The ink registration was off when it arrived, (the person on the line didn't know what ink registration was). My opinion is by the inflection of her voice that she wasn't pleased with my request to return the item. I paid $9.00 to have this poor-quality flag shipped to me. Now I pay the shipping to return and am going to be charged a 20% restocking fee for a flag that was presented as quality and touted to be made in the USA, (why I paid $56 for a 3x5' flag to begin with). Per the return instructions, I'm required to submit photos of the issues. I haven't taken the flag out of the original packaging (the quality issues are that obvious. My opinion is, this company's practices are unethical and bad for "made in the USA" seal altogether. Note, this company doesn't appear to manufacture the flags as they come in a box labeled, "Annin Flagmakers, Made in the USA since 1847". Quality Control is overlooked by Annin Flagmakers and Flags USA LLC.

It's very convenient to know what's in stock and to get timely answers. Most hobby places I've dealt with in the past are very slow when it comes to responses/non existent. Outside of great communication, owner/staff are very friendly and overall fantastic people to deal with.
