He mentioned that he was aware of how many people use scare tactics to charge unnecessary services. They don't operate like that. They've been in the business a very long time and know their business. The owner and his son were extremely professional and walked me through the entire process. I even added their annual service which is pet friendly and if I have any issues after my annual treatment, they take care of it at no charge. That's a fantastic deal! Donnie was my point of contact and he answered all my questions (and I had many). He also provided me with the special bags to store my food items, and gave me tips on how to best prepare my home for treatment.
