For an extended period, I have received repeated sales and marketing calls from individuals identifying themselves as representatives of ProForce Pest Control or calling on the company's behalf. From the first call, I clearly informed the callers that I was not interested in their services and requested that all future calls stop. Despite these requests, the calls continued. Rather than honoring my request, ProForce Pest Control or its representatives continued contacting me. The repeated nature of these calls leads me to believe that my requests were ignored or that my telephone number was never properly removed from the company's calling lists. These calls have significantly disrupted my daily routine. My telephone is used for personal, family, financial, and business communications, and every unwanted marketing call interrupts my day. Over time, I became reluctant to answer calls from unfamiliar numbers because I could not determine whether the call was legitimate or another unwanted solicitation. This has created stress and concern that I might miss important communications. I believe every consumer has the right to request that telemarketing calls stop and to have that request respected. Businesses that engage in telemarketing should maintain effective internal do-not-call procedures and promptly honor requests to cease communications. Despite making repeated requests to stop calling me, the unwanted calls continued. As a result, I began documenting the calls and preserving evidence, including call logs and other records, because informal efforts to resolve the matter were unsuccessful. The repeated interruptions have invaded my privacy and interfered with the quiet enjoyment of my home. What may seem like an isolated marketing call becomes a pattern of harassment when calls continue after a consumer has clearly revoked consent and requested that no further contact be made. I have spent considerable time blocking numbers, requesting removal from calling lists, and researching my legal rights in an effort to stop these unwanted communications. This situation has required unnecessary time and effort that could have been avoided had my requests simply been honored. Because the calls continued despite my repeated requests, I determined that a formal written demand was necessary. My goal is not to create unnecessary conflict but to ensure that ProForce Pest Control has clear notice that I no longer consent to receiving telemarketing calls. I request that ProForce Pest Control immediately and permanently remove my telephone number from all internal and external calling lists, customer databases, lead-generation systems, CRM platforms, and any third-party marketing or telemarketing vendors acting on its behalf. I also request written confirmation that my number has been placed on the company's internal do-not-call list and that no further marketing communications will be directed to me. If the unwanted calls continue after receiving formal notice, I intend to pursue any legal and administrative remedies that may be available under applicable federal and Florida law, including filing complaints with the appropriate regulatory agencies. This statement accurately reflects my experience with the repeated unwanted telemarketing calls and the impact they have had on my privacy, peace of mind, and daily life. They thought they were about to take up residence in my home mortgage-free. Absolutely not. Our technician arrived on time and completed an incredibly thorough inspection. I wasn't home during the initial visit, but my husband and my mother-in-love were. When I got home, both of them couldn't stop talking about how professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and personable he was. My mother-in-love even shared that she learned he was a father, and she admired the pride he clearly takes in both his work and his family. It's always refreshing to meet someone who genuinely enjoys what they do because it shows. Because rain interrupted part of the exterior treatment, Pesto Bugs didn't cut corners. Instead, they reached out via text that evening to return the next day to complete the exterior treatment. During that visit, the technician worked efficiently, quietly, and was just as courteous while my aunt was outside enjoying the deck. Most importantly... The crazy ants are GONE! Trust me, I was the one spotting them everywhere, especially after it rained. Now? Nothing. Mission accomplished. Listen... I don't know what y'all laid, sprayed, or sprinkled, but whatever it was, those crazy ants packed their bags and made an exit. To the entire AntiPesto Bugs team... thank you. From the thoughtful hold music, to the outstanding customer service, to the knowledgeable technicians who clearly take pride in their work, this was an excellent experience from beginning to end. Keep doing exactly what you're doing. Continue taking care of your employees because it absolutely reflects in the service they provide. Traps set and 'supposed' to be checked weekly, and then a smoking/fogging of cleaning chemicals to clean where the mice were in the attic. Manager now maintains the traps and such, and installed a webcam to "watch" where the mice are coming from. Granted at this point the issue has resolved itself, but $1100 is steep. Also going into week 2 of no call or text once again. I understand you're a manager and such, but don't promise something you can't deliver on. If I wanted to babysit this project on the service aspect I'd refund half the cost due to the customer neglect. Truly Nolan do better or the competition is gonna win.
