that they use these poisons when there is just as effective alternatives available. Just last year, the local city of Saint Petersburg, Florida switched from this garbage to a safer alternative. You may ask why is this allowed? "Corporate science," is the answer. It's the same science that told us that DDT was safe for the environment and cigarettes were good for us. This poison is the next DDT. Do you really want this near your family? I had won a year's worth of service at a Relay for Life fundraiser where local companies donate their services so participants buy up raffles in hopes of winning one of them. When I mailed it in with my information and address, I got a call from the owner who wanted to know more about the certificate because he'd never seen it. The individual who had offered this donation and signed the certificate was no longer working for the company. Rather than saying I'm the owner and didn't approve this, he said that it wasn't my fault and he'd honor the prize. Service was scheduled for them to come 3 days later and the technician arrived right at the start of a 2 hour window. As a business owner myself, that speaks to the integrity and professionalism of the business. Kudos Pete. And thank you. You have a customer for life who will refer others to you.
