I have made several attempts over the last two months to get the table I purchased refunded! So I went in and received a replacement, but there was no consideration for the many issues I mentioned. I was only told 5/6 times that I would get a call to discuss all the issues I had with the $200 table I purchased for a work presentation I had coming up that upcoming Friday. Needless to say the entire table is junk and to make matters worse it fell apart during my presentation (which was humiliating to say the least)! Since that day I made many phone calls without a single response. Now I have always liked Michael's, but after this experience and the fact that my HR expected me to get my money back instead of reimbursing me I have to have my money reimbursed as I can't even imagine losing $200 on the most unsafe table in existence. This place just celebrated its one year anniversary. This place is full of amazing collectibles and they even have people come by and have little autograph signings too. Plenty of items like cards, posters, framed items and other sorts of rare collectibles. The owner was really nice and really loves the people that comes in to his establishment. The ink registration was off when it arrived, (the person on the line didn't know what ink registration was). My opinion is by the inflection of her voice that she wasn't pleased with my request to return the item. I paid $9.00 to have this poor-quality flag shipped to me. Now I pay the shipping to return and am going to be charged a 20% restocking fee for a flag that was presented as quality and touted to be made in the USA, (why I paid $56 for a 3x5' flag to begin with). Per the return instructions, I'm required to submit photos of the issues. I haven't taken the flag out of the original packaging (the quality issues are that obvious. My opinion is, this company's practices are unethical and bad for "made in the USA" seal altogether. Note, this company doesn't appear to manufacture the flags as they come in a box labeled, "Annin Flagmakers, Made in the USA since 1847". Quality Control is overlooked by Annin Flagmakers and Flags USA LLC.
