The reason I gave them a 2 is because I felt ripped off I went in for a simple synthetic oil change for my 230 Mercedes 07 that was regular price at the end of the tallying up my bill, it end up being 156 when he said he was giving me a $15 discount. never seen it. Would I recommend, no! would I go again, no! like I said I felt ripped off.. because I was a woman ,the Lobby full of women waiting to be ripped off. Carlos is the man. I called to make an appointment to get my car aligned, mind you it's lowered but that didn't stop him and his team from taking on the job like some shops do. He even did custom specs for my car in terms of camber (don't worry, it's a track set up, no stance here my friends) Super friendly. EDIT: 4/5 stars: After getting my car back, the alignment was done right. Only gripe I have is that I wanted custom specs of camber in the front and when agreed to put it at negative 1.4, I got a call saying that it was gonna be wrong and that my car isn't a BMW. I told them straight up that I needed it for handling but they kept insisting that it wouldn't make sense to put it at -1.4 so I just told them to put it at 0 because it took a while to get my car back anyways. Cool people, but probably will go to a performance shop next for an alignment since they know what's up and won't compare my car to a BMW because that's what really ticked me off. read more

I just needed an oil change and a tire rotation. There was one person ahead of me and I was told that the whole service may take about 40 to 50 minutes, which I was totally fine with. I told them Id be waiting there. I got the full service oil change that included checking/topping off some fluids including power steering fluid. At this point the steering was so bad it was very obvious that it needed topping off just by listening to my car turning, especially obvious if you were to drive it (which they did). I sat in the lobby. Another customer came in to drop off her car, maybe for an oil change as well, about 10 minutes after me. I went to sit at their outdoor seating area after about 20 minutes, just in front of the door to the building. About an 1.5 hours passes, the woman that came in after me come back to Grease Monkey to pay and pick up her car. I go back inside to remind them that I was there, still no update. Then I finally see my car go up on the machine for the tire rotation! So I think they assumed I left, so they could service someones car ahead of mine. I think I finally got my car back after about 2 hours and 20 minutes, with out any explanation. I was told that everything looked fine, just needed new tires, which is true. No mention about the power steering, and on the receipt it said that the fluid levels were fine. Turns out my power steering reservoir was bone dry when I checked it and filled it myself later that day. read more

Very honest if you need something done. I usually deal with Honda and stay in the car oil change places. Convenient is life for me but I took a chance here and have not been disappointed. The owner is also super nice. I love supporting businesses that value there customers money and time. The place is always clean which I love also! Based on your needs, they explain all your options and estimated wait time accordingly. I got a full oil change, maintenance service and tires rotated (and they cleaned all windows (which I didn't request but apparently is part of the service. Sweet!!) In and back on road maybe in 25 mins, for $115, (Based on my service needs and selections) which is fantastic considering. Elite business and they explain everything from services done, what was paid for, and upcoming services to be aware of per vehicle printout & receipt. Free self-service water, coffee, juice bar, clean quiet waiting area, with cable Tv and reading material or you can see through window to where your car is being worked on, watching as it happens. If anything comes up during their work, they will immediately notify you and ask your preference to proceed. All staff was friendly and courteous, very welcoming. My only regret was not getting manager's name, however I did mention to him how pleased I was in general. Experience after experience these guys are 100% a solid team. Helpful, insightful and most importantly trustworthy. You take your car to them for one thing and they do that one thing. They don't try to up sale you on random services or items. Example I used to get my oil changed at this one spot in concord and 3 times in a row they said my oil drain plugs threads were almost stripped and they can replace with a new one for a fee... if they're the ones doing my oil change and replacing my plug with a new one, then aren't they the ones stripping the plug. Or even worse what's the odds the dude has a stripped plug in his pocket and just pulls it out to show people to add on the fee. Not these guys. Oh they do more than just oil changes. Give them a call and ask if they can fix your issues. They'll either say yes or know. They communicate well with each other and seems like there's a lot of peer checking and no egos. Also they bump some dope sh!t if your in the docking bay. Good music, good vibes, great prices, fast and friendly.
