This place was EXCELLENT! My fiancé and I are unfortunately on a medical diet right now and there aren't many things we can eat, but we are able to eat the salads here. The salads we ordered were fresh and quite large, and they came with house made dressing on the side so the salad wasn't soaked. I got the quinoa salad and my fiancé got the cob, and we both left feeling very full and satisfied! We will be back next time we come to Walla Walla! read more

This place was a great Yelp find! I loved my veggie avocado sandwich with a side salad. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and healthy! My dad liked his pepper jack chicken sandwich a lot, and my fiancé liked his "Sexy Time" panini (chicken, bacon, Carmelized onions, and chili flakes), and lemongrass salad! The service was friendly and reasonably efficient. It was also nice that they had a self service complimentary water station. Loved our visit! Wish we had a place like this back home in the Mission in SF! read more

Found this place here on Yelp. Probably the best lunch place in WW. They totally "get it." Thoughtful, higher-end ingredients and menu items. Had the butternut squash panini..so good, and had a nice IPA to wash it down. Wife had the meatball sub with marinara on the side, which seemed a lot like their popular tomato soup. Not a luxurious space, more functional. Prices were fair. NB- there's a separate "drive thru" location on the way to the south side wineries. Has to be a great choice as well! read more

My daughter goes to school in Walla Walla & I go to Graze as soon as I get in town. I don't know why, but their grilled cheese (w/avocado) tastes better than any other restaurant anywhere. I have eaten at 3 Graze locations & the sandwich shop right across from the Macy's in downtown Walla Walla at 5 South Colville Street is by far my favorite. I swear the food tastes just a bit more perfect there and the service is the best and the friendliest. Try the moist, super chocolatey brownies for only $1.60! They also have really cold cans of Coke & Diet Coke for only $1.35. They make 2 soups daily & one is always vegetarian. Before I converted to grilled cheese sandwiches, my first love was the Caesar salad $8.50 plus turkey for an extra $2.00 You can't go wrong at Graze. read more

Best sandwich I have had in years! Crunchy toasted, high-quality bread, toaster oven melted cheese and bacon and avocado were perfect! So glad to have discovered Graze just sad it's in Walla Walla! GO HERE FOR LUNCH. Ok, go here around 11am or 1:00pm to miss the lunch rush. I have tried a bunch of different sandwiches and salads and have landed on the Veggie Torta. It is spicy and crunchy and creamy all at the same time. It always hits the spot. It is big enough to share. The flank steak Torta is also the bomb. Great salads - I like the Gorgonzola Pear. I always get great service from the employees, even though they are slammed during the lunch hour. They have a cute outdoor seating area in the summer, and they are right down the street from the Patisserie, so if you order your sandwich you can walk and grab a coffee while you wait for lunch to be ready. I haven't had something I didn't like here. The brownies are ever so tempting at the check out counter.... just do it. The drive through is awesome too because you can text ahead and they will have your food ready! AMAZING! read more

Updated review: John reached out to me individually to apologetically explain he had advised his team to not charge for the sides while the technology was updating. Impressed with John reaching out, offering to comp my next visit with sandwich vouchers. Thanks John! Original: After ordering $60 worth of sandwiches (3/6 sandwiches we're mislabeled) I went to pick up my order I was told I needed to pay for the chips and salad that I was forced to select via ordering online. Meaning, there is no way for me to order online without selecting chips or salad. Yet, they now charge for these items. They need to change their policy after the technology is ready. I can afford the chips and salad however it's the principle of how they handled it. I will most likely not come back because of the poor customer experience and poor customer experience after communicating how confusing this experience was to the staff. I hope the $6 of nickel and diming was worth it, I frequently am in Walla Walla and have advised my friends and family who live in WW to not go back (as I will not). read more

I have long loved Graze for their fresh, tasty salads and delicious sandwiches. As someone allergic to gluten I'm taking the word of my family who regularly orders the Sexy Thyme sandwich. The flavorful combinations and fresh ingredients make this one of my favorites for lunch or dinner through their drive thru location on 9th. Best of all you can text your order to the location on 9th and pick it up pretty quickly depending on the line up of customers. On sunny days it's not unusual to see 3-7 cars in line. But the staff moves quickly and the fresh, made to order food is totally worth a 10-15 minute wait at most. read more

I hardly give out 5 star reviews but that was a damn good sandwich and the rest of the group I was in all agreed. I almost considered ordering another one but the line was getting longer. It's a tiny place but with tons of character and flavor. I would definitely recommend coming here if you are looking for a good sandwich. read more

Great, fresh food. One of the only vegan friendly restaurants in Walla Walla, and we hit them up twice during our weekend! You can swap tofu for meat on sandwiches and add tofu to salads. This food was a real hit with everyone in my group. read more

The past two times I have gotten a sandwich and subbed tofu for the meat, there have been large pieces of roast beef or turkey stuck to the outside of the sandwich (or in some cases, small pieces inside of it). This is not only gross as a vegetarian, it is also unhygienic, as presumably these were leftover from other sandwiches and the workstation / prep or assembly area was not thoroughly cleaned. I would guess this is a health code violation. I hope that the management reviews cleanliness protocol with their employees, because I used to really like going here. I will say this is unusual for them and didn't have any issues until this summer. read more

There are quite a few options for sandwich shops in Walla Walla, but this stop is the only one worth going to. In fact, it's so good they opened up a second location purely for drive-thru orders. Walla Walla's restaraunts are notoriously overpriced, and I often leave places feeling either unsatisfied or still hungry (usually both). However, this restaraunt has never disappointed me. Graze offers wonderful, flavorful food made with fresh ingredients. There are plenty of options on the menu (vegetarian and vegan included), with rotating seasonal specials to keep things interesting. Kids meals are also available. The inside location has indoor and outdoor seating. Be prepared to wait a bit for your food, though. This place is quite popular, and everything is made fresh to order. Busy days can have up to a 15-20 minute wait depending on how much you order, so plan ahead. read more

Friendly people and great food that feels right. What else could anyone ask for. Absolutely I would love to see everyone give this place a try they will be hooked. Add on a salad for .50 and it's the perfect size and fresh. Hope they grow to the west side of Washington. Love your food and people keep up doing the right thing. The waitstaff are fantastic and extremely nice. The setting is ... dated, but serviceable. The place is still better than the truly awful Denny's in town. I really hate ripping the place because the folks are so nice. I guess I'll sum it up this way: I've never had a truly bad meal at Clarette's, but I've never had a truly good meal there, either.
