They checked all lights ( headlights, brakes, backup etc ) and topped off all fluids. Unfortunately one of the techs broke the oil pan screw during the oil change and I was informed that I'd have to drive to a close mechanic for drilling and repair. Long story short, the manager followed me to the mechanic, gave me a ride home, picked me up and drove me back when finished AND ended up doing the oil change and repairs for FREE. They did the right thing and made a long time customer out of me. I'll definitely return !

( at this store anyway ) - They only do tires and Oil so dont expect to get a tune up etc , NO brakes , No coolant -- ( they will change wipers and do headlight cleaning or bulbs)- Also free battery install with Wal Mart purchased batteries --( they are above average quality )- I suggest buying the 3 or 4 year warranty batteries as they are very high quality and most batteries in the US are made by only 2-3 different companies anyway- just the label is changed ;-))- If the battery fails before the warranty -- They will replace it with a new one as many times as its needed in the warranty period -- or charge it if its not fully toast -- great policy - - They use top tier motor oils - Mobil-1, Castrol , Valvoline , Penzoil, or ANY oil they carry in store - Royal Purple - etc - I dont know another place that will do an oil change with premium full syn oil and a filter for under 60$- IF your vehicle takes over 5 qts - they pro-rate the overage - If you want basic oil you can get an oil/filter for under $30 !!! and a synthetic blend w/filter will run you about $38-$48 --unbelievable -- obviously high volume diesels cost more - but they do have Shell Rotella Diesel oil -- On the tires - Easiest way - order on website and they ship to this location - then you roll in and they get them installed - The online selection is equal to or better than tire-rack . If you need alignment - go elsewhere after - but not even Costco does alignment or has the online delivery option with vast selection of brands- Theres a few good reasons to go here - #1 their lifetime tire repair is fantastic and valid nationwide at all wal-marts w/auto centers -- they will repair and or replace a tire if damaged in normal driving conditions--ie - If you hit something and it makes the tread unrepairable - they replace that tire - ! Also the techs are not paid by the job - they are paid by the hour --so they normally dont rush --like most other shops where techs make more $ by cranking out more jobs faster --just the opposite here --very good thing --highly recommend for anyone that has little money and lots of patience . make sure you double check the bill and the work as all shops use human beings -- again --if you are in a rush --just dont go here because it may be quick and it may not ---just remember what your paying and chill -
