We've been with them now a total of 7 years I believe and they are still really great at what they do. Vince performed our re-up overall pest service last month and did an amazing job. He was extremely thorough and gave us lots of advice and tips on how to make sure we keep the pests out of our home. At the suggestion of our realtor, we reached out to Pest Control Solutions & Services for a termite and pest inspection before listing our home. We got a real person on our first call; they were polite, helpful, and able to get us an inspection within the following two days. (Working from home and being available at 8:30 am probably helped) We got a confirmation and another email reminder the night before our appointment. A little before our appointment, Vince called to tell us he might be a few minutes late because of a fire and street closure near our home. He arrived shortly after, just a few minutes late. He was polite, identified himself, and gave us his card with his photo and cell number. He wore shoe covers and was very respectful of our home, property, and cats as he did the inspection. We received an email follow-up, receipt, and thank you a little later. I had a question and called, not realizing it was after closing. The voice message suggested sending a text message, which I did. A little later, Vince called to follow up, going one step further to send us an email with the information requested rather than waiting until Monday when the office reopened. This company has so far been amazing. I contacted them for an inspection. We have been noticing ants inside the house and it was driving me insane! Setting up the inspection was quick and easy. I used the "Request a Quote" feature on Yelp and Colby immediately messaged me back to set up the appt. Julian and another employee came out for the inspection. They were punctual and I appreciated the disposable shoe covers they used when coming inside. Both were very friendly and explained everything in layman's terms so we could understand. Impressed that Julian (owner) came out himself. Vince came out for the first treatment and he was also very prompt (actually early arriving which was a plus!). Easy to talk to and he also was very polite and explained what he was doing as he treated our home. He also discovered other issues we had and explained and laid out options for treatment. Thanks, Vince! I love that they put everything into an online customer portal for you and that they email the receipts and service notes - so easy and convenient! We went ahead and signed up for their quarterly service because of how impressed we are with their level of customer service. At no point during either visit did I feel pressured to sign up or pay for extras. They were not pushy at all. He completed the inspection & treatment and he is also addressing the other issue. This owner is an upstanding man. He is very intelligent on homes in general and especially in pests and rodents. An Amazing experience! They did what they said they were going to do! The entire team from the phone call to the treatment specialist to the dog handlers went above and beyond. I was a nervous wreck after discovering that I had Bed Bugs in my home. When I called the office they took my concerns seriously and had a Pest Control Solutions & Service person come out that very day! Stephanie the Canine Trainer explained in great detail what my options were. I was overwhelmed but she took a personal interest in ensuring that everything would be taken care of. She had Elmer the Beagle who is trained to sniff the scent of Bed Bugs Out and he found three very big hot spots in my home. Upon this, we made a treatment plan. Everything was written very clearly so that I could refer back to it. When Hunter and one other pest control specialist came out, they did an amazing job. They made sure to treat inside each seam of furniture, wood and cloth. They were friendly and very thorough. I can't say enough good things about this portion as well. I did everything that was recommended and in a weeks time Stephanie and the Canine unit was back to do a double check. No bed bugs found! I'm happy I was exposed to this company through my apartment complex, because I now know NEVER to use them again. I requested pest control services, as I had accidentally left apples behind while away on vacation. When pest control came - he said he was going to do a general spray - which made no sense given that it wasn't a pest-wide issue. The owner was very nice on the phone, and promised to come out the next day and help me with the issue as I had explained that red wine and apple cider vinegar did nothing. Instead - he didn't show up, and his wife refuses to let me speak to him. Saying I need to contact the office, who doesn't even remember the name of the product that I'm supposed to be using. We switched from another company that did monthly treatments. We continued to have bugs, especially in the kitchen. We switched to Pest Control Solutions three years ago, and the difference in results is amazing! They do not treat as frequently (a good thing; less intrusive), but we never have pests! Last year, when we had constant rain, we got ants. Called Julian and they were out the next day. Also, had a problem with a bees nest and they took care of that too. I'm reluctant to recommend trades people to friends, but Pest Control Solutions is an exception to that rule! All my friends thank me! read more

I have to agree with Evan, Julian and his crew really are amazing. We've been using Pest Control Solutions & Services for about 5 years. We initially solicited their help on the recommendation of a friend and we haven't regretted our decision. In fact, every single one of our friends who are homeowners within the St Pete area have also become clients. Julian's a genuinely nice guy and he cares about his clients. He goes out of his way to ensure that the client is satisfied. He does a twice-yearly full-house treatment, including getting inside the walls via the light switch and electrical outlet covers, treatments in the attic and crawlspaces under your houses, treating windows, doors the household perimeter, etc. He comes out again in-between to treat the outside of the house. Also, if you so much as see a bug inside your house he will come out free of charge to take care of it. The other thing we really love about Julian is the fact that he doesn't just treat the house, he identifies any issues that might cause problems. For instance, Julian noticed that we were having some termite issues. We probably wouldn't have noticed this for years if he hadn't pointed it out.
