I can't say enough good things about Tampa Bay Pest Pros and the way they took care of my mom…read more My mom is in her 70s and lives by herself, so I wanted to make sure she was dealing with a company that was honest, professional and trustworthy. We received multiple quotes from other pest control companies and unfortunately, some of the pricing we were given made it feel like certain companies were trying to take advantage of an elderly woman who may not know what the service should reasonably cost. That was NOT the experience with Tampa Bay Pest Pros. Their pricing was extremely fair and reasonable, essentially about half of what some of the other companies were quoting without sacrificing the quality of service whatsoever. More importantly, my mom had nothing but great things to say about the entire team. She said Luis and Brian were very professional, kind, helpful, respectful and treated her like family. As her son, that means a lot to me. Knowing she was in good hands with people who were focused on actually helping her rather than trying to take advantage of her. It's refreshing to find a locally operated company that combines great service, fair pricing and integrity. Thank you to everyone at Tampa Bay Pest Pros for taking such great care of my mom. You've definitely earned our trust and our recommendation. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and dependable pest control company in the Tampa Bay area.

So update: 2 managers and a tech came to finish the job. I own a 3b 2 bath, house and they charged…read moreme $1100 for the wire to close all opening for the rodents; minus garage door. Traps set and 'supposed' to be checked weekly, and then a smoking/fogging of cleaning chemicals to clean where the mice were in the attic. Manager now maintains the traps and such, and installed a webcam to "watch" where the mice are coming from. Granted at this point the issue has resolved itself, but $1100 is steep. Also going into week 2 of no call or text once again. I understand you're a manager and such, but don't promise something you can't deliver on. If I wanted to babysit this project on the service aspect I'd refund half the cost due to the customer neglect. Truly Nolan do better or the competition is gonna win.

Rusty and Cassie were both absolutely amazing to work with. They were extremely friendly and somehow managed to lighten the mood while we were talking about the not-so-fun pests around our new home. Cassie was incredibly informative and took the time to explain everything, while Rusty gave me several helpful homeowner tips and things I could do myself to help prevent future pest issues. Truly went above and beyond! I really appreciated how knowledgeable, honest, and personable they both were. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do.
