Took my CLS550 Benz in for an oil change. It's no longer under warranty and refused to pay dealer prices for an oil change. I was provided excellent customer service. I will definitely choose them again and refer them to my friends and family. read more

New management is great. Very friendly service. We were in and out in about 25 minutes. I would of given four stars, however the young man selling us additional services was recomending services we didn't need and used a incorrect pricelist. In addition to the basic oil change we had the transmission service and we were happy with our overall experience. read more

Scammers, bad customer service instead of figuring out my engine maintenance light came on they just turned it off , how does that figure out what made it came on ? Thats half ass service didnt even fully vacuum my car they offered for free , .. also its not professional for the owner to ask a customer over the phone " are u the one who left a bad comment " because i knew u was upset yesterday " first off who does that ? Reviews are created for CUSTOMERS to express their experience and correct it. Not make them feel Intimidated read more

The reason I gave them a 2 is because I felt ripped off I went in for a simple synthetic oil change for my 230 Mercedes 07 that was regular price at the end of the tallying up my bill, it end up being 156 when he said he was giving me a $15 discount. never seen it. Would I recommend, no! would I go again, no! like I said I felt ripped off.. because I was a woman ,the Lobby full of women waiting to be ripped off. No shade Grease Monkeyjust in my humble opinion you did ask for it. read more

Went to get my oil change on a Saturday 8/1. The staff was great and friendly. They serviced my vehicle within 20-25 minutes.

Grease monkey pays very close attention to detail and cares for your vehicle as if it was your own garage... it's the first time I've ever seen any oil change establishment put a steering wheel cover on to prevent those annoying grease spots after an oil change. The real time pit crew count down eliminates the guesswork of when your car is going to be finished. I will definitely be recommending this oil change spot to friends and coworkers! read more

I had a great experience at this business the owner was very honest and professional...I would definitely comeback..

Came at 3:30 for an oil change, he said he could not get me in until the following week. He had two guys standing around the shop and I said well are you open till five he said no today we're going to close at four. I guess he isn't the owner of the establishment. A business owner would take the business. read more

First time getting oil change here. I am surprised by the excellent customer service. They were very informative.

The service is amazing. They did an oil change service in less than 20 min. washed my windows and vacuumed the inside. The owner and staff are really friendly. read more

Carlos is the man. I called to make an appointment to get my car aligned, mind you it's lowered but that didn't stop him and his team from taking on the job like some shops do. He even did custom specs for my car in terms of camber (don't worry, it's a track set up, no stance here my friends) Super friendly. EDIT: 4/5 stars: After getting my car back, the alignment was done right. Only gripe I have is that I wanted custom specs of camber in the front and when agreed to put it at negative 1.4, I got a call saying that it was gonna be wrong and that my car isn't a BMW. I told them straight up that I needed it for handling but they kept insisting that it wouldn't make sense to put it at -1.4 so I just told them to put it at 0 because it took a while to get my car back anyways. Cool people, but probably will go to a performance shop next for an alignment since they know what's up and won't compare my car to a BMW because that's what really ticked me off. read more

Carlos and his Team are Awesome! Carlos gave me an estimate minutes after requesting one for front brake pads & rotor replacement, cabin & air filter replacement, rear tire replacement, and coolant exchange service. The estimate was fair and less than the other three I had requested from other places in my area. They did a great job, and had me on my way in less than two hours. Thank you Carlos and Team for doing such great work, in a timely manner! I will definitely recommend and use you again in the future!! read more

Top of the line service! I called to get my car I just purchased looked at. They answered the phone immediately and were very friendly. They looked at my car and topped off the power steering fluid for FREE. I didn't catch their names but all the staff is friendly and welcoming! Don't hesitate and go here! read more

I'm so thankful to and humbled by the owner/manager. The car had run partly over a curb stop and it ripped off the cover underneath. I stopped in here hoping they could tell me what to do about it, and I would pay them if they could repair it. The owner (name?) had his guys put it back in place "no charge". I said "are you sure??" He insisted. All he wanted was a good review. You just don't get this kind of sterling treatment many places anymore. read more

Excellent, honest service. Quick, decent price, they go over all the details with visuals so your just as informed as they are, would highly recommend read more

I have to give Carlos & his staff a huge shout out! Their quality of service is honest & reliable while the shoppe is clean. They get your car in ASAP and explain what's wrong with it and what it needs without trying to talk you into extras you don't actually need. I always dreaded taking my vehicles in to be serviced at other shoppes but Carlos & his team make it a good experience knowing my car is in good hands. They also give my car back clean. read more

I got the best service ever! They are fast, reliable honest. I was treated with the utmost respect! My car and I are very happy!

