John had great service never seen anything like it was in and out in minutes recommended for everyone !!!!!!,!! the price was really low.

We had John come over to take care of the pests, and he has kept roaches and many other bugs from appearing in our home!

HOME OWNERS BEWARE! WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS! Misting system stained my house and discolored my brand new metal 3 car garage. Owner of the business was notified, owner's solution was to have our home and garage soft washed so he sent someone out to do this and it didnt work. After not hearing back for sometime we reached out to the owner to follow up and cancel service. Upon hearing that we were canceling service he offered another soft wash to try and keep us. We respectfully declined a 2nd soft wash because the first one made zero difference. We weren't folding to him so he lost it and had an absolute melt down, he began using profanity when I politely asked him to calm down and speak respectfully he refused and continued his hissy fit. He told me to fix the stains myself and he was closing the account. Also its been over a month since we canceled and I have still not received the key to my system that they required me buy when we signed up. read more

Angel R. did an amazing job inside and outside of my home. He listened to every complaint I have currently about potential bugs and pests. He looked closely at each windowsill and entry way, treated my drains, looked for signs of rodents (and much more, I had a long list). He was quick, efficient, and kind. I live in the Golfview area, and would recommend asking for Angel R. if you give Tier 1 a call. read more

Tier 1 Pest Solutions has wowed me. We have been using them for almost 2 years and their service and communication has been top notch since Day 1. Long story short, we left another pest control company because we still had bugs in our house way too often for me to think their "in wall system" worked well. When I would point things out and mention the ants we still saw or spiders (gross) I still had to kill, we were always told "well SOME bugs are still going to get in. This is FL. But they should die quickly if they do get in." So for 7 years we relied on this in-wall system to do the job. In 2020 we built a pool with a pool cage. And the amount of spider nests that formed alllllll over our pool cage was enough to make my skin crawl. Fast forward, my kids and I were walking out the front door one day when a guy named Brad was walking up our driveway. He introduced himself. Handed me a flyer. Said he saw that I was heading out and didn't want to interrupt my departure with the family but he politely asked for 2 min of my time on a different day that would be more convenient. I looked at the flyer and saw it was a pest control company. Poor Brad. Poor poor Brad. In that moment I told him he could have my 2 min but there would be no way I was going to pay another pest control company to tell me the same thing I had been told for 7 years..."this is FL." He asked me a couple of questions. He asked if I had an in-wall system and when I said yes he immediately presented me with evidence based reasons as to why I was having the experience that I was having. After hearing his response, I asked him if he could perform miracles and get outdoor spiders and their outdoor nests from clinging to my outdoor pool cage so I could enjoy my outdoors. All while knowing that these outdoor spiders and their outdoor nests have every right to be outdoors. Once again, he explained to me why it was happening and he assured me that he could lessen the outdoor spiders in my outdoor pool cage. We had spider webs all over our front porch and garage lights as well. They were EVERYWHERE...for years! So here we are two-ish years later. Not only do I never see any bugs in my home but I have not had to deal with anything more than 2-3 occasional spider nests in my outdoor patio. We also have our front porch and garage lights cleaned every time they come to service our home. I didn't even really think of it until my Tier 1 serviceman, Brazeau, showed up at the house yesterday and saw me in the driveway and said "Hi Mrs. Ryan, how's your day going?" And continued to ask how we were since the storms. So kind, thoughtful and respectful. So, Tier 1 Pest Solutions... I highly recommend them. I always get text messages to remind me when they're coming. They're always on time. And they use pet and kid friendly solutions. And what is so amazing is that they hire Veterans and are Veteran owned. Stand up company. Stand up service men and women. And they truly care about the community. I cannot recommend them enough. We are very satisfied customers. read more

Thomas had no regard for the multiple signs of "No Soliciting" signs on several neighbors' doors. And when I answered the door to advise him of the signs her ignored at my door, he lied saying that the "county" ordered an inspection. Yeah No. It's a no go for Tier One Pest Control. read more

Matt and Brazo provided exceptional service today as they were extremely helpful and polite when they came on site. Highly recommend Tier 1 for any type of pest control issues. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. These guys are aggressive and act like they know everything about everything, especially for appearing to only be in their late 20s/early 30s. Cocky and overpriced- STAY AWAY. read more

Anthony arrived a little ahead of time, which was great for us. He was very polite and explained what he was going to do before hand, and after he was done, he explained again everything he did in the visit. We have been using this company for a few months. Had a tiny problem today and called them and they were here by noon to come and spray away. . Was a recommended by a friend and will continue using moving forward because of the fast communication and results. Thank you tier 1! read more

We recently hired Tier 1 Pest Solutions. They were treating our neighbor's lawn, and we were spending way more money trying to manage the ants and other pests on our own. Our front porch had so many spider webs, it was starting to look like fulltime Halloween. They cleaned it so well, it looks like a new house! Mitchell came by today for a 2nd visit, was courteous and asked if we were having any problems. At least the Wesley Chapel branch is a Veteran-owned business, which we love supporting. Very happy with their service and outcomes. read more

I have had Tier 1 Pest Solutions as a primary pest control for over a year. They are great to work with and friendly to my small children. If I notice pests after a treatment, they schedule a follow-up at no charge. They provide a good service and have very friendly staff. Veteran owned and employed. Brandon, came by the house today and showed my very inquisitive 4 year old daughter exactly what he was doing. A+ read more

Very pushy sales personal. Requested to see a copy of an invoice from my current pest control company and wouldn't leave when asked. I would not trust a company that won't respect its potential customers. read more

Very aggressive owner. He knocked to our homes soliciting, despite the no soliciting sign on our door bell. We politely denied services because we already have another pest control services and we are very happy with Massey. The guys flips and turn into a very aggressive behavior and started insulted me (in my own house). Very unprofessional, aggressive and with a very erratic behavior. unacceptable behavior and attitude. read more

Went with Tier 1 to treat the outside of my home after being unsatisfied with my previous pest control company. The difference was immediate and significant. Tier 1 cleaned up the blotchy bug "cocoons" infesting my lanai and swept the entire home for mud dobbers, wasp nests, etc. I haven't noticed any problems since. Highly recommend here in Wesley Chapel. read more

Guy came to the door and touched all over my porch, walked around everywhere, knocking multiple times. We have a pest control sign outside, not sure why he felt the need to approach and put his hands on everything. read more

Brandon and Elijah were great Nice conversation explained everything well all around good experience

I had a door-to-door sales visit from "Tier-1" pest control by a younger guy (early twenties) who wanted to sell us service. We told him we weren't interested, and then he proceeded to argue, even refusing to leave. If anyone is solicited by this company I highly recommend avoiding them at all costs. I can only imagine how they treat their existing customers if arguing and refusing to leave a property is how they try and gain new customers. The funny thing is, our neighborhood has a community facebook page where we immediately post about it and forewarn others, and so the entire community avoids doing business with that company. You'd think they'd have figured out how much business they lose like this by now, but obviously they are not very forward thinking and continue to believe using rude tactics will garner them business in world where social media dominates all. read more

There is something wrong with this company. Their door to door sales tactics are aggressive and rude. Talks over you and doesn't get the hint to leave. I also would not trust this company by their behavior read more
