Traps set and 'supposed' to be checked weekly, and then a smoking/fogging of cleaning chemicals to clean where the mice were in the attic. Manager now maintains the traps and such, and installed a webcam to "watch" where the mice are coming from. Granted at this point the issue has resolved itself, but $1100 is steep. Also going into week 2 of no call or text once again. I understand you're a manager and such, but don't promise something you can't deliver on.