I just needed an oil change and a tire rotation. There was one person ahead of me and I was told that the whole service may take about 40 to 50 minutes, which I was totally fine with. I told them Id be waiting there. I got the full service oil change that included checking/topping off some fluids including power steering fluid. At this point the steering was so bad it was very obvious that it needed topping off just by listening to my car turning, especially obvious if you were to drive it (which they did). I sat in the lobby. Another customer came in to drop off her car, maybe for an oil change as well, about 10 minutes after me. I went to sit at their outdoor seating area after about 20 minutes, just in front of the door to the building. About an 1.5 hours passes, the woman that came in after me come back to Grease Monkey to pay and pick up her car. I go back inside to remind them that I was there, still no update. Then I finally see my car go up on the machine for the tire rotation! So I think they assumed I left, so they could service someones car ahead of mine. I think I finally got my car back after about 2 hours and 20 minutes, with out any explanation. I was told that everything looked fine, just needed new tires, which is true. No mention about the power steering, and on the receipt it said that the fluid levels were fine. Turns out my power steering reservoir was bone dry when I checked it and filled it myself later that day. read more

I've been here three times and each time has been 100% the best. I've gotten my oil changed and transmission fluid done. No issues what so ever. The time is reasonable. Very honest if you need something done. I usually deal with Honda and stay in the car oil change places. Convenient is life for me but I took a chance here and have not been disappointed. The owner is also super nice. I love supporting businesses that value there customers money and time. The place is always clean which I love also! For once I didn't feel over charged as I do when I go to honda. Will be back for some more work done. I highly recommend this place! I also believe they vacuum your car with the oil change? I could be wrong still a great fast reliable place to get your car fixed. read more

My first-time getting vehicle serviced at this business. Saw commercial, figured give them a try, and WOW, I'm glad that I did!!! Courteous, professional, efficient, prompt, thorough, detailed. Based on your needs, they explain all your options and estimated wait time accordingly. I got a full oil change, maintenance service and tires rotated (and they cleaned all windows (which I didn't request but apparently is part of the service. Sweet!!) In and back on road maybe in 25 mins, for $115, (Based on my service needs and selections) which is fantastic considering. Elite business and they explain everything from services done, what was paid for, and upcoming services to be aware of per vehicle printout & receipt. Free self-service water, coffee, juice bar, clean quiet waiting area, with cable Tv and reading material or you can see through window to where your car is being worked on, watching as it happens. If anything comes up during their work, they will immediately notify you and ask your preference to proceed. All staff was friendly and courteous, very welcoming. My only regret was not getting manager's name, however I did mention to him how pleased I was in general. Will definitely continue to utilize their services as I was extremely impressed with the overall experience. I would rate it 20 out of 10!! read more

Experience after experience these guys are 100% a solid team. Helpful, insightful and most importantly trustworthy. You take your car to them for one thing and they do that one thing. They don't try to up sale you on random services or items. Example I used to get my oil changed at this one spot in concord and 3 times in a row they said my oil drain plugs threads were almost stripped and they can replace with a new one for a fee... if they're the ones doing my oil change and replacing my plug with a new one, then aren't they the ones stripping the plug. Or even worse what's the odds the dude has a stripped plug in his pocket and just pulls it out to show people to add on the fee. Not these guys. Oh they do more than just oil changes. Give them a call and ask if they can fix your issues. They'll either say yes or know. They communicate well with each other and seems like there's a lot of peer checking and no egos. Also they bump some dope sh!t if your in the docking bay. Good music, good vibes, great prices, fast and friendly. I do and have recommended this place to friends and family and will continue because we need more like them. read more

Carlos the owner is great to deal with and he gave me a wonderful deal on my service to my suv. He and his crew are very honest hard working people and just very trustworthy on your service.
