The meat was very well seasoned, and the fresh basil just made the marinara pop even more, add the freshly shaved Parmesan cheese and you've got something special. Crispy on the outside, light, delicate but not falling apart and heavy enough to hold together all that deliciousness without being filling like you just ate a large pizza. Now to the ridiculous tomato basil soup. I love the clam chowder but the tomato basil is my favorite. Savory, full of flavor, smooth, creamy and not greasy. This in my opinion is the perfect pairing to the meatball sub. You're welcome! The customer service here is amazing too just like the owners and the food. Service last night was very good, our server took care to explain the food and drink options as well as answering any questions. He was very attentive and friendly. I went with a large group for lunch today and our server was excellent, she nailed every order and was friendly and quite attentive. Large groups can be a hassle, but she handled it excellently. The atmosphere last night was quite busy as you would imagine on a Friday night. That's why the good service and great food is extra impressive.
