Angel took her time and did an amazing job. The massage she gave me was so relaxing, I've never had anyone so My husband and I came in today for pedicures and once again Angel took her time and paid attention to the smallest details. I love this place! 2 ladies at work have beautiful nails and they both told me that they've been going here for years and for me to see June. So I said what the heck- I'll give it a try. I showed June a picture of how I wanted my nails to look, I already had acrylics on and went in for a fill and wanted to change the shape, anyhow she was totally upfront and said they may not come out exactly like my picture because of the current length of my nails (too short and I wanted a very tapered coffin/ballerina shape) needless to say she exceeded my expectations. I've finally found my nail salon. A week after getting my gel nails (French manicure) and they're still great. They do give a massage for both the manicure and pedicure. Terrible! The tools they use on your feet aren't sanitized in between customers, and I'm actually not positive they get sanitized at all seeing how the tech kept her tools in a little metal box. The pedicure wasn't the worst part however. I asked for blue powder tips, with a full blue glitter "party nail", very square. I got nothing of be sort. The tech didn't speak any English and had already gone too far to turn back after I pointed out that she did a gel top coat, not powder at all. To top it all off, they're bumpy, mismatched, NOT square, and my cuticles are cut and swollen. Will not be back!! read more

Wow! This nail salon is incredible! All of the ladies were so sweet. I had Mai and she did a wonderful job on my gel manicure. I got a nice arm and hand massage to begin, then she groomed my nails, wrapped them in towels, gave me a shoulder and neck massage, and then finished my nails! The sisters, June and Loan, who run the place and so friendly and very accommodating. I have never left this shop unhappy although I have had to come here after leaving other shops unhappy. They always fix me up when I cheat and go other places. All of their nail techs give a damn good pedi and mani. They all give good long massages. They were busy but I was able to walk right in. That's the reason for the 1 star. It was the most unenjoyable pedicure I've ever had. He pounded (this was in no way a massage) on my calves and shins, and squeezed my feet and toes so hard I had to ask him to stop. This is twice this month I have made an appointment and left due to the wait. The first time they sat me in the pedicure seat until the water was cold- I left. Return a month later and waited 15 minutes, to be told it would be another half hour. So a 45 minute wait and I had an appointment? No thank you. I will not be returning here. read more

Wow. I don't know what all the previous reviewers are getting paid or what they are smoking because this is no 5 star facility. My fault-I should have left when I saw how dirty the place is but I tried to give it a chance. (They were crowded so that was a good sign). They do use the bags in the pedi tubs but the tools are NOT sanitized . I'm terrified now. They just dump them in the cart and use them on everyone. We went here because is was highly recommended by a family member. I will not be returning to this nail shop. I got a mani and pedi and they massaged me to the point where I had bruises the next day on my legs. I also had bruises on my back from the massage chairs. Now when it comes to my nails they did my nails standing up while I was in the massage chair she didn't get them painted all the way to the edges and I had to go back less a week later and had to have 3 nails fixed because the gel was peeling off. I have never been able to peel gel off my nails. Now I have 2 more nails that are peeling off. It was not worth the money I paid. I will be returning to my regular place TX nail and Spa. read more

Great Nails is an unsanitary nail and spa business Although they use plastic in their foot bowls they do not sanitize the tools. The waxing station Is sub standard and the wax must have bacteria in it because my face is completely red and seriously broken out. I am wondering if I have a staph infection. read more

I don't usually pamper myself but I decided it was time for a much needed pedicure. There are several nail salons closer to my house but since this one had such great reviews I thought I'd give it a try. I was able to walk in right away and the lady that did my pedicure was super sweet, friendly and had the nicest smile. Most importantly, she did an amazing job. I'm a little on the heavy side which is one of the reasons why I don't get this done too often because I often feel intimidated and embarrassed, but she made me feel so relaxed and was so helpful. I wish I had enough time to get a manicure too but I will definitely be back. And the only reason I didn't give a perfect five stars is due to cleanliness. This is a great Salon for the price! A $25 pedicure lasts an hour with great massage and pleasant staff. I had a shellac manicure, as well. Loved it! I'm not sure about others experience, but I've always found it very clean with beautiful orchids everywhere. The staff take their time and work hard to please the customers. read more
