If you've never been here before, it's as simple as pulling your car close to the entrance of the garage and they direct you which bay to park at. Showed up and was 2nd in line for an oil change. Having never visited a Grease Monkey before I wasn't sure what to expect but Audrey explained everything including the pricing, recommendations they'll make, and what's included in the oil change. Headed inside to wait and was told to help myself to a complimentary coffee, soda, or water. The waiting area was spacious and clean with a restroom and tons of seating. They even have an area to entertain and educate kids. About a 20 minute wait and 2 recommendations that I politely declined due to time constraints as we're headed out of town. They pulled the car around and met me at the register. $94 for full synthetic and he offered me a $10 discount for an internet coupon they have. Apparently Wednesday is "ladies day" where they offer a $5 discount for woman but obviously the $10 coupon was better.

I always bring my company car to this location, they are fast, friendly and I have had no issues over the past 5 years. As soon as I drive up, they already know I have a company car and they immediately pull it into the bay. No issues and it's always 15 mins or less, minus today for some reason. I would rather them take their time and not m rush so there are no issues in the future.

Do you replace HId headlamps in Acura TL? If so what is the cost? Thank you

Alfonso, unfortunately on this situation we cannot answer without physically seeing the vehicle. There are some we replace and some we do not.

How much does a smog check cost?

Sorry we do not do smog checks. There are state run facilities to go to. Personally, I try to pass a couple free roadside checks during the year and then my registration does not require it.

Went here to get suspension work done on my Tesla. Overall the vibe was friendly and the mechanic…read morethey had look at my car seemed to be top notch. He was the reason I wanted to get the suspension serviced here as his explanation of what I needed done showed his mastery of his craft. However after taking the car to Tesla to get a 2nd opinion I discovered that this shop (not the tech) was trying to charge me literally a 200% markup on the parts to do the repair. Crazy right!!! The genuine Tesla parts for the repair were $209 and these guys quoted those same parts out to $614 (I sent him the estimate from Tesla with the exact cost of the parts). Unfortunately for me Tesla wouldn't work on the car because of an aftermarket body kit the previous owner had installed. I really liked the mechanic at this shop, so I went back to this shop with the intention to move forward even though their cost was literally 56% more ($1,635 vs $2,555) then Tesla for the same work (because of the price gouging on the parts). Then when I asked about it before my approval to move forward the manager got snarky and said how would you expect us to stay in business if we don't markup the parts. I said and I quote "I get a markup on the parts and your high hourly rate for the labor on the work but not a 200% markup on the parts." The guy gave an excuse about the software they use but was unwilling to budge on the price gouging. I literally said why don't you let me buy the parts directly from Tesla and you can still mark them up 25% and he still said no. I was completely professional throughout the conversation, but obviously would not pay a 200% markup on parts on top of the already top of market labor they charge. After the conversation he texted me back and we agreed to not move forward. I only leave this review to warn others. It's a bad business practice to over charge people like that and so I just wanted to give people my story warning them to watch out and be careful before doing any work here. Update: this slime ball's disclosure of all the information I gave his manager, Steve, in good faith is abhorrent. Everything he mentioned on the car was told to them right up front as I told it to the manager, Steve, in person and this clown is repeating word for word what I told his manager. I was cool with this at first but this guy is a complete scum bag now using my own words and lying about it. Anyways besides being a scum bag, no effort at all was made regarding the parts and this shops 200% markup. I literally told the guy running the shop I would buy the parts myself and let them mark it up 25% and still the answer was a quick no. Everything I said was honest and accurate and don't appreciate this guy claiming transparency when his long shpeel was essentially just a my own words complaining about the car I bought and his shops poor excuse for price gauging. They could have done the job without gauging me on the price given I had the option to buy the parts myself. Not cool at all the response from this guy and his piss poor excuse for attempting to rip me off.

Yelp Review - Sal's Auto Tech, Centennial, CO I've never had…read morea more traumatic automotive experience in my life. On March 4, 2026, I drove my 2007 RAV4 to Sal's Auto Tech for a simple battery and alternator replacement. My car is my lifeline and income source, and at the time, my temporary home. I called the shop that morning; Audrey was friendly but told me I'd need to bring the car in for an estimate. I arrived around 10 AM, waited an hour in the office, then the mechanic took me to the shop -- my car was already lifted on the hoist. Instead of focusing on my simple request, the mechanic spent hours inspecting tires, brakes, suspension, and the underside, ignoring me repeatedly. I eventually asked about the price for the battery and alternator. The mechanic acted offended, and another employee quoted $1,700. and they installed them, but during the process broke my radiator. Then I was told a piece of my radiator had been broken by their mechanic. They said it could be fixed the next morning. I asked if I could stay in the parking lot safely overnight -- they refused. When I requested my property back, they called the police and had me trespassed. I was humiliated, scared, and forced to drive 7 miles to a Walmart parking lot to sleep safely. The next morning, I towed my car back to the shop ($190). I met with Sal, gave him the broken radiator piece, and he was rude, dismissive, and baffled that their mechanics had broken it. He told me I was trespassed and could not stay near the property. Even after two days, the radiator was still not properly repaired -- just topped off. On March 6, they sent me a handwritten note falsely blaming me for radiator damage. The accusations were completely false and misleading, adding stress on top of an already humiliating situation. I drove 10 miles to Denver, and the temperature gauge went immediately red. I went straight to Jiffy Lube, where within five minutes, they discovered the lower radiator hose had never been connected, spilling coolant everywhere. They fixed it promptly, refilled the radiator, and confirmed my car was safe. During this entire ordeal, I lost income every day, was ignored, dismissed, and gaslit, and experienced fear and humiliation from being trespassed and blamed. The shop clearly took their time because they knew I couldn't confront them on-site, and their attitude made it clear they found my distress amusing. My experience was not just bad service -- it was emotionally traumafinancially damaging, and completely unprofessional. If you rely on your car for work, safety, or even basic transportation, do not go to Sal's Auto Tech. They broke my property, refused to take responsibility, involved the police unnecessarily, and left me stranded. I cannot overstate the stress, fear, and frustration I endured. Honest, competent mechanics at Jiffy Lube resolved the issue in minutes -- something Sal's could have done immediately. Avoid this shop entirely.
