We've worked with them twice now for termites (two separate buildings), and both interactions were 5-star.

These guys are surprisingly honest and everyone should use them. Asked for an estimate because I was sure we had termites. They inspected and found no termites. These guys could have easily soaked me for $5k but they didn't. Very rare in this business. Hope everyone who sees this review sends business their way to reward their honesty!! read more

We have been using Drive-Bye Exterminators for about a year. From the beginning they were very professional, punctual and affordable. We did not have a specific issue with pests at the beginning and began using them for preventative treatments. They have continued to do a great job and as we have not seen any pests since hiring them, I would say they have done an excellent job. I would highly recommend Drive-Bye Exterminators. read more

Jarin came out to do an estimate for termite treatment. The price I was given was slightly better than what three other companies gave for the same service. On the day of the appointment, Jarin was on time, and was very thorough. He explained why he did the things he did, and the job was completed on time. There was no mess to clean up, and no damage to plants and bushes around the house. Later in the day, Adam came out to do some additional work inside the house. He was also in and out of the house within the one-hour time slot that was promised. Jarin and Adam were both very friendly and knowledgeable. I would use Drive-Bye again, and will certainly recommend them to anyone who is in need of pest control. read more

When we bought our home 3 years ago, we had to go through 7 different escrows with termite & home inspections before we found a home we not only loved but that the VA would approve (If you know the VA then you know what I'm talking about!). Anyway, Adam with Drive-Bye was with us on every inspection and found some things that really saved our butts and kept us from making a serious mistake (These were problems that the home inspector should have caught, but didn't!). When we found our new forever home (Yes, we've had more than one, don't judge us) Adam gave it a clean bill of health and we've been happy ever since. Now, when we discovered some uninvited house guests we immediately reached out to him and he immediately came over to renew our pest control contract which I had mistakenly allowed to lapse. Now we're back on track and hopefully, I'll be back to a placid & calm retirement with a "Happy Wife, Happy Life" kind of vibe. Thanx Adam! read more

Great service, highly recommend! The staff is smart, courteous and responsive. Happy customer.

I could not recommend a better exterminator. We had Adam do an inspection at our office, and let me tell ya, he was the nicest and most knowledgable person regarding pest control. He answered all of our questions, gave us some great tips, and is the nicest guy all around. 10/10 for me. Request Adam for your next inspection. read more

Drive-Bye Exterminators is a small local company that not only has FANTASTIC prices on one time or yearly services but it is a family within itself. The employees who were at the company 3 years ago when we first called on them are still there. My daughter knows and always says hello to Mr. Darek when he comes out and knows Mr. Tom and his wife, the owners, as well. They not only help you to control the pests in your home but they have offered us tips and solutions for things WE can also do to reduce issues. For example, we lived in a townhome and had Argentinian carpenter ants, which for one thing I had never heard of, Darek suggested that in the room we had noticed them we ensure the caulking was redone around the windows, and in the bathroom around the tub and tiles, and then he treated the outside. They were gone within 60 days as promised. In our new home, we had roaches everywhere when we moved in as well as LOADS of spiders. The previous tenant was not as tidy or conscious of pests as we are, having 2 kids. Thankfully Drive-Bye not only uses sprays and treatments which are kid friendly but also pet friendly as we have 4 cats. Having spoken to Tom Smiddy, the company owner, who also owns cats I knew we had a company we could trust with not only our kids but our animals too. We have annual service and after the first 90 days after initial treatment we have no issues. But every time we have our quarterly service call we are asked if there are any issues or anything specific we would like or feel we need treated. They are excellent in following up and the service is the absolute best. Trust me, you won't get this level of care or service from any other company. Drive-Bye is THE best! read more

Adam performed an extensive inspection and explained issues he found. He was thorough in educating us on specific infestations we had and how to correct. Service was reasonably priced and we will continue omuse this company. We like using local businesses especially during the pandemic. We highly recommend this company and Adam! read more

This is the BEST exterminator company in all of FL. We are property owners who live out of state. Our tenant told us he was having an issue with termites! I did some research and found Drive-By Exterminators and they surpassed all of my expectations. Adam is the BEST and so incredibly helpful. He made this process beyond easy for us from his communication, his expertise, and his integrity. He also did all communications with our tenant to make it even easier. These guys also have the best warranty! Look no further and ask for Adam! He's amazing!!!!!!! read more

