We have used this company for almost 2 years and could not be pleased. They come over and spray at various times throughout the year and the 2 things that stand out about them is their great customer service and their professionalism. When they say they'll do something, they'll do it. For example, I called this morning about a potential issue in our house and about 5 hours later, a rep came and did a thorough inspection. I highly recommend this business. read more

The tech was courteous and very knowledgeable. He carefully analyzed evidence of a pest. He listened to concerns and explained findings.

They are always very professional and follow up with any concerns. No critters in my house and they keep the ants in the yard in check.

It's been 4 years since my last review, I am now in a new home and still using Pest Control Solutions and Services! We've been with them now a total of 7 years I believe and they are still really great at what they do. Vince performed our re-up overall pest service last month and did an amazing job. He was extremely thorough and gave us lots of advice and tips on how to make sure we keep the pests out of our home. Additionally he even let us know some other problem areas he noticed outside that was also extremely helpful. The attention to detail, thorough inspection and overall customer service was way above and beyond. He and every technician we've had out from Pest Control Solutions are always so friendly, helpful and thorough - we appreciate it and highly recommend them to anyone in need of pest help! read more

At the suggestion of our realtor, we reached out to Pest Control Solutions & Services for a termite and pest inspection before listing our home. We got a real person on our first call; they were polite, helpful, and able to get us an inspection within the following two days. (Working from home and being available at 8:30 am probably helped) We got a confirmation and another email reminder the night before our appointment. A little before our appointment, Vince called to tell us he might be a few minutes late because of a fire and street closure near our home. He arrived shortly after, just a few minutes late. He was polite, identified himself, and gave us his card with his photo and cell number. He wore shoe covers and was very respectful of our home, property, and cats as he did the inspection. We received an email follow-up, receipt, and thank you a little later. I had a question and called, not realizing it was after closing. The voice message suggested sending a text message, which I did. A little later, Vince called to follow up, going one step further to send us an email with the information requested rather than waiting until Monday when the office reopened. Fantastic customer service, we highly recommend them and could not be happier we called them. read more

We have been using Pest Control Solutions for 1 month and we have noticed a significant improvement in our mole problems. We had tunneling all through our yard and even lost an above ground pool because of the mole infestation. after just one month, the tunnels are significantly less and our 25 pound dog doesn't sink while walking through the backyard. Thank you for coming to our rescue. Keep up the good work... read more

Thanks Travis- you do a great job & I like that you are dependable. Keep up the good work!!

Very professional and friendly service. Their attention to detail and sending the summary of services and updates is greatly appreciated.

This company has so far been amazing. I contacted them for an inspection. We have been noticing ants inside the house and it was driving me insane! Setting up the inspection was quick and easy. I used the "Request a Quote" feature on Yelp and Colby immediately messaged me back to set up the appt. Julian and another employee came out for the inspection. They were punctual and I appreciated the disposable shoe covers they used when coming inside. Both were very friendly and explained everything in layman's terms so we could understand. Impressed that Julian (owner) came out himself. Vince came out for the first treatment and he was also very prompt (actually early arriving which was a plus!). Easy to talk to and he also was very polite and explained what he was doing as he treated our home. He also discovered other issues we had and explained and laid out options for treatment. Thanks, Vince! I love that they put everything into an online customer portal for you and that they email the receipts and service notes - so easy and convenient! We went ahead and signed up for their quarterly service because of how impressed we are with their level of customer service. At no point during either visit did I feel pressured to sign up or pay for extras. They were not pushy at all. I hope to do business with them for a long time and will be recommending them to everyone I know. Oh - and we haven't noticed any more ants since they came out! :) read more

Been meaning to write this review for quite some time but life happens - called to request a review and estimate of our home when we first moved in to establish a home pest control service. Julian came out personally and went above and beyond to thoroughly evaluate our pest control needs, and even gave some helpful homeowner suggestions and tips that were very much appreciated! Would highly recommend considering pest control solutions and services, if Julian is involved in any way you know you are going to get good quality detailed service. read more

