Stopped in for service indicator; the owner identified the problem right away, provided a clear estimate & quote for repairs (brakes) and scheduled an appointment for the next day (due to my time). The next day the owner checked me in; went over the services again with me and I was out within the time frame quoted for the repairs. Every customer that called and stopped by during my visit was extremely please with their estimates and time being respected. read more

I called yesterday and spoke with Bobby at 4:40 pm. Bobby is very knowledgeable and courteous. I brought my car in today, Saturday, 2/24 at 9 am when they opened. There were a few people ahead of me, but my oil change was done in less than 20 min. Bobby and the rest of the crew are very courteous and efficient. The waiting room was very comfortable and they had refreshments if you wanted them. (They also have a few tables with seating outside.) I will definitely recommend Grease Monkey to everyone. Thank you, Bobby and the Grease Monkey Crew! read more

Went in for a routine oil change and the gentleman who helped me out found an issue with my battery. Turned out that my battery died and had the wrong battery installed when I bought it used. Told me to buy another battery and he'd install it for me. Great customer service not just from him but by all of the mechanics there. Thank You fellas! read more

Late Saturday Morning....Drove right up, was greeted right away and asked what services I needed done. I had a day full of errands so the fast and efficient service was much appreciated. I was offered coffee or soda while I waited which wasn't necessary because next thing I knew they were done. I had no problem with them honoring their online coupons. Received $7 off and free tire rotation. This is my 2nd time coming here and because its so quick and good service I will continue to do so. Thanks Grease Monkey! read more

Supper shady, Bought the premium package And waited to tell me at check out that I had to pay extra for oil filter. $89.99 turned into $144 oil change. I could justify 144 if I had a great customer experience but the customer service was horrible as well. I will never go back. Good luck! read more

Poppington! My sister introduced me to this place and I'll just add it to the list of reasons she's first in my will. These guys are efficient and extremely knowledgeable. They offer great discounts for Yelpers and regulah folks alike, which is always good news for us customers. The interior is new and clean, which is saying a lot in a car spot. Their oil changes are affordable and they offer tune ups at great prices too. It's hard to fall in love with an oil change but the folks at Grease Monkey have me going bananas. (I'm so sorry. Had to.) read more

This was a great experience, while getting an oil change. The new owners of this place have done a great job in turning this business around. Danny is a great example of a leader, in which you can tell by the way his team handles themselves. Thanks again. read more

Carlos is a joy to do business with. My first encounter with Carlos was approximately a month ago. I came in because my dashboard light for maintenance required light illuminated. Carlos took a look, verified with me what prompted my visit, and then he told me that my engine didn't need service, as this light was simply a "timing" light, usually used for alerting the owner aware that the time for an oil change or other routine services had arrived. No charge! What?!? Carlos simply educated me and sent me on my way. Today, I called to take my Corolla in for an oil change and tire rotation. Carlos told me that his shop was closing early and, that, if I could get there in 15 minutes, Grease Monkey would take care of my service needs. I made it and they completed everything in less than half an hour! Fantastic! Carlos took his time to answer a few of my other questions. Thank you, Carlos. And his crew even cleaned the exterior of my windows and vacuumed my car out. Thank you, Carlos, for your honesty, attentiveness, and for your super training of your service crew. Everyone was great. Best wishes to you, Carlos, and may you and your Grease Monkey location experience even greater success than you hope for. I'll definitely return to Carlos' Grease Monkey for future my automotive services. read more

I've been taking my car here for a bit now and I won't go anywhere else. Not only is the owner friendly but he's knowledgeable. He makes sure you know what's going on every step of the way with your car. He doesn't try to have you overpay for needless add on items. I would definitely recommend Grease Monkey. read more

Called on Friday to schedule an oil change for Monday at 10 am and the rep on the phone was more than happy to schedule me for a day they apparently are closed. Doesn't mention anywhere on their website that they are closed Mondays and tuesdays, in fact it says they opened at 9 today. Would have been nice to know when I called. read more

Sat, Oct 7, 2017 1. Store Opened about 15 minutes late. Apparently, the Store Manager had car trouble (flat tire). 2. Did not top off fluids, I.e. Brake Fluid. I noticed my old SUV was below the indicator mark and mentioned it to CJ. He said it is a sealed brake system and the indicator light was not due to low Dot 3, etc.. I added dome Dot 3 and the "dash inficator" went off. Regardless - Just Top Off the fluids as you always do. 3. Leaving the dirty water drip onto my SUV (or any vehicle) after cleaning the windows is probably not a goid idea. I am a fan of this store however, this visit wasn't the best. Did I mention the tech backing out a vehicle from one of the bays and dragging a ash tray - I might go back to Mobil 1 formerly Oil Can Henry's (I'm still thing about it). *** fyi Brake Fluid is not topped off (per Carlos. Now, I know. Thank You read more

Came here around 12pm today for an Oil Change, which was $39.99 minus the $7 coupon I got online. My car only took about 20 mins once they finished vacuuming, washing the windows, and putting air in the tires out front. The cool thing is they have snacks, and coffee, as well as several TVs to watch, and there's a countdown clock that starts once they bring your car into bay 1 or 2, so you know how long it's been. Total I think it took about 30 mins. I appreciated them bringing both my cabin and air filter in to show me. They did say I needed a transmission service soon, and that they would try and price match. read more

Best experience at an oil change in a long time. Just moved out here and trying to find reliable. affordable and customer friendly establishments is a challenge but Bobby and his team at The Grease Monkey helped make one of my routine obligations pleasant. They work very well as a team moving from car to car so effortlessly. The owner was out there hustling right along side his workers leading by example so they know what great service looks like. If you live in the Antioch Pittsburg area and are looking for an oil change and a lot more services for your car check them out. You wont be disappointed. read more

Recently went there to get an oil change and get the AC checked out. I decided to schedule an early appointment just to be told that the mechanic at the shop wasn't there also whomever was in charge or in training was rude and not helpful. Every time id ask a question he would answer with attitude. Also, don't schedule a customer first thing in the morning if you cant get my car seen. It's not my fault your employees were late ect ect. Overall experience was horrendous and as a "manager" you should be able to take a look at my car and diagnose it. Why have someone in charge with no knowledge whatsoever to diagnose a problem. Smh. read more

This place is the best place I have ever been to for an oil change. The price is very reasonable and the customer service is outstanding. They estimate 30 minutes for an oil change, mine took less than 15. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism. I've brought my car there 2 times and both times they diagnosed and repaired quickly and correctly! Prices are really decent. There's coffee on tap and great customer service! All except for the assistant manager Danny he's rude very disrespectful. The general manager should look into keeping him far away from customers. And they don't have call waiting.‍ I returned their call a few minutes after and couldn't get thru for 45 minutes of busy signal. So I just came in. Other than that this place is highly recommend! Your vehicle will be taken car of. read more