We've been using them for years, very responsive and prompt. They do inside-outside once a year and outside three other three times. We had ants show up and they came to handle it in a day or two. Very happy with the price and service. This is our third different bug company and the best so far. read more

Adam consulted with us what was the best course to deal with our termite. He was very professional and friendly. Would definitely use them again and would recommend them. read more

Excellent service! I have been using them for over 10 years and continue to be impressed. They are always quick to respond in emergencies or with difficult cases ... I continue to be happily pest free! read more

I called around 10 am as we discovered an ant problem in our home the day before and our DIY treatment did not seem to be having an effect. I explained that would be out of town for a couple of days in the upcoming days and wanted to see if there was anyway we could get this treated before then. Of course the thought of ants taking over our home while we were away was not what we wanted. Within 10 mins Adam called and said he was on his way. He did a very detailed inspection, explained it very well, and then got to work on it. His customer service and attention to detail was impressive and he thanked me for having him come out, but I was thankful that he was able and willing to come so quickly. You can tell this company is family owned and operated and that they really care about doing a great job. read more

drive by did a fantastic job for us on our termite inspection and i can't wait to close on our new home to have them service the property for pest control. Very nice and professional! read more

I found Drive Bye on Yelp to get a pest control spray for a condo my mom is moving into. I requested a quote and received a response within 1 hour! It was very reasonable compared to two others that responded and I liked the reviews and that it seemed personable being family owned. Derak came out Wednesday to view the condo and confirmed original quote and a 1 year gaurantee! Pest control was completed today - 1 week start to finish. Derak was very friendly, personable and efficient! He is a nice impression for the business! I would definitely recommend Drive Bye to anyone looking for this type of service!! read more

Excellent customer service. If you have any pest issues in between scheduled services they come out in a timely manner like the owner Tom assured me they would when I signed up. Adam has been the one to come service our home and has demonstrated the type of customer service that helps companies stay in business. read more

I called Drive Bye to ask a question about pest control in general because I wanted to verify what the pest control company at my apartment complex told me was correct. I even told him that was why I was calling--so he knew he wasn't going to get business from it--but he was still SO NICE and answered every single one of my questions in detail and suggested other things I could do to remedy the situation. If I am ever in need of a pest control company, I would definitely go with them. I highly recommend from the experience I had over the phone! read more

Drive by has been servicing homes for us for several years now. Tom and his team do an amazing job and truly care about their customers. We know we can rely on great service each and every time. THANK YOU DRIVE-BYE!!!!!!! read more

I have been a customer for nearly 10 years. This company is BEYOND excellent! The owner (Tom Smiddy) will always answer your calls and if he is unavailable, he ALWAYS calls you back as soon as he can (even after hours). They will come to your home for ANY concern and they TERMINATE the problem the first time...be it ants or termites or bugs. I have had nothing but excellent service and to be honest because they treat the exterior of my home, there is no need for pest control inside my home. Tom takes time to explain things, always call you the day before your service is due to see if you are having any issues, and is always polite and friendly. The men working for Tom are always punctual and courteous and extremely friendly. They take time to remove their shoes if they come into your home and they genuinely care about you the customer. In fact, Derick stopped what he was doing to help me close a heavy truck tailgate when he saw me struggling to get it in a locked position. What a gentleman! I cannot say enough POSITIVE things about this company and I could not be more appreciative and satisfied. This LOCAL company deserves your business! You won't be disappointed. read more

This is a superb company. When I first called them about two years ago, my house had not been treated for any sort of pests in years, which needless to say is a problem in Florida. Not only did they take care of the immediate problem, but their follow up maintenance program has been excellent. Communication is excellent, work is done when promised and we have had no problems. Also, we have cats and I would highly recommend Drive-Bye for anyone who has furry family members. They have been extremely sensitive and careful to keep our cats safe and secure when servicing the home. read more

Drive-bye is awesome. I found them when I first bought my house in 2007 and I've been extremely happy with the service ever since. They have always shown up on time and the best part, I don't ever have bugs in my house! I left them for about 6 months a few years ago because another large company offered me the most amazing deal and after a few months in, I regretted that decision immensely and went right back to Drive-bye. I highly recommend them! read more
