Wonderful family owned business. Both Mike and his son Paul were wonderful to work with!…read more I had an issue with rats that had gotten into my attic. I called 4 different companies and they used a lot of scare tactics to tell you to expect to pay between $500-1000 or "they'll destroy your house." This company was recommended by a family friend. Not only did they come out the next day but they charged me...$275. They've been out 3x's setting traps and sealed all the holes around my house. He mentioned that he was aware of how many people use scare tactics to charge unnecessary services. They don't operate like that. They've been in the business a very long time and know their business. The owner and his son were extremely professional and walked me through the entire process. I even added their annual service which is pet friendly and if I have any issues after my annual treatment, they take care of it at no charge. That's a fantastic deal! I wish I could give them a 5 star ++++ Loved working with a local, family owner business.

This company uses anticoagulant rodenticides. These poisons are already banned in several states…read moreand provinces in the US and Canada. They kill everything! Not only the intended host, usually rats and mice, but also anything else that eats the host. Wildlife and pets are the main risk of secondary poisoning. It's sad that they use these poisons when there is just as effective alternatives available. Just last year, the local city of Saint Petersburg, Florida switched from this garbage to a safer alternative. You may ask why is this allowed? "Corporate science," is the answer. It's the same science that told us that DDT was safe for the environment and cigarettes were good for us. This poison is the next DDT. Do you really want this near your family? I can't say enough good things about Tampa Bay Pest Pros and the way they took care of my mom…read more My mom is in her 70s and lives by herself, so I wanted to make sure she was dealing with a company that was honest, professional and trustworthy. We received multiple quotes from other pest control companies and unfortunately, some of the pricing we were given made it feel like certain companies were trying to take advantage of an elderly woman who may not know what the service should reasonably cost. That was NOT the experience with Tampa Bay Pest Pros. Their pricing was extremely fair and reasonable, essentially about half of what some of the other companies were quoting without sacrificing the quality of service whatsoever. More importantly, my mom had nothing but great things to say about the entire team. She said Luis and Brian were very professional, kind, helpful, respectful and treated her like family. As her son, that means a lot to me. Knowing she was in good hands with people who were focused on actually helping her rather than trying to take advantage of her. It's refreshing to find a locally operated company that combines great service, fair pricing and integrity. Thank you to everyone at Tampa Bay Pest Pros for taking such great care of my mom. You've definitely earned our trust and our recommendation. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and dependable pest control company in the Tampa Bay area.