This company has gone above and beyond in helping us with the "inherited" pest problem in our rental home. They exhibited sincere concern for our situation and have been professional in every interaction. I cannot recommend them highly enough. read more

I could not ask more of Joshua Naylor. He was helpful, knowledgeable, personable, and demonstrated integrity. He was able to answer all of my questions. I recently purchased a home in Seminole, FL and hired PCSS to come out and assess my property for termites and pests. Not only are they prompt with their service, but honest! What stood out to me as a business: - The owner (Julian) is very involved and not only called me directly but did the follow-up call. - Upon service completion, you get a hand-written note from the owner. - There is no BS... they are honest and do not oversell. - They are reasonable... I feel their price is solid. - They do a great job... what company still baits at each outlet and wall switch... they do! - They are reliable... they say they will show up at time X and they do! - They care about your pets and kids. End of day... why go with a national brand when you can support a local, reliable and reasonable company. As new customer and Florida home owner, I was VERY impressed. Thanks Julian, Hunter and team! read more

An Amazing experience! They did what they said they were going to do! The entire team from the phone call to the treatment specialist to the dog handlers went above and beyond. I was a nervous wreck after discovering that I had Bed Bugs in my home. When I called the office they took my concerns seriously and had a Pest Control Solutions & Service person come out that very day! Stephanie the Canine Trainer explained in great detail what my options were. I was overwhelmed but she took a personal interest in ensuring that everything would be taken care of. She had Elmer the Beagle who is trained to sniff the scent of Bed Bugs Out and he found three very big hot spots in my home. Upon this, we made a treatment plan. Everything was written very clearly so that I could refer back to it. When Hunter and one other pest control specialist came out, they did an amazing job. They made sure to treat inside each seam of furniture, wood and cloth. They were friendly and very thorough. I can't say enough good things about this portion as well. I did everything that was recommended and in a weeks time Stephanie and the Canine unit was back to do a double check. No bed bugs found! I can happily say that my home no longer has any bug problems thanks to this company and the caring and excellent team work. If you don't use this company you are missing out! Thank you for being a stand up company. read more

I had services that did not include all quoted items and another issue. The owner of the company, Julian, came out to my house as soon as he possibly could to address the concerns. He completed the inspection & treatment and he is also addressing the other issue. This owner is an upstanding man. He is very intelligent on homes in general and especially in pests and rodents. He provided a thorough inspection with photos and a fair estimate of additional work to be done to keep rodents out. Julian also provided so much knowledge and information that I hope I remember it all. He has been a pest professional in this part of Florida for 35 years and it shows. He takes pride in his work and stands by it. I highly recommend Pest Control Solutions & Services (PCSS) to everyone! read more

The news that your home has been invaded by (two types of) termites is not only disheartening, but overwhelming! The staff, including technicians, of Pest Control Solutions & Services came highly recommended from a friend - and I was not disappointed in their service, price, effectiveness, care and professional delivery of the proper services to take care of my termite issues - in record time! In short, the entire staff is amazing! Pest Control Solutions & Services was with me every step of the process, and was informative as well as encouraging. My worries were put to rest, and I had peace of mind knowing my home and property were in capable hands. I cannot say enough for this company and staff! I'm happy I was exposed to this company through my apartment complex, because I now know NEVER to use them again. I requested pest control services, as I had accidentally left apples behind while away on vacation. When pest control came - he said he was going to do a general spray - which made no sense given that it wasn't a pest-wide issue. The owner was very nice on the phone, and promised to come out the next day and help me with the issue as I had explained that red wine and apple cider vinegar did nothing. Instead - he didn't show up, and his wife refuses to let me speak to him. Saying I need to contact the office, who doesn't even remember the name of the product that I'm supposed to be using. HANDS DOWN AWFUL PEOPLE AND AWFUL COMPANY. read more
