To go order satisfied an Asian food craving. They have comfy chairs to relax while you wait . Mom loves basic flavors and I like it spicy. Egg drop soup is good and no corn! (I loathe corn in my soup lol) They have all types of heat levels, flavors and pretty extensive menu. Staff at the counter gave good suggestions as a walk in customer. Quick cooking time, packaging was secured well to avoid spills. Super friendly lady brought out the order to me instead of calling a number or items. Very sweet. Food was tasty and filling. For the price point - you get a TON of food. As a college student, you appreciate that a lot! The combos are really pretty decently priced, and they're not too stingy with the portions either, so that's a pro for sure. Service was pretty fast too, I think the food was ready about 5/10 minutes after I called for pick up. All COVID precautions are in place as well, so props to this place for that! Egg rolls were pretty good, but the fried rice and chicken sides (we got sesame chicken and orange chicken) were just alright. I wish the fried rice just had a little bit more flavor, and that the breading on the chicken was a little crispier. However, for the price you pay I think it's pretty decent. My food is always great. I've never had a bad experience here, so I recommend you take the chance and try it! The service is quick, and it's clean inside (not sure if it's meant to be a place you sit down and eat, but that's fine with me). The portions are really good, too. This place needed a recent review so here I am. I had the shrimp fried rice with General Tsos chicken cause I love a bit of spice and my oh my. This food was very authentic and quick. Yesterday I was "asked to leave" a place of business. I waited until today to post about it so that I could be calm. Aubrey and I love Chinese food. We have been ordering from Uber Eats from a particular Chinese place on a very regular basis....so regular that I would estimate our monthly usage to be at least $300 if not more. We were out and about yesterday and thought what a treat it would be to actually finally go to our favorite place for the first time and actually eat there. We were excited. So we finally found it...it was quite a hole in the wall kind of place...and took quite a bit of hunting. We went in and ordered our favorite dumplings and Aubrey's favorite low mein and an egg roll for me. We ordered at a front counter and I told the lady the order was "for here". It was a tiny place, but there was a couple of tables tucked away behind some chairs. We went around the chairs and sat down at a table. A lady came in a picked up some delivery orders. The man from the back glared at us as he brought the sacks to the driver. After she left he came back and put a sack on the counter and said to us "Here is your food. We no eat here. Only take out".I asked where that was posted. He said he didn't need to as everyone knew. I told him I had been a delivery Customer for over a year and spend over $300 a month...every month...and this was the first time I had come in...I did not know. He threw my bag to me and told me to leave. I told him I would do everything possible to spread the word on how awful his customer service was....and I left. This was The Great Wall @ 3325 S. Ordered delivery. Hot sour soup was so delicious! Pork fried rice was good. The Kung Pao chicken was soggy deep fried batter with very little chicken and it lacked in flavor. We did receive an extra item that we didnt order.. which was I believe chicken egg rolls.. barely any chicken or flavor though. My friend went and got me the lo mein for dinner on Friday. I was in the hospital so I didn't see the environment that this restaurant had however finding METAL in my lo mein is absolutely unacceptable. I can't imagine what else has slipped into the food dishes. Absolutely worst experience and will NEVER go back. Might have to call the health department to make sure no one else is getting metal in their food! I would give zero stars but that's not an option. read more

This is the best and only Chinese restaurant I will eat at in Edmond. The food is always fast, piping hot and tasty. They also have good prices with generous portions. I highly recommend the chicken egg foo young or the Fuzhou chicken. read more

i love places that provide a full menu online. i came in to pick up. ordered two meals, plus apps and my total was $21. WIN. i was able to look into the kitchen while they were preparing my food. i had a little time to read all the menus, and they offer a heck of a lunch deal, as well as a week-day dinner buffet that charges by the pound. the food was fresh and tasty. it's a perfect takeaway chinese food stop. read more

I have tried this place a couple more times for delivery and I think it is safe to say I will bump up the rating to 3 stars. I know there is better out there so I will be on the hunt but even when there is a wait, the food was hot and seemed pretty fresh. Lo main, chow mien, unbelievably good roast pork friend rice (ask them to put egg in it), chicken broccoli, steam chicken and vegetables, the egg rolls, and definitely the egg drop soup. You can order online! For me, that's huge as I'm not a big "phone talker". It's sad to say that we probably order from here 3-4 times a month, but it's great! My normal go-to is either their honey chicken or General Tso's chicken. Both are huge amounts of food - enough for lunch the next day! The only time we've ever had an issue was this past weekend. We ordered for delivery & it was nearly an hour before our food was delivered. It was still hot, and we did order on a Saturday night around 6:30 so I'm not going to give them much of a hard time for that! Overall, we love Great Wall! We ordered a small order and they up sized our egg drop soups and even gave me two eggrolls when all I ordered was one. They didn't charge for it. We were not stoked with our order, but we did eat on it for three portions. The steamed dumplings were delicious and super hardy (10 for $6). The crab ragoon was deformed, low on crab meat, and high on rubbery fried breading. We tried the special Singapore combination ($10) with chicken, pork, and shrimp in thin noodles -- we had to add any liquid we could find to help overcome the dryness. Way too much sugar in the dishes I've tried. When I eat Chinese, I'm looking for veggies, not dessert. That's what the Sweet and Sour dishes are for. This generally has become a problem with many Chinese places. Were not all sugar addicts. read more

Very disappointed. My wife and I had two different dinner meals and we literally threw them out after just a few bites. Everything from the fried rice to the entrees were probably the worst Chinese food I've ever tasted. likewise the staff really didn't appear to be too excited to be there and had little interaction with us. It's fast and easy Chinese food. The food itself is your pretty standard, Americanized Chinese food- heavy sauce and heated to order. It's not the freshest I've had, but it does the trick if you want/need good tasting food and fast service. We have been ordering from this restaurant for over a year. Liked the food and service, until today. I have always order the same thing, two dinner boxes and it has always been the same price. After delivery charge, tip, tax would be right around $23. Ordered my usual dinner today and this time however I got a call from them saying that the manager said it would be a $25 minimum charge, that I lived too far away. I responded I have always ordered the same thing, I haven't moved, and I have never had to order a $25 minimum, that there isn't a reason it should just change. Lady just kept saying I had to order $25 minimum and could not explain why I was suddenly being charged more when my order and location has always been the same. The only difference was this time I selected to pay cash instead of paying by credit card, which should not make a difference. Asked to speak to manager, then I got someone else telling me that manager said today it would be $25 minimum. He would not explain further, even when I brought up the fact that ever since they posted their new delivery charges and fees that I have always ordered the same and have not moved and never been required to have a minimum amount. He said the same thing again and when I said I wanted the same price I always pay or cancel my order, he hung up on me. Will NEVER order from this place again. It is not fair or good customer service for them to just change how much they charge on a whim. read more
