I need to start by saying that Ted and Joe have saved our lives. Not only are they down to earth and friendly, but they're elaborate, honest, and sufficient. I had a rodent issue for over a year in the home i was living in. Two pest control companies came out, Ecologix being the last. The first company worked on our home for about 3-4 months, not really resolving anything. In fact, they pretty much left it in my hands and walked away from the job making us look like we were responsible for the pests. That's when Ecologix came in. Ted and Joe never stopped working until they got to the bottom of the problem. There was one day they were at my home for over 8 hours. They not only do the minimal required work but they go above and beyond providing extra services just because they're amazing guys. They came up with different ideas and tactics to get to the bottom of our rodent problem. Set up cameras, different types of bait in different areas i would have never thought of, broke down walls, did multiple smoke tests and MORE! I'm telling you, they are perfectionists that don't stop until the job is done and done correctly. In fact, i moved out of that home, and into a new home and i decided against the company my new landlord provided and personally contacted Ecologix myself to have them come and inspect my new home. We had an incredible experience with Ecologix. They are friendly, fast, knowledgeable, and thorough. After purchasing a new home, we found roaches under the kitchen sink. We did our research and after reading the reviews for Ecologix, decided to give them a call. I first spoke on the phone with Ted who was very friendly and very knowledgeable. They were able to send Joe out the next day. Joe did a thorough inspection of the interior (including the attic) and exterior. He discovered a missing vent cap for the kitchen sink drain and explained that it was likely the source of our problem. We blocked the pipe immediately. He recommended some simple fixes on the exterior to block off entry points where pests may be able to enter. After the inspection, he treated the entire house. They followed up several times afterwards to make sure that we were no longer seeing any bug activity. Thankfully, we haven't seen any bugs since the treatment. We've been battling German Roaches for about 5 years. Tried everything we could find but nothing had a lasting effect. Called several companies and everyone wanted to tent the house which is really expensive and inconvenient. A guy at work recommended Ecologix so I gave them a call. We had a lengthy phone conversation and they said they could fix our problem without tenting. Joe came out and spent 5 hours in the house checking and treating every nook and cranny. It's now been 3 weeks and we haven't seen a bug. They came out again yesterday, for a follow up, just in case anything hatched. Joe has been great and we are extremely happy with the results at 1/3 the cost of tenting. I would highly recommend these folks. They take pride in their work and really listen to your concerns. With in an hour Ted came to the rescue after I told him I had the smell of death in my garage. Turns out a squirrel decided to make the space between my walls it's final resting place... Ted was very helpful and explained the work he was performing and always asked permission before he was going to do anything different. He also took the time to go over how to prevent a similar situation from happening again. Due to his friendliness, knowledge and expertise I will also have him handle my pest control maint.
